Very cute bakery with many options to choose from...cakes, cookies, croissants, macarons, just to name a few. I had a ham & cheese croissant and a red velvet cookie, both were very good. The young lady working the counter was very friendly. The bakery is so cute inside & outside with a fun mural on the building. I will try them again next time I'm in the area
I ordered one of the mini cakes for my birthday. I did pick up, the place is cute and small. The cake was so adorable and loved the way it came out. I had to take stars away because it tasted like a regular box cake. Nothing wow.
Run don't walk to DBaker's. This place came in so clutch for me to get a birthday cake last minute that was absolutely beautiful. I don't live in Miami so I'm not familiar with bakeries here but I needed a cake in a short amount of time and didn't know where would be the best place to go. I ended up finding this place and I am SO glad I did. The staff was really sweet and helpful and I really appreciated them. l explained what I needed and how I wanted a custom message and they were able to perfectly accommodate that for me instantly. They already had a premade cake that was the exact flavor that I was looking for, was gorgeously designed, and they were able to add the custom message in just a few minutes. I couldn't be happier with the cake. It's so modern and beautiful and tasted good as well. I also loved the macarons and chocolate candy on top as well and the message on the front was edible :) I would definitely recommend this place especially if you're looking for modern beautiful cakes and especially if you need one last minute.
This just came up on my feed and I had to post about their amazing cakes. My personal favorite is the pistachio raspberry! They made my wedding cake and everyone loved it. I have also tried the vanilla with dulce de leche and the guava with cream cheese . All very good but pistacho is my #1
We ordered from this bakery for a coworker and got the key lime pie and chocolate cake delivered. Both arrived fresh and in perfect condition. Delivery included it ended up being about $300 but definitely worth it. The chocolate cake was rich, delicious, and beautifully decorated and the key lime pie just stole the show flavor wise. It was creamy, tangy, and easily my favorite. Definitely worth ordering again.

We got the Death by Chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday. It tasted heavenly... the cake, filling, buttercream were all yummy. Lots of candies adorned the cake, chocolate macaroons, Toblerone, Ferrer Roche, Twix, Kit Kat, Oreos, chocolate covered pretzel sticks. An absolute treat for a chocolate lover. It was pricey for a 5 inch cake but you only live once, right? The store was small but filled with lots of treats that I may come back to try. The only issue I had was that it was a busy Friday night when I picked up the cake and there was no parking. They have a small lot in the back that was being blocked by someone in a big truck. You have to search for street parking which can be a challenge.
This is a must visit if you have a sweet tooth. I probably come to this location once every two weeks, sometimes more, to bring home a treat. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My favorite things to get have been their cookies and macaroons. They have a wide variety of flavors for both. Some of my favorite macaroon flavors are the guava, tiramisu, and pistachio. I've probably tried them all though and haven't had one that I didn't enjoy. I also tried their banana pudding cake cup yesterday which was phenomenal. Honestly just melted in my mouth with incredible flavor and texture. There are still some treats in their shop I haven't tried yet but it's only a matter of time!
We got a couple of four packs and I was so disappointed. I don't know if they've changed the ingredients but the frosting tasted oily and thick. One of my cupcakes was supposed to be vanilla chocolate chip cupcake. There were no chips inside the actual base the cupcake was dry. I didn't even eat these last two don't waste your money. It's only hype. We also had a guava frosting was terrible, but the base was not bad would not go back again.
Such a cute location for a semi-late night sweet treat! Macarons, cakes AND cookies, oh my! The staff was super informative, about their favorites and would happily recommend suggestions. Their specialty is macarons (& they're personally not my favorite), but their cookies - to die for!!! So so good. I would love to return again for a biscoff cookie! Yum. :)
pre-ordered a dog cake online for my kids - figured I could bring them back something cute from Miami. pick up was scheduled for 4:30 PM - I called ahead to see if we could pick up earlier and apparently, nothing is baked on site. it is all delivered to the studios from their kitchen else where. the employee was friendly and informed me they cannot contact the delivery driver (which seemed odd to me) and would call if it arrived prior to 4:30 PM. they ended up calling me around 3:05 PM for pick up which was perfect! the cake came a little smudged on the side, but nothing crazy. it looked just like the photos online! super happy with it & the kids loved it in the end. it made it back to the DC area in one piece & devoured by us together.

