I had used this window company at least a half dozen times before this incident, but I will never…read moreuse them again. I am a builder and I build custom homes and have used this company to clean my windows after the completion of a new project. I scheduled the appointment a week in advance because my home was about to be listed for sale. The crew arrived more than an hour late with only two people and then had to immediately leave and return 3 hours later with additional workers. Mind you I had told them how many windows they were and they have already cleaned this Home two previous times, but fine. They eventually cleaned the windows using the wrong water tank. Instead of soft water, they used an empty tank with hard water, leaving spotting across every window in my home. The company acknowledged the mistake and promised to correct it. They returned two days later, after several phone calls, but completed only about 25%. The weekend passed, and although an employee called the following Monday to say they had not forgotten about me, another full day went by without anyone actually scheduling the remaining work. At this point, a week has passed since the original appointment. I texted the company and asked for a refund for the unfinished portion of the job. I also asked them not to continue calling me. Between arriving late, initially sending an insufficient crew, damaging the appearance of every window with hard-water spotting, and now requiring what would have been a third visit to complete one job, I could no longer wait, especially with the house about to go on the market. What happened next was the most disturbing part. Rather than having the owner contact me, apologize, and issue a refund, the company had the employee call and text me, saying the mistake was "on him" and that he would be fired if I did not allow him to return and finish the work. I ultimately told the employee to keep the money because I was not going to participate in an owner placing that kind of pressure on an employee over a legitimate mistake. Mistakes happen. Using the wrong tank happens, but it could have been resolved my prioritizing mistakes and making them right. Failing to prioritize the correction, and then making the employee's job contingent upon my allowing yet another visit, was completely unacceptable. After being a repeat customer for years, I will never use this company again.

Had an awesome experience with Affordable Solar Cleaning Pros. Reuben was super responsive and easy…read moreto work with on the estimate and scheduling, and Bernardo did an incredible job out in the field. We had 30 panels across 4 separate arrays with heavy nesting and an old chicken wire setup that a previous guy had improperly nailed straight into the roof. Bernardo worked through brutal summer heat, stripped off all the old wire, meticulously filled in all the nail holes with sealant to prevent water damage, cleared out all the nasty debris underneath, and installed the new 17-gauge mesh with proper clips. It ended up taking much longer than a standard job due to how bad the mess was, but Bernardo communicated everything clearly, stayed transparent on the extra time needed, and didn't cut a single corner. The panels look spotless and the roof is finally protected the right way. Huge thanks to Reuben and Bernardo!

Great experience with customer service AND the solar cleaning service…read more Reuben is knowledgeable and educated me on the ins and outs of how solar cleaning works, the state of my roof, and what kind of future maintenances to keep in mind. I am looking forward to my future service with Affordable Solar Cleaning Pros -- thank you, Reuben!

Communication timeliness was good. I was shown many photos of previous jobs and after seeing…read morereviews decided to go with them. It was $250 for my back patio and one side of my house. As you can see from the photos, not much difference between the before and after. Also, lack of attention to detail as they sprayed around my fire pit and didn't bother to clean it off afterwards. When I contacted them afterwards I was told the concrete was old and stained which would have been nice to know before they started working if the pressure washing wasn't going to make any difference. Additionally, they had a hard time moving the large patio couch so they left it but also sprayed all over the pillows as seen in the pictures. I was able to move the couch by myself so I'm not sure why two grown men were not able to. The window of arrival was also 9-10am but they didn't arrive until closer to 10:45. I guess you get what you pay for?
