Plus, the staff has always been helpful and welcoming when I've needed anything. While some things are a bit more pricey than other places, they often have sales and discounts are offered if you sign up for world market rewards. I wish there was one a little closer, but I will drive the distance for what I need and keep shopping here. It's fun and whimsical.

Shelves are loaded with goodies, so it can be a fun treasure hunt. Her attitude made us feel very uncomfortable and disrespected as customers. We were simply trying to shop, and there was no reason for us to be treated the way we were. I understand that retail can be stressful, but customer service should always remain respectful and professional. A manager sets the standard for the rest of the team, and based on our experience, her behavior did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from someone in that position. I hope HomeGoods looks into this matter and reminds its management team that every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect.
