For example, my husband likes spicy food but the rest of us don't like the same extreme level of spicy. I in particular am a huge wimp when it comes to spicy food. But Chef Ron took this information and made a spicy dish that we all could enjoy and it didn't burn my tastebuds off. The vegan and vegetarian guest were especially appreciative that the dishes they were served were not just side dishes, but rather proper whole dishes very similar to what everyone else was eating with some brilliant alterations. I have no idea how he was able to cook all of that food for that many people in our home kitchen and make it so flavorful.
