GO HERE FOR LUNCH!! This place is absolutely amazing. We've had their breakfast multiple times,…read moredefinitely the best breakfast in Kearney, but man... the lunch is just as good. My husband got the chicken bacon ranch bowl that was kind of like a grilled chicken salad and I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap with chipotle mayonnaise. We also got the crispy onions for an appetizer with chipotle mayonnaise- those are out of this world. I also got a side of cheese fries, which I devoured in about 30 seconds- also dipped in the chipotle.. Make sure you order a gallon of the chipotle mayonnaise, it took the wrap to another level! The server Samantha was amazing, very welcoming and took fantastic care of us. The restaurant was clean and overall a great experience. I will absolutely be bringing friends and family back here often! 10/10 experience.

Because we had a baby with us, we were escorted into a separate room and placed at an oversized 8-person table for four people. Before I could even sit down--let alone receive or look at a menu--the server aggressively pressed me for our drink orders. Expecting guests to order drinks when they haven't been given a menu or even had a chance to sit down shows a lack of basic hospitality training. To make matters worse, the floor underneath our table was covered in leftover food from previous guests and clearly hadn't been swept. Between the rushed service, the isolated seating, and the unsanitary conditions, we decided to get up and leave. We won't be returning.

I got a large vanilla milkshake through the drive-thru window. Service was super fast even though I could see a line of people inside. My milkshake was thick and cold. It tastes like it is made with real, fresh, full-fat ice cream. It's so thick and cold that it was hard to suck through the straw, but hey, that's my problem! And it's an excellent problem to have. Man, this was good. AND IT WAS ONLY $3.25!!!! I can't believe how great of a bargain that is. Y'all, go get yourself a milkshake! And while you're at it, their tenderloins are good too.

The burger was fresh, with fresh vegetables, and tasted great. The onion rings were hot, and perfectly cooked. The reason for the 3 star rating is the service. The young man that served me, made it feel as if my being there was annoying to him. He was almost rude in his attitude, giving the feel of "here's your food so now leave", instead of being welcoming at all. This wasn't the first time I have gotten this vibe from the workers here (probably one of the reasons I don't stop often), but this was probably the best (worst) example of it. Hoping he was just having a bad day, but will probably be a while before I return.

I ordered the chicken fried chicken plate. The chicken was cooked very well and the gravy and roll were delicious. To me, corn sides don't usually have much flavor and this was on par with the usual. I wish the chicken and mashed potatoes had more flavor, but at least they give you plenty of gravy.

We were seated quickly, which was a plus, but the place was surprisingly empty for a weekend brunch. The decor is very dated, think cheap country-western vibes with photos of locals on the walls, like stepping into a time capsule. Our server was prompt with our drink orders. I got an iced tea, and my wife ordered a hot tea, both of which arrived quickly. They took our food order efficiently too, so no complaints about the service speed. For food, my wife went with a breakfast scramble served with an English muffin, and I ordered a ham and cheese omelet with hashbrowns and toast. The food came out hot and fast, but that's where the positives end. My wife's scramble looked nice but lacked flavor and was overcooked to the point of being hard. The English muffin was just okay, nothing special. My omelet was a letdown. It had a single slice of unmelted cheese slapped on top, barely any ham, and the egg was dry and tough. The hashbrowns were undercooked, and the toast was dry as well. Overall, not a great experience. If you're starving and have no other options, Roxanne's might do in a pinch, but don't expect much. We likely won't be back unless we're desperate.

The service was good and the TREX store fun. We also visited the antique mall across the street, which was pretty cool. The pancakes were to die for.
