No point of going back and forth! I tell him I will reschedule. When I purchased the furniture the sales lady took me to a back office to speak to the representative cashier. She was suppose to update my info. I had all my information updated because they had 3 different profiles for me (not sure how that happen). I even gave the rep my driver license to make sure my information was correct. Your all set ma'am everything is updated. So when I called the store to reschedule and of course my address states I live in an apartment(I live in a house). It was not updated! Ugh! At least this representative was nice and apologize and offered me a discount. No one could give me an answer on why Value City offers a time option for the driver to call but it did not happen. So I cancelled my order. The only reason I gave it three stars is because the sales lady and second rep was nice. About 1 year and 6 months ago, I purchased a bedroom set from Regency Furniture, including a bed, mattress, drawer chest, and dresser. I received all items except the dresser, even though the dresser and the delivery/assembly fees were paid in full at the time of purchase. Shortly after my purchase, the store where the order was placed closed. Since then, I have visited several nearby Regency Furniture locations with my receipt to ask for help. Each time, staff were courteous and tried to look up the order in their system. They informed me that the dresser would be ordered or made available, but I did not receive any follow-up communication or delivery. At this point, more than 18 months have passed, and the dresser has still not been delivered. I am writing this review to share my experience and to request that the company help resolve this long-pending issue by either providing the dresser or advising me on the appropriate next steps. We did not have a vehicle that could move the table, but since we lived in the neighborhood right around the corner they were willing to load it into the van and drop it at our apartment when they closed up at the end of the night. Truly awesome and did not make us feel like it was a hassle at all. We will look forward to shopping there again. They seem to run sales on their items regularly and the stock on the floor turns over weekly in sections. They have lots of big items, but also tons of smaller and/or cheaper novelty and fine art items and gifts.

If she didn't have any information on the questions I asked she could have pointed me to the right person. A month later I had tried to return the one tree I had bought and thought that I would be able to exchange or at least get store credit. I followed all the steps that is on the website about returning a product. The person at the Customer service return counter made me feel it was my fault that the tree was not doing well after I planted it. She said and I quote "We can not help every person who comes in here". Isn't that part of running a good business? The day I was there was not a busy day.
