They have a nice selection of merchandise. They greeted us and David R. was the one who helped us find a model sufficient for us. He's knowledgable and engaged. I found something I liked, but he showed me a smaller model that actually fit our patio footprint. We agreed to it. He knocked a couple of hundred off because it had scratches on the top. And we were ecstatic. Careful! If you buy a floor model, it's 'As-Is' and it's noted on your sales receipt. Returnable within 30 days and still packaged they'll give you a full refund. We purchased it early August under these Terms. They helped us load it onto our pickup and we took it straight home not 7 mins. away. Though my gut told me to buy a propane tank and fire it up to see if it was working, we put it in the backyard on a rug and didn't buy a tank and try it until October 7th. You have to take the plastic wrap off to light it but it wouldn't stay lit. My husband, who is handy, looked underneath and found a broken wire to the Thermal Coupler. Argh! He quickly went back to the store, and of course, they nonchalantly said, there's nothing they could do. My husband was fuming, and after a little while, him threatening to return the unit for a full refund, someone found a part from another unit in the back. My husband came home, replaced the broken, and now it works. Otherwise, it would have been $800 wasted.

I'm assuming this caused a ton strain on them and that is why they broke. They did not do a good job and plastic sliders were sticking out and I told them that and they said it was fine. $1,200 a year later the pulleys snapped. I called them to ask if they could do they could do anything they offered 10% off which is a joke. I called 5 other companies and got quotes 500-800. Aqua is over priced and does not stand by their work. I don't mind paying extra if the job is done right, but not making good on the job is why I won't ever use them again. Do your homework and find another company.

Terrible experience. We had them out right at the very beginning of the season (knowing that…read moregetting on a contractor's schedule in the Spring is important and can be a process) to give us an estimate. After a small number of quick email exchanges, we arrived at general terms. Then the fun began. We then waited weeks to get an updated estimate in writing. Sean would often take a week to respond to simple email requests. He promised information was coming. Never did. After almost a month, my wife emailed (she called first, but their voicemail was full...seriously?) and was responded to by Jesse, indicating that Sean had experienced a personal difficulty (totally understand...things happen), but that he would forward things the following day. The next day (which at this point made it a month of back and forth) Jesse emailed me to let me know that, due to his personal situation, Sean's crew was sidelined and Jesse's crew was already booked out for months and would be unable to do our job...at all...and they were "passing". All this after being apologized to literally 48 hours earlier and told by Jesse that he would get our updated estimate so we could move forward. Wow. People wonder why contractors have bad names in general. I had been ridiculously patient. I even would have understood if I had been told that, due to a personal issue, our job had to be pushed back a few weeks. However, to be intentionally strung along with multiple assurances over and over, only to then be dropped and left high and dry? Absolutely horrible. Jesse also apparently trolled my wife online (creepy and weird), found out she also has her own business, and made a veiled threat in an email that he hoped that she never experienced a personal challenge similar to Sean, became short staffed, and had people write negative reviews about her business. Again...wow. Stay away. Far away.
