Because of the honesty, professionalism, I saw immediately with David, a few dollars more here or there didn't matter to me! Price was competitive! Maybe, I could have done a (little) better money wise, but not honesty and professionalism. The stress of having people in and out of your house with different estimates was overwhelming! David relieved my stress. You will know immediately that David is a straight shooter! Not only did they do everything we agreed on, but more at no additional charge! They came back 2 weeks later to finish a promise! Thank you so much high quality for a job well done! Keep up the good work! Thank you David!!. You can continue searching, and not believe me, but that's your stress and strain! Last, but not least, David referred a painter who did an outstanding job! Just in case you need a painter. Both sides of the garage had hidden rot behind the exterior panels, and once everything was opened up, he found and replaced the damaged studs inside. I especially appreciated that he was honest about what actually needed to be done--since the exterior panels were still in good condition, he reused them rather than replacing them unnecessarily, then carefully reinstalled and recaulked everything. Throughout the job, he was friendly, straightforward, responsive, and highly professional. He took the time to explain what he was finding and paid close attention to the details of the repair. What impressed me most was his work ethic. He was out there working from about 7 AM to 5 PM in 100+ degree weather and still took the time to do the job properly rather than rushing through it. It's refreshing to work with someone who is honest, dependable, and clearly takes pride in their work. I would absolutely hire him again.

I'm so glad I found Cesar! We bought an old house and had a lot of work done - scraped off popcorn…read moreceiling, repiped so there were lots of holes in the ceilings and walls, raised a sunken floor, removed tile flooring and carpeting everywhere. I was looking for a company to patch the walls and finish the ceilings. After getting quotes from multiple companies, not only was Cesar's the most reasonable, his reaction to the amount of work was very positive. Some companies didn't want to take the job because it was too big. I've included some before/after photos of just a few of the areas he worked on, but he basically patched/finished every room in the house. He also built a wall to create a room and built a wall to help convert a wetbar into a pantry. His work is amazing, and afterwards the house started feeling like a home. Cesar is studying to be a general contractor, so he also keeps an eye out for other issues that aren't just dry-wall related and will mention it. For example, he mentioned that the deck built to raise the sunken floor was not completely flat, and that the contractor would have to use a physical level to verify rather than rely on laser level (the contractor verified this to be true and came back to fix it). He also pointed out that with steady use and traffic, some screws were poking out of the transitions my floor company installed. Due to his honesty I ended up hiring Cesar for multiple other jobs other than drywall - he replaced an old pocket door and hardware, fixing the wall after he cut into it and pointing out old water damage in that location. He replaced and painted all the doors, door casings, and baseboards, changed a door to swing outwards instead of in. He reinstalled all the sliding mirror closet doors that were removed because of the abatement. He painted the walls, ceilings, and stair rails. He built and installed IKEA closets behind the sliding mirror doors. Finally, he built the pantry shelves. This man takes pride in his craft. After working with so many other contractors that will do the bare minimum, Cesar goes the extra mile to add the extra touch that makes his projects look great, built-in, and finished. I trust this man completely and wouldn't hesitate to hire him for future jobs.