Whenever I'm in the Wynwood area I always have to make a stop at dbakers! My go to are always macaroons which are so fresh and they always have something new I want to try. If you ever have a sweet tooth I recommend to pop on in and give them a try. The staff is friendly and always answers any questions or concerns you may have regarding allergies. Best part for me is that the macaroons have a label to help identify which are GF (gluten-free). As always I will be back and looking forward to exploring seasonal macaroons. And if macaroons are not for you they also have cakes, cookies and other sweet treats that you won't regret. read more

Strawberry vanilla macaroon - great, an electric bite from the jelly filling between layers Pistachio macaroon - each bite starts out mild and gets increasingly nutty, a good bite Guava cheesecake cookie - this cookie was good, the guava sort of a jelly consistency but it held its shape. I just enjoyed being able to try a new flavor Takeout bags made with corn syrup NOT plastic and the to go cutlery is compostable!!! Awesome This place was nice and so close to my hotel that I was able to make a second trip in the day. This time we tried: Birthday cake cupcake - the cake was very moist and the icing had awesome flavor, the icings texture was a 4/10, it was creamy which is great but it was oddly chunky - if you try it out you might know what I mean. Salted caramel brownie crème puff - 10/10!!! This is something that absolutely dominates and engraves this business on the map!! This place is officially on my list of things to try when you get to Miami. Unfortunately, it is a seasonal item- just try it while you can and pray this business puts it on its menu permanently! You will NOT be disappointed! Chocolate chip cookie - this was an average cookie, I think a different type of chocolate would take this up a notch because the texture and beautiful golden brown exterior were enticing. We were gifted a slice of Nutella vanilla cake that had been used for promo photos (THANK YOU) the cake was moist and tasty. Once again that icing was delish but had that same chunky texture as the cupcake Lastly, another strawberry vanilla macaroon, I made my girlfriend try it (she doesn't even care for strawberry flavored things) and she agreed it was awesome. I finally found the perfect bakery for a gluttonous like me. And it's incredible amazing with so sweet people working there. Was looking for something sweet to bring to a friend and wow... still shocked how incredible is the food here. I ended up with 8 cupcakes because I was so curious to try all of them.. I also had a Nutella cookie because that cookie was telling me "try me, u wouldn't regret it". And it was right. Lotus of cakes, cakes cup ( the tiramisu will be my next one ). The young girl (straight long brown hair worked Sunday closing Feb 5) who works here is SO sweet!!!! She needs a raise and recognition! My cousin and I went in with a bit of a sweet tooth and she was so great with us. It was both of our first times and so we were overwhelmed by the selection. Everything looked so good and so pretty we didn't want to take a bite! I ended up getting the brownie millefeuille and it's sooo good. Sweet but co side ring all the components it's not toooo sweet which is incredible to think about! The brownie is moist and the nuts are a great crunch. I do think to make it perfect I'll add jussttt a touch of flakey salt but that's a me thing haha read more

I was on vacation in Miami and ordered cupcakes from here for my cousins graduation and they did not disappoint. They were moist, yummy, and delicious. My favorite one was definitely the churro dulce de leche. I would definitely recommend. read more

Ordered a cake for a friends birthday based on the great yelp reviews and it turned out perfectly! The cake was so delicious, and we kept eating it over the course of 2 days and it tasted amazing even 36 hours after we cut it. They even added candy on top when I asked for it. Gluten Free Macaroons! Say less I am there ! Popped my cherry yesterday and this small little place has not just macaroons but cupcakes, cakes, shakes ect . The service is also amazing ! Shoutout to the front guy working he was super helpful picking out our flavors. I will say the carrot cake and pistachio were the ultimate winners last night. The snickers definitely takes like snickers but kind of really sweet. Dark chocolate was another one that was good. The blueberry French toast literally taste all sugary and overpowering on the sweetness. Creme brûlée was also another one on the sweeter side .Box of 6 cost $17 dollars which is slightly more expensive but worth it. Definitely will be back whenever I'm craving these again read more
Ordered Uber eats for me and my friend on a rainy night. We're so glad we did. The creme brûlée and the brownie dulce de leche millefeuille wet both very good. The creme brûlée was a bit watery and the millefeuille was a bit stale. It might just be that it was sitting out too long. I would love to taste their other treats in person - the Ferrero creme puff is calling me lol! read more

SO. GOOD. My sweet tooth is legendary, so when I say these were some of the best desserts I've ever had- trust me. Everything was great, but the standout for me was the chocolate dulce de leche cake. It was rich and delicious and so moist and just perfection. I also tried a mixed 6 pack of macaroons and the brownie- all were incredible as well. 100% recommend and can't wait to indulge again! read more

