Such a cute place to get a quick breakfast. We weren't able to snag a seat by their windows but the couches were super comfy. Food came quick and was tasty. It took a while to get our check but I think that's just how most of these places are. I also ordered their matcha margarita which I'd also recommend. My BF got the savory pancakes and it was better than my own dish! Came with plenty of bacon and the pancakes had a maple hint to them so no syrup really needed.

So I wound up in Portugal to spin a wedding.. And well, I needed a good breakfast and was looking for some pancakes.. So I searched Yelp and found this spot.. I'm a breakfast guy and need a good breakfast every morning. So my pal and I went to check it out and well.. The food was spectacular! I had scrambled cheese eggs with sour dough toast.. Next time I'd get a toasted croissant with butter tho.. I also had the pancakes and let me tell you.. They were delicious! Pancakes with a caramel syrup.. Chocolate syrup, bananas.. It was just a whole flavorful vibe! Incredible! So uh.. Yeah.. We went back the next day. That's how good it was. Service was great! Think we had a waitress named "Me Too". She was great. Very accommodating. The ambiance was great! Not loud at all.. Nice and easy.. Sun was shining.. You can dine outdoors.. Yeah.. Great spot to check out. Food was great, vibes were nice and calm. So if you're looking for a great breakfast spot this is your spot. K. Have a blessed day everyone! -Ray

Breakfast burrito was absolutely amazing 10/10! Perfect amount of food wrapped in the yummy tortilla. The latte and croissant ,iced coffee was also great. Was not a fan of the avocado toast, was a bit soggy upon getting it to the table and the radish was kind of an odd pairing with it. Super friendly staff who was able to give. recommendations to nearby places. Outdoor seating is good but indoor is also an option which is super cute.

Dear Breakfast is an absolute delight! Their breakfast dishes were simply amazing--every bite felt like a treat. We visited during their pistachio specials and wow... phenomenal! The flavors were creative yet comforting, and the presentation was beautiful. We also tried their specialty coffees, and they were just as impressive--rich, smooth, and perfectly paired with the food. The whole experience was cozy, stylish, and full of flavor. Highly recommend Dear Breakfast for anyone who loves a unique and delicious breakfast experience. We'll definitely be back!

Dear breakfast came highly recommended and for good reason. Stopped in for a coffee on my morning walk. I ordered a cappuccino, the service was fast and friendly.

Dear Breakfast is one of the best breakfast/brunch places to go in Lisbon. I arrived right when they opened to secure a seat on the patio. Please arrive early if you do want a seat outside. Dear Breakfast offers both inside and outside seating. My table started off with the late, croissant, and the ice coffee which were delicious. For the mains, I ordered the breakfast burrito was a 11/10. One of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had. The breakfast burrito was beautiful seasoned and was delicious. The avocado toast was beautifully plated but was on the soggy side. The staff was very friendly and provided different recommendations of areas to explore around Lisbon. All of the recommendations they the waiter recommended were fantastic. Next time I am in Lisbon, I will be sure to come back to Dear Breakfast.

This was our first meal when we landed in Portugal and it set the standard for the rest of the trip! First of all- this is an adorable spot for brunch- bright and airy! The coffee was delicious as well. We ordered the halloumi pancake which was such a unique dish! We looked at what other people ordered around us and it all looked delicious! You must visit Dear Breakfast when in Lisbon!

I ordered the Chipotle Shakshu and it was great! So flavorful and filling! I've never had something quite like this and surprised I liked it as much as I did. They have good cappuccinos as well. Service was excellent. The restaurant is very cute. I will definitely be back!

Good breakfast option in Lisbon. We walked in around 10:00 and was able to get seated very easily. Their menu is very Western style! We ordered the egg sandwich and the halloumi pancakes which were both good. It does feel like this place caters more to foreigners so the prices were a little on the high side.

