They were patient with me going above & beyond to check out & address all of my concerns. Tony was kind enough to wait for my wife & I to show up after hours to sign the paperwork as we weren't able to leave work before they closed. They registered the car for me & called me a day before it was supposed to be ready to let me know I could pick it up. It only took 2 days after signing the paperwork before I was called to come get my new car. A few days after picking my new car up, I noticed a vibration when braking. I called Tony to let him know & he advised me to drop my car off at my convenience as this was around the Thanksgiving holiday. (No questions asked, no attitude, just great customer service!). I dropped my car off, and they gave me a loaner vehicle. When I picked my car up (the very next day), they had fixed the vibration by replacing all 4 brake pads & rotors to ensure I didn't have any issues moving forward. They even noticed a ripped wiper blade & fixed that as well. I highly recommend Auto Point if you're looking for an affordable used car. The entire experience was above & beyond my expectations! STAY AWAY FROM WESTFIELD AUTO MALL!!!!!!! First let me say, the dealership was recommended by a…read morefriend, so the owner of Westfield Auto Mall knew a college student would be using the car for highway driving. Sold the car telling us it just had new brakes and tires. Within the 1st couple of weeks, the tire compression warning light went on we were told its not big deal everything is fine, he just put on the new tires. Month later after same thing happened again, I brought to my auto mechanic who told me I was lucky my son wasn't in a serious accident because the brake system was completely rusted and deteriorated and brake pads needed to be changed. Cost me ($1300.00). Westfield Mall agreed to pay half they never did. 6 months later the muffler fell off went to mechanic bottom pipes were rotted needed to be replaced and of course a new muffler too. ($850.00). Westfield Mall again said they were sending a check for $600.00 never did. Two weeks later from the muffler incident the backup camera died. While my son was driving the car just completely stopped no use of gas pedal or brakes. I am sure there are other used car scam artists out there but to sell a car knowing a young student was going to be driving, is just a special kind of degenerate. I was not the one who purchased the car because if I was, I would have done my homework and researched that this dealership has a terrible reputation. But someone purchased with car with good intentions and with recommendation from a friend who knew the owner. I can only hope my terrible experience with this company will help someone else steer clear of this company. Shame on you Westfield Auto Mall. I hope someday someone does not put your child in danger for a few bucks!!!

We have purchased three Jeeps from Bertera. A Wrangler and two Grand Cherokees. Our first two…read moreexperiences with the team at Bertera went as typically as to be expected and Dan was very good at seeing us through the purchasing process. It was the third vehicle purchase that took an entirely different turn. The purchase process was typical and upon delivery after all the paperwork was completed and we now own the car, something went wrong. The car had a serious issue that caused it to idle and run as if it was not firing on all cylinders. This was due to a factory failure to inspect the car before shipping to the dealership. Long...long...long story short: the team at Bertera finally figured out what was needed to be done (a complete replacement of the wiring harness, replacement of the coil and a couple of the fuel injectors replaced). Dan said "Everything is fixable..." and though it was a lengthy series of attempts to get there it eventually was fixed and we now have our car. It's difficult to give dealerships and salespeople trust in this day and age, but I truly believe these people are doing what they can to build a good relationship with their customers and do the right thing. We will recommend them to our friends and when the time comes we will be back for our next Jeep.

I purchased a BMW 740i from Bertera Dodge Westfield in November 2025 and unfortunately my…read moreexperience has been very disappointing. First, I was never informed during the sales process that the vehicle only came with one key. When I received the car, I specifically asked the salesperson whether there was a second key, and I was told that there was and that it would be mailed to my California address together with the license plate. However, only the license plate arrived. When I followed up later, the salesperson told me he had just discovered that there was no second key and that he had not checked the documents at the time of sale. This lack of accurate information was frustrating, especially since a replacement key for this vehicle is expensive. Second, the handling of the registration and license plate process was extremely delayed and poorly managed. The transaction was completed in November 2025, and I received the car in early December after shipping it to California. The dealership arranged a third party to process the license plate, but I did not receive my plate until late January 2026. As a result, I was unable to drive the car for nearly two months. Additionally, after more than a month of waiting, I was told that a California smog check was required before the plate could be issued -- something the dealership should have known and communicated from the beginning, especially when selling and shipping a vehicle out of state. At this point, I am simply requesting that the dealership provide the promised second key and resolve this matter properly. Buying a vehicle should be a straightforward and transparent experience, and unfortunately that was not the case here.
