We spent about an hour in there. There's two levels, where books are well presented and deals featured. You walk through the shelves, and you'll see the different genres featured and bins with sale items clearly marked. The upper floor has poetry, photography, gardening, and cookbooks. The street floor has fiction, science books, and women's literature. These are just the genres that I remember. The other side of the store has antiques and other well curated items for sale. You can tell that the owners take a lot of pride in the presentation of their store. I loved it! I recommend anyone in the area to stop by and check it out.

This store has a lot of inventory and for me it was a little overwhelming. Next time, I think I will go looking for specific categories and ask the owners to point me in the right direction. I saw items from the US and abroad. They also have some antiques. I like that they have a custom framing shop downstairs too.

I love coming in here just for the history alone and checking out some of the old artwork. I've bought a few prints from here including some throwback Baltimore Inner Harbor prints from the 80s and some old WWI USA propaganda sayings that are really cool. They can also frame there and they weren't kidding when they say then can usually beat prices of most professional framing shops. I learned that the hard way...but if you're strolling through Hampden do yourself a favor and pop into this place. There's a super cute dog waiting to greet you at the door most days.

They have a little window on the outside of the shop, and it gives you a really good idea of what they sell: odd trinkets, preserved animal specimens, historical items (like old prescriptions and medical devices), quirky jewelry, and much more. It's possible to find some crazy, fun, strange items at Bazaar. It's worth stopping into just to explore.

I am a moleskin girl myself; but I recently purchased a Leuchtturm here in a beautiful sage green color (please note they carry MANY shades and different types!! (lined, blank, dotted!!)). Words cannot describe how excited I am when I stop by this store to see if they have any new items in stock. They also sell beautiful planners, pens, markers, post it notes, etc. While it is a smaller shop, I think it is very well organized and laid out and I think the owner is really strategic about what they carry because I've always left feeling like nothing was lacking in my experience. Free street parking is available on nearby streets and this shop is right by several bus stations so it's easy to get to. There is a single step to enter the store if you have concerns regarding accessibility. I don't think they're active on Yelp, but they are active on Instagram where they post when the shop is having events like journaling club!! and stationary events. I also just have to add that I had a lovely conversation with the owner about journaling and travel and after mentioning a trip I was planning to go on to London, she actually gave me a stationary shop recommendation there as well.

I was walking around that building for a bit before I found them, haha. If you see Truist along 36th Street, it's on the other side of it. We carry all kinds of crystals, candles, and, yes, even cauldrons. In addition, we have a selection of over 100 tumbled stones, incense, oils, herbs, sterling silver jewelry, books, journals, faeries, figurines, wall hangings, tapestries, wind chimes, hoodoo kits, holy water, note cards, art prints, artist embellished prints, stickers, swords, athames, tarot cards, angel cards, bags & more!" and "We offer tarot readings, angel card readings, astrology charts, and animal communication readings. These are available by walk-in or appointments." It's a cozy shop with ALL THE THINGS! I was browsing all the different items, there are really so many... and so much that I've never seen elsewhere! Very unique and niche. There are different 'walking altars' around the shop for different things. I asked a worker about this, and she explained to me the different purposes for them. I thought that was pretty cool. I decided to ask the staff for recommendations for a gift to a coworker. They expertly suggested to me different things that had different purposes and explained them to me. They were so knowledgeable! I decided on a door hanger made of selenite and black tourmaline crystals. This offered protection, grounding, and balance. They also explained that selenite is a softer stone and to avoid getting it wet as water could break it down. Something I would've never known! I included that information with my gift. Thanks to the awesome staff for helping me with my purchase! They also had a spinning display with different cards. The one that said "Kind People Are The Best Kind Of People" really spoke to me, so I got that to include with my gift. I like that it's a one stop shop for all your needs :) Will definitely return here when I'm in the area!

Not the best place to go for books, but it's so good otherwise that I won't complain. This is a metaphysical shop for serious practitioners, with a friendly staff willing to teach newcomers.
