After calling several towing places last night when my car broke down on the way home from work, I was having no luck with any of them because of there prices as well as estimated times of getting to me, I finally found Decker towing. Right from the second they answered the phone all the way to when the worker was completely done, the customer service they provided was amazing. During such a frustrating and stressful time when you're unexpectedly dealing with car troubles, it makes the process 100 times better to be provided with the best and most efficient customer service possible. Not only was the person that answered the phone kind and helpful, but my driver, Chad, was so nice and reassuring. He managed to arrive to me in 20 minutes and assisted me in the fastest, most efficient way he could. He towed my car to a repair shop for me and it is now being worked on today and will be ready to go tonight. All of this is thanks to Decker Towing. This place is amazing! it has great customer service and fast service . I talked to a few employees and they were really nice and helpful . This one employee whom I forgot their name , told me if I ever brake down again I can always call them and they would be right there and tow me and my towing would be 10% off they're regular price. I haven't had a great experience with any towing company except this one. I recently had my car brake down in the middle of the freeway and I had looked at my "yelp" page to see who is better on towing my car and this place popped right up . I was in Corona driving back to Riverside and all of a sudden my car broke down and that's when I looked on yelp and found this amazing place. Not only was their customer service great! I have had other towing services before, but none like this. I needed assistance and had decided to try Decker Towing. I called to get a quote and the estimated wait time (which was about 15 minutes but they showed up in 10!). The customer service over the phone and in person was awesome. Both very friendly and had a professional demeanor. They got the job done well and fast. They even asked me if i needed help with anything else (which most places just say 'there you go' and send you on your way.) I did not expect that kind of service but am glad that I did give them a shot and would definitely come to them again if i ever have another problem! This was hands down my best towing experience. I had unknowingly been driving on very bald tires for a few weeks and happened to get a flat tire pretty far from my house. I was in a hurry to get home, and knew from previous towing experiences that I would be waiting on the side of the road for a long time. I called Decker Towing and was told that a driver would be there soon. Before I was able to get a hold of someone to figure out if I could get them to pick up my children from practice, the driver had already arrived. Mike was very nice and worked quickly. This was my first time calling a towing company, and of course no one wants to be in this situation. I was driving out toward the 60 the other night after a long day in downtown, and my car shut down. Luckily I was able to pull off to the side and after calling around to find a solution, I finally caved and decided to have it towed back home to Upland. Decker Towing came through without hesitation and even found me with my poor directions (I'm not familiar with the area). They arrive faster than they estimated and their driver Chad reassured me with professionalism and kindness that I frankly wasn't expecting. This place is a life saver i was locked out of my car and needed someone to come out and unlock my car. I checked on yelp and called different places and they said it would take about an hour to have someone dispatched . I decided to give decker a try and they said they would arrive in 30 mins i was waiting and about 15 mins later they showed up took them less then 5 mins to get my keys out and i was on my way . I recently had a blowout in my Honda Accord on the freeway. I called Decker Towing and they sent out Andy. Much to my surprise he was there within half an hour. Since I had my spare in the trunk he first switched out the tire. He suggested that I could drive it home if I wanted but since my other tire was low on the tread as well he suggested it be towed just to be safe. Upon towing me back home he was very delightful and even helped me locate a tire shop close to home. I highly recommend this towing company. Two thumbs up and five stars for sure ! read more

A couple weeks ago my car stopped on me near the 71 freeway. It was getting late and I was in a very sketchy part of town. At first I tried to wait for my car to cool off but after waiting a few minutes my car still wouldn't start back up. I pulled out my phone and found Decker Towing. The dispatch assured me someone would be on the way shortly. Normally I expect a wait of at least 40, mins but Decker had someone to my car within 15 minutes! The entire experience was great everyone I talked to from the receptionist person to the driver himself were fantastic and helpful. The entire process was great. He charged me way less than I thought and then he helped me with the towing fee by offering much more than other companies would for the totaled car. They are a professional and helpful company. Last weekend my car got a flat on the 91 near Central. I had my 7 month old baby in the car with me and her bottle was left at home, I called Decker Towing and they were so nice on the phone and sent someone out right away to help me. One of the drivers Mike showed up in about 15 minuets and fixed my tire before the baby even woke up!!
