I planned a surprise Birthday on our friends boat with around 20 people. Jason helped guide me through the process of making sure this went seamless. He was presented with an extremely tight cooking space and was amazing with all of our crazy friends! Everyone raved about the food and how amazing it was! My company used this caterer a few times for lunches and they are a hit or a miss. A couple of the meals were pretty good. But the other times the meat was under cooked. The 1st time several pork pieces were uncooked, the 2nd time the chicken was uncooked and the last time was the worst experience. Majority of the chicken were either uncooked or RAW! It seriously looked like the chicken was just seared for a couple of minutes and the middle was completely raw. Many of us had our lunches ruined. :( Whoever is cooking the meals need to take this review seriously. Serving RAW chicken meat to be eaten can pose serious health risks because of the presence of the salmonella bacteria. This bacteria can cause food poisoning, gastroenteritis, vomiting, fever and other serious illnesses. I will not eat food served from this caterer again. read more

He took time out to visit with us several days prior to the event to see how best we could work the space and to talk about the menu. I met with Chef Jason at home the week prior, and discussed the objectives of the gathering, the setting of the event, menu options, and the message I wanted to convey to my guests while visiting Southern California. For some, this was their first time in Laguna Beach. Chef Jason arrived two hours ahead of the event with his crew. They arranged the tables on the terrace and started their food preparation.