Highly recommended for gluten free options. Our server was sweet and knowledgable about the menu. Coffees were beautiful and tasty. Cute atmosphere too! Food was delicious! Wanted to come back to try more but there wasn't enough time!

If you are in the area definitely go visit. The brunch special is a bang for your buck. Food was good. I wasn't a big fan of the yogurt. It was a bit warm for my liking. Everything else was good and the espresso martini was delish!

This is definitely a little NYC in Lisbon moment. Menus are in English. Patrons are very diverse. Food is well priced and tasty. The service is a little slow but the food made up for it. Everything is fresh and clean. Definitely a brunch spot worth hitting up for breakfast.

What makes it special is watching the pastries being handmade right in front of you, which adds a level of freshness and craftsmanship that you can actually taste. The service was super fast and friendly. The pastel de nata came out perfectly, with that delicate flaky crust and warm custard that just hits differently when you know it was made moments ago. The espresso was equally impressive, rich and smooth, and the two together make for a simple but near perfect combination. If you are in the area, this is an easy and very satisfying stop.

The crust was super flaky and the tart was nice and warm out of the oven, but I didn't like the flavor of the custard. I did forget to add cinnamon to the top, but I don't think it would have helped me personally. The woman who stood next to me at the counter had a nearly orgasmic experience next to me, so it's obvious that my taste buds are apparently off. I loved the patience of the server, who got confused when I told her I wanted to eat in but wanted to take water to go. Note to self...Portuguese folks want to have their "to go" as "takeaway." What I also didn't know was that there was no place to sit!! I scooted down the counter just like all the other folks to watch the bakers prep the next gozillion pastries for the day. That was interesting. Then, I didn't know how to bus my dishes. I just left them on the counter like all the other folks and went away. I wouldn't skip going because of my personal taste buds, though. Enjoy it for yourself and let me know if you have a different opinion than I did!

My daughters loved the lazy salmon and disco mushroom. The space is small and tightly packed; they converted a two-person table into a three-person one and seated me on a stool. I typically try to avoid overly touristy spots, but this time I had to rely on Yelp, TikTok, and Google to guide me. While the food scene overall didn't completely win me over, Seagull Method Café stood out in a big way -- this was hands-down the best meal I had in Lisbon. Located in a charming pink building on a quiet street, the café has a cozy, casual vibe. After a bit of a walk uphill, we were seated at a small table by an open window that overlooked the street. The interior is stylish yet relaxed, full of personality and the kind of place you could easily settle into for a slow brunch or an afternoon coffee. Service was on the slower side -- it took a while to get our check and there was a bit of waiting between ordering and receiving our food -- but our waitress was friendly and welcoming. She offered a couple of recommendations that we wouldn't have chosen on our own, and I'm so glad we trusted her. We shared two dishes between the two of us, one sweet and one savory, and it was more than enough. * The savory dish featured corn fritters served with an avocado tomatillo sauce. They were crispy, fresh, and absolutely bursting with flavor -- one of those dishes you think about long after the trip is over. * The sweet dish was their take on French toast: a crème brûlée-style toast with a caramelized top, fresh berries, and a luscious whipped cream or cream cheese topping. It was one of the best French toast preparations I've ever had -- perfectly balanced and not overly sweet. To drink, I ordered a chai latte (beautifully spiced and creamy) and a fresh orange juice that was so vibrant it tasted like it had just been squeezed. My sister had a house-made lemonade that was equally refreshing and flavorful. In total, we ordered six beverages and two full meals, and I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable the final bill was for the quality and quantity. Although Seagull Method Café doesn't seem to be featured on every "must-try" list, it absolutely should be. When we left, there was a line wrapped around the building, which tells me the locals are in on the secret. Our server also mentioned they have a sister restaurant called POMME Eatery, which we didn't have time to visit -- but based on this meal, I wouldn't hesitate to check it out next time. If this café were in Florida, I'd be a regular. For now, it remains one of my favorite hidden gems in Lisbon -- a place I'd go back to in a heartbeat.
