Pinks and Red blends. She also recommended the pretzel plate which was delicious!! Loved the various mustards and pickled watermelon rinds, so unique! After so many years of living in Oceanside and hearing about this lovely establishment, I was invited to visit The Miller's Table for dinner and I was not disappointed. I was blessed to attend one of their Wine Pairing Dinners on Saturday and it was an exquisite dining experience to say the least. The Miller's Table offers a fine-dining experience in a very intimate setting with very chill ambiance. At night, the lighting is very low with soft tones and it is very comparable to dining in a wine cellar. The fact that the majority of the interior decor features the plethora of wines they offer leans into this vibe even more. This place is a wine aficionados dream! The service is warm, friendly and they make you feel like a family guest over for dinner :) The music was that of the chill-hop, jazz-lounge genre and was soothing and very fitting to the overall aesthetics of our dining experience. I also enjoyed that they offer a communal dining seating arrangement for us. We were able to enjoy our meal and also have great conversation with new friends & network as well. When I saw this restaurant has 4.9 stars and 380 reviews, I had to check it out. I was not disappointed! I emailed the restaurant directly to inquire about their candlelit dinners and asked if we could do something for our anniversary. They traditionally do community seating, but offered to reserve a private dinner table for my husband and I. Not only that, but they created a custom 5 course meal for us complete with wine pairings according to our dietary preferences. We arrived and the server immediately directed us to our adorable table. The interior is on the cozy side, but really made for a special and intimate dining experience. Twinkling lights and classic love songs accompanied us throughout the evening, and our server was very attentive to make sure we enjoyed everything. The pictures I quickly took don't do the food justice, but this was truly some of the best food and inspiring flavor fusions I have ever enjoyed! Who would have thought to put orange and avocado together, or blueberry and salmon? Turns out they should have been paired all along. I forgot a picture of the dessert, but it was a light and airy angel food cake with fresh berries, served with a dessert wine that tasted like pure liquid honey. I had been wanting to try TMT for a long time and finally decided to treat myself for my birthday. It is a small but welcoming space, with dimmed lights for a cool and intimate atmosphere. There is wine everywhere and Chef Staci is an expert. The server not so much and although she was extremely friendly just did not know anything about the wines being recommended that evening. We started with the sea bass fish tacos, the fish was succulent but the lime had bitterness (we were given a credit for this). The fennel and shrimp salad was delicious. The lamb sausage were very mildly seasoned but the two pickled sides had sufficient kick and flavor to make the dish a success. The couscous and grilled vegetables were wonderful accompaniments and delicious. Chef Staci treated us to a chocolate pot de crème (like eating a decadent dark chocolate bar) and we ordered an ooey gooey cake (a dense cake which seemed to be a combination of brownie meet's cheese cake). Will go back for one of the Friday/Saturday dinners in the future - Chef Staci is clearly committed to ensuring diners have a positive experience. This is a gem for O'side. read more

Such a cute looking place! I was really bummed though because I visited one afternoon to order a couple sandwiches for takeout (I was staying nearby and wanted to take their delicious looking sandwiches to the beach!) and was told that they could not do that. The only option they gave was to dine in. I would like to stop by next time I am in the area but I was definitely surprised that a restaurant would rather lose business than say something like "give us 30 minutes or an hour and we will prepare two sandwiches for you." I saw a couple dining on the patio but besides them I didn't see any other customers that afternoon. Moral of the story; call ahead if you want food to-go! read more

The owner, Staci put together an incredible meal for my best friend's 40th birthday party last weekend. We wanted to have a small backyard dinner party. I gave Staci the details and shared that we eat mainly vegetarian plus fish. She created a menu that highlighted the seasonal veggies and sustainable seafood. Knowing Staci's reputation and attention to detail, I was very hands-off in the menu process. I trusted her to do what she does best. Because her team delivered the food, we talked about serveware needed and any reheating or plating instructions, which was on us to provide. Miller's Table delivered everything cooked in separate containers with instructions from "Cilantro garnish for potatoes" to "bed of arugula for fish" and portioned out lemon juice so we knew how much to add to each dish. There was very little work for us to do, but plating the dishes is time consuming, especially with courses. In hindsight, I would have listened to Staci and hired one of the gals from Miller's Table to help reheat, plate and clean up so we could relax and enjoy the party and the company. Luckily, my friends husband jumped in and let the women enjoy the party - he did great! Everyone raved about the food. It was the best meal of our lives. Staci made the evening so incredibly special, which was a huge win during these challenging times. Everything was cooked with such love and care, from using high quality ingredients to labeling and directions. I am so grateful to all of the love and energy she put into making the meal absolutely perfect. The in-restaurant dining experience is also top notch. I've had the Miller's Table bookmarked for several years now and I'm sad that it has taken this long for me to make it here. We came on Saturday for lunch - it was a beautiful day to sit on the patio. We shared the turkey sandwich along with grandma's cucumber salad. After the first bite my husband said "ohhh my god." He regretted sharing the sandwich with me. The food and service was so great that we came back the next day. This time we got our own sandwiches. What a fantastic little gem in Oceanside! I've been here only for the taste of Oside, but I've been wanting to try it for awhile. I'm so glad I finally had the chance. The space is small, but it's cozy, inviting and really comfortable. The menu is small, but has so many good options. We started with flights of wine and charcuterie. They make your charcuterie board based on your wine selection! How cool is that? The board came with two meats and three cheeses and were filled with little goodies like dried fruit, honey, jams, nuts, breads and crackers. Everything was very tasty. We also got the roasted carrots, the leek and zucchini frittata, the roast beef sandwich with chips. Everything was delicious but the sandwich was beyond! I will be back just for that sandwich. And the chips that came with it were so perfect. Paper thin, perfectly seasoned and crispy. Just great! Then to finish, we ordered the bread pudding. Holy cow was it good! One of Oceanside's most precious gems, Miller's Table is artisanal sandwiches perfected. The bread tastes homemade and is the real deal - chewy inside and extremely crunchy on the outside. Each loaf is imperfect and unique rather than store-bought in bulk. The cheese and meats - out of this world with generous portions and never skimping on quality. The sauces were divine. The sides like Portuguese pickled carrots and homemade chips - stunningly good again with massive portions. During COVID-19, the Miller's Table was clutch for sandwich pickups and had all the precautions in place to limit the number of patrons inside the store and provided hand sanitizer. Thank you! There's only one thing I could find that could be improved upon. With sandwiches to-go with the Portuguese carrots side, the carrots were a bit runny with beet-colored brine getting into the sandwich and making it a bit soggy. Overall, Miller's Table serves some of the tastiest, highest quality food in the area and takes the crown for the best sandwich I've had in North County by a mile. read more

Staff is extremely informative about the wines, but not in a pretentious way. The seasoned popcorn to start was lightly buttered and delicious. Our mains of salad add steak and brie/apple/thyme grilled were cooked perfectly and delicious. There was a wide variety of daily specials to choose from.