I never had macaroons before so these were my first time trying them and they were delicious! They had the right amount of sweetness and the flavors were all there. They left me speechless and I couldn't keep this place off my mind. So I went back for a key lime pie slice and it also did not dis-a-pooiinttt. Just wow. I can't wait to go back and try their cakes! I believe 6 macarons were $17. Customer service was friendly too. The only downside was the limit to no parking. You would have to find parking on the side of the building. read more

I ordered this cake for my 30th and couldn't have been happier! The online ordering was super easy and let me customize my colors, the delivery was perfect and easy to track, and the cake not only looked gorgeous but tasted perfect!!! It was love at first sight. My fiancé bought me 5" cake to celebrate my birthday and I was thrilled. It was gorgeous - it had gold specks splattered over it and it had a painterly effect on it. Very easy and smooth experience. From browsing the site, calling to ask questions, and placing the order. I even needed it rushed for the following day and the surcharge was reasonable. Some of the people that would eat the cake had nut allergies so i requested that they make the carrot cake nut free and it wasn't a problem at all. Pick up was quick and the entire staff was very friendly...... NOW ONTO THE CAKE! It looked great and it tasted amazing! I'm just meh when it usually comes to carrot cake... but it was so good I went back for more. I think I have found my go to when it comes to cakes! read more
Stopped in on a cheat day to eat as much sugar as I could. I got a Tres Leches cake cup and a Ferraro cream puff. The Tres Leches was ok. Wouldn't order that again. The caramel on top tasted a little rubbery and wasn't what I was expecting. The cake part also had a weird taste and didn't seem overly fresh. I ordered this cake from New York effortlessly online and picked it up in Miami where I have having my daughters surprise 10th birthday. There was a minor hiccup with my order but they called and fixed it quickly. The cake cupcakes and macaroons all taste great! The party in a box is a great deal less than $200. I couldn't even get one cake that looks and tasted good cake for they price is New York and I'm good for dropping $600 on birthday cakes... Great job guys were happy! read more

While visiting Miami I went on a food tour to experience the best cuisines in the city. I tried recommendations for "the best" of everything from Cuban food to pizza. Some were on point... others not so much. But for dessert, I went on a quest to find the best Key Lime Pie - bc what other dessert is a must eat in Miami, Florida? Thanks to Google and Yelp, I came across dbakers Sweet Studio as one of the best places to get Key Lime Pie. Not THE best but probably top 5. Good enough for me! Especially because it was the more convenient, more affordable option at 9pm. This is a cute little corner bakery shop with many treats to choose from, including a variety of macaroons that you can try for free if you check in on Yelp. The cashier was very nice and friendly. I checked in and he gave me 2 macaroons in the flavors of my choice because I bought the last 2 slices of Key Lime. The macaroons were okay. I tried Dulce de Leche and Cookies & Cream (per the cashier's recommendation). I'd say the cookies & cream was the best out of the 2, but I can't say I would buy either. The star of the show was the delectable key lime pie. I can still taste the sweet and tangy, extra smooth tart filling on a perfect Graham cracker crust topped with a mountain of light whipped cream brûlée. Straight out of a cold fridge and into my mouth. So pretty. So delightful. So gone. Perfecta! read more
I love this sweet little studio. We order these cakes for every birthday and every family member. These familiar tall, detailed cakes are also equally delicious. I got the Halloween one for my birthday, so the themed options are cute too. They even let me add my own customization to it. I don't think I'll be able to find another go-to cake shop. This place truly encompasses the phrase, "have your cake & eat it too" because with the customer service, prompt replies, delicious taste and undeniably "tasteful" aesthetic, you get it all. read more

dbakers, please... I beg of you... MAKE MORE CREAM PUFFS! Stopped in today after seeing a banana pudding cream puff on their Instagram feed, but alas they had only 1 flavor available which was Ferrero Roche. Didn't want my trek to be in vain, so I opted for that one. AND MY GOD if that's not the best damn cream puff I've ever had. I became obsessed with cream puffs upon trying one in San Francisco, fell even deeper in love when I had a few in New York, and I've been on the hunt for one in Miami ever since. And boy did I score. The cream puff from dbakers is HUGE! The outside is perfectly flakey and crisp, while the inside was stuffed with cream (lol). This one also appeared to have a shell of Ferrero Roche underneath the pastry crust. The beautiful creation is also topped with edible gold. The person that took my order was also super nice. Very friendly and even let me eat inside despite them not being open for dine-in just yet (there was no one else there, which is why I think he was generous with the offer). If you're visiting, know that there's street parking available nearby. read more
