Texted on Tuesday 11/16 to get an ETA so I could arrange to be home when they came to do the repair. Have not received a response at all and today it needs to be done 11/19/2021. They don't communicate and are not responsive. I would not recommend them at all.

My poor shoulders literally got scratched walking through. Daren and Dave performed the following projects: widened the small doorway and fixed shoddy prior work, patched 8 electrical cut out boxes (old cable/lan lines/tv hidden wire boxes), ceiling light move hole patched, big 10x20" cutout from a plumbing project, float out old drywall repair that had a big vertical seam. He was highly skilled and at all of the patches, the framing and sheetrock installation/mudding/taping/texture spraying. I appreciated how quickly Daren worked and the quality of every job. A lot of the work was detailed but also technical in terms of fixing that doorway. He nailed it. In addition, he arrived promptly at 7:00am each day as promised, did an immaculate job taping and containing the areas in plastic to ensure no overspray got on my stuff. He also did a wonderful job cleaning up! I recommend giving him a call if you need work done.

He was able to come out same day to inspect the potential repairs. He was great with the communication and expectation of repair. Abraham was able to get me a quote the next day and schedule the repair for the upcoming weekend. The worker who performed the job was Arturo. He was great. Both he and Abraham continued communication and were punctual to agreed upon schedule. Arturo was able to get the repair done in a single day. He was able to find identical base boards to an older house and match the color to the paint for walls perfectly. The repair looks as good as new. I would recommend California Restoration. Their communication, and timeliness was amazing. Their pricing fell within the estimates the insurance adjuster provided. They were fair and upfront about the project and timeframe. I've finally reached a conclusion with who is paying for water mitigation and repairs that were needed for my three damaged rooms. I connected with Coakley Construction and Inspection, explained the issues I had with Dave toy home, back and forth with my insurance and HOA, and sent photos of all the damage, he agreed to take me on to do drywall and shelving to help get the insides of my home, inside once again. I would handle paint and flooring myself or through another vendor. He quoted me a three day timeline but put me in for a few weeks out, after four months of back and forth with insurance and HOA, I just needed to get moving on repairs and deal with collecting repayment on all my receipts when I can. Eric and his crew were just a day or two behind their initial date estimate due to run over on their previous job and stuck to the three days to get me put back together! Eric talked about his inspection services while he was here and pointed out a few things while he was on site, he is super detail oriented when it comes to property and home inspection; no faucet handle left unturned. I would 100% call Eric back for anything I need down the road, remodel / repair or home inspection. I'm so happy to have walls again that aren't made of plastic sheets, this was a check that I was glad to write!

My wife and I bought a fixer upper with the intention of DIY'ing the majority of the work. Little did we know, leveling floors is not as easy when covering large areas. After an embarrassing attempt, I waved the white flag and sought out estimates to get the job done. When I met with Rob (the owner), I knew we were going to go with him. Rob wasn't the cheapest, but he was the best. He was thorough with his assessment and explained what needed to be done. The entire home (2,600 sq ft) needed to be leveled, and we knew this before requesting estimates. Rob laid out the expectations up-front. He explained the process and that it would take over a week to complete the job. the floors were uneven throughout the home and the previous homeowners masked the imperfections with carpet, tile and vinyl flooring. In some areas, the floor varied by as much as 1.25 inches. We knew that we needed to hire someone we would trust and would do the job as expected. We hired Flooring Professionals to remove the Vinyl and tile flooring. Unbeknownst to us prior to contacting them, we were not aware that this task could be done using dust free technology, which was an added bonus, since we were living in the home throughout the process. Rob and his team spent a little over a week removing the tile, grinding the concrete, leveling the floors. When returning home each evening, we were able to see the progress that was done during the day and all of the tools were neatly placed away. While that wasn't expected, it was a clear indication that they take pride in their work. Also, all of the debris from the floor they had removed was placed in bins on the side of the home in an organized fashion. They were very professional, courteous, ON TIME and TRUST-WORTHY. Thank you again for your hard work and professionalism. Having our floors leveled was money well spent.
