Bacon cheese burger with onion rings.
    Jason B.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received as well as the quality of my cheeseburger and my onion rings. I ate at a Burger Theory one other time and I was very disappointed by that experience. I'm glad I gave it another try. The onion rings were very good.

Don't let this location scare you away, this place was delicious! I found out about this place in the 2020 a restaurant week and finally got around to trying it (thanks Covid) and it did not disappoint! We started off with happy hour 3-6pm with some beers and fried mushrooms served with a tangy horse radish sauce. After we ordered our burgers. The choices were endless with the burgers you could create and they had a hefty list to choose from as well. I created my own with one patty, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles and a garlic mayo. Cooked to perfection Tino, this burger has no compliments from me. We also order the Sriracha burger that my husband said was amazing. I would go back here anytime. It's the perfect place to chill, eat, and watch a sports game.

Food was good, the appetizer which was firecracker shrimp were nice size and yet for the price you only get six. The bigger issue with the shrimp is that it taste more like a sweet chili without any heat. The price was acceptable for the main course, deserts where high school cafeteria quality however.

The burger wasn't too bad here. Got a philly cheesesteak burger with the fries and the meat was cooked pretty well. I really enjoyed the taste of the burger because it was well seasoned and also tasted like a philly cheesesteak. I don't know how you would make a cheesesteak into a burger but this place has done it. The peppers and onions melted in your mouth, the bun was cooked just right with a buttery crust. Service was also pretty good here for being in a hotel.

So far so good! Our journey has just begun...@ Burger Theory

The experience of Burger Theory was not what one would expect. I was disappointed that it was located just inside The Holiday Inn on Ambassador Dr.. Athough, once seated the atmosphere melts the "Hotel feel" away! Now that the negative is out of the way, on to the positive.... Appetizer, Firecracker Shrimp! 6 jumbo shrimp slathered with a sticky (not to spicy) sauce! Oh, so good!!! Main course, Surajah Steak Salad, large cut medium rare steak seasoned perfectly, bleu cheese crumbles, Surajah Ranch Dressing! Mmmmmmm! All-in-all, I'll be returning! You should too!

In addition to food, they also have a few drink options like bottles of wine and beer. They even have dog food and dog treats. The store itself is decent sized. There's plenty of space for a few people to move around. They do have a large deli counter and a few coolers full of goodness. Service is always excellent. And I'm so excited because what goes better with a beer than a burger? My answer is pretty much nothing and thank goodness Burn Theory has got you covered. The special of the evening was a kimchi smash burger. One thing about me is I love anything fermented so, kimchi is one of my favorite things. Surprisingly I had never had it as a burger condiment before so, I was ready to try something fresh and new. It didn't disappoint! It was delicious. The smash burger patty was juicy and had lacey edges just like a proper smasher should, sometimes certain places forget the importance of those crispy edges. Not here! The kimchi wasn't an afterthought at all, it was more than a condiment slapped on top of the burger instead it was piled high and added just the right amount of zippy slightly spicy flavor. The cheese oozed out of the burger and melded with the lacey edges to create an impeccable bite, I'm still thinking of it a week later. I can't wait to try more burger renditions on the menu because this one definitely got high marks. There are other things on the menu as well if a burger isn't your speed but don't expect anything too fancy this is bussin' bar food that pairs exceptionally with a brew.
