Soooo delicious, I'd drive the 45 min here again just for the ribs. - Burnt-Ends sandwich, also 10/10 - Baked beans: 9/10. Really great, a couple kinds of meat in there made them extra delicious. The sauces were pretty underwhelming, but the meat was so good it wasn't a dealbreaker. I mixed the blue (Kansas City) with the hot and it went well. Cornbread was good, a little dry but not bad. The coleslaw was quite dry and bland. Mixing with the mustard-based bbq sauce elevated it considerably. Overall, strong meats, good sides, and perfect dining room environment for a BBQ spot. Would eat here again - and I'll be ordering the ribs.

The Papa Bino was easily one of the best Italian sandwiches I've ever had. The Rachel was phenomenal too. It's basically a Reuben made with turkey instead of corned beef, and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Both sandwiches were very flavorful and were made with quality ingredients. The service was excellent too; The woman working the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We ate out on the patio, and it had such a great vibe for enjoying lunch on a warm day. If you're looking for a quality sandwich shop with great food, and a relaxed atmosphere, Cy's Deli is definitely worth a visit.

Concluding our tour of the property and rooms, our host treated us to lunch at Heck's Tavern. The architectural design was inspired by the Timberline Lodge at Mt. Hood in Oregon. The floor-to-ceiling fireplace in the middle of the room is quite spectacular. The hexagonal shape of the restaurant makes for many panoramic views while dining. The menu features several ranch to table options including their own Wagyu beef. I tried the BBQ Wagyu Ranch Burger which was topped with onion rings, BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese. The burger was awesome; juicy and flavorful! In lieu of fries, I ordered the salad as my side dish. It came with a creamy lemon parmesan dressing that was very pleasing. $22 might be hard to swallow, but since my meal was comped and it was so tasty -- swallowing was not an issue. But honestly, for hyperlocally raised Wagyu beef amdist absolutely stunning views, I would highly recommend it! Note: one doesn't necessarily need to stay at the lodge to visit this restaurant.
