Good shop, friendly people when they say your car will be ready at a certain time it'll be ready. These people are very honest.

Dean's did my Mercedes E350 Service. Done in great time and the price was fair. This is an efficient, honest team you can trust.

Peter explained this was more of a cosmetic issue and they could cut off the piece or remove the whole thing.

TLDR: If they damage your car during the oil change (the oil drain plug in my case), they are…read moredefinitely unable to take responsibility to repair the damages, leading to costly repairs (nearly $1k) that must be done by a more competent mechanic. Financially, they took no responsibility either. They didn't even end up refunding me for the oil change itself after saying they would! The car: 2002 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport. 180k miles. NEVER had an issue with an simple oil change before. When: June 26, 2026 (See attached proof of purchase) What happened: It seems one of the workers stripped/cross threaded the oil drain plug when removing and reinserting it, ruining the seal and creating a leak. As stated the car never had any issue with oil pan leaks before and last got a change months ago and still held the oil fine. They let my daughter leave with the leak (telling her to bring it back for a top up if oil gets low), and by next morning there was oil all over my garage floor. (See attached video for the leak) I called them and they did come out to clean up my garage floor. But they also said they could not do anything beyond that to repair the threading damage or the leak. So now I am left to deal with a car without engine oil, which is undrivable unless you want engine damage. It was either tow it to my regular mechanic 20mins away or top it off with oil and drive it 1 min to the nearest gas station mechanic. I chose the latter, and they charge me about $1k for the repair (also attached -- also the mechanic's confirmed the cross threading of the drain plug by oil changers as the cause of the leak). Did Oil Changers take any financial responsibility? This is actually where I say they are even more UNABLE to do anything to help. I called the manager and I was super nice since it was an old car and I understand that quick oil change places don't hire experienced mechanics. So I didn't even ask them to pay for the repairs, but ONLY TO REFUND ME FOR THE OIL CHANGE that ended up all over my garage. He agreed to do it, which is good. He said he needs "corporate" to process the credit. Sure, I agree to wait. One week, no credit. I call the store again, the manager says he left voice mails with corporate. Fine. Two weeks, no credit, the manager actually calls me and asks if I got it. Nope, not yet. It's now more than a month later, still nothing. Oh well at least I get a Yelp rant out of it! ;-) I did hold off this review for a month to give them a chance to follow through with the refund, and this review would not have been posted! Why we originally went here: first time customers of Oil Changers. I usually take it to my regular mechanic but I wanted to hand down the car to my daughter so I had her take responsibility for the service. She chose the place based on good reviews. Haha.

I left my car there on a Wednesday about noon. It is now Tuesday end of day (6 days later) and I…read morecalled them 4 times over the last week (and left 4 voicemails with my return phone number) to find out status of my car which should have at least had the diagnostic by this point. No one picked up and there was no returned phone calls. I am just going to go in tomorrow and pick up my car and take it to another location. Update 6/30: It seemed the mechanics were fine, I'm sure it is a capable shop. I finally got a call on Friday (1 hour before i was going in to pick up my car to move it to another repair shop). The nice person who accepted my car let me know that they had completed the diagnostic. I told him I was just gonna come in and get it since it had been 9 days since i had dropped it off and couldn't get ahold of anyone there. Plus on my voicemail on Tuesday i had said to cancel the diagnostic. I picked up my car and took it to another place. Also worth noting... I responded to the yelp response below on Wednesday with screenshots of my call log and the address where i took it. I got no response from that email address, no phone call, no nothing. I suspect the problems with this place are one or more of the following: * They have a LOT of cars onsite. My guess is that they are accepting too many and we would all be better served if they didn't over commit and said no to some of us. * I am guessing there used to be someone who was in charge of answering phone calls and responding to voicemails and communicating with the mechanics. Now there seems to be no one dedicated to this (though maybe an overworked mechanic who is stretched too thin). On Friday the person i worked with seemed to have no knowledge I had cancelled my diagnostic 4 days earlier. * Maybe they have an automated system for responding to one star yelp reviews... and it is not being monitored anymore. * Maybe their phone system is down or misconfigured and they are losing phone calls and voicemails. * Maybe the owner (or office manager) is sick. I hope they get better if so.

$60 for oil change vs 44.xx with code as advertised in AAA website…read more There was no place to enter in the discount code when booking the appointment. Feels like a bait and switch. There are 10$ coupons on the internet but was told found them too late. 1.5h to do an oil change. waited 25m for them to start for a 1pm appt while person was on phone. Used to be MPG repair. They do an inspection looking for high profit repair items they can talk people into like they look into carfax records and if they don't see maintenance records they come back with spark plug replacement, replacing radiator hoses etc. The classic stuff. From scotty killmer YT channel: don't fall for the spark plug scam. People forget when the last change was. If you forget take one off and look at it before deciding. OIl change DIY is $20. Toyota dealer sells oil filters for $5. Shocking it is that low. Alawys buy the wiper insert from the dealer, dont buy the entire blade from Costco. Big ripoff. The small piece of rubber you replace is a lot cheaper than replacing the entire blade. Not a fan of the AAA collab. Feel like am being used for profit optimization.
