Unfortunately, the customer experience has been consistently overshadowed by long wait times and poor scheduling. Whether I book an appointment or walk in, I almost always end up waiting. Most recently, I waited over an hour past my appointment time before being seen. This wasn't a one-time occurrence--it's been a recurring issue throughout the months I've been coming here. What made the situation more frustrating was being told by the front desk that they had never been instructed to stop accepting walk-ins, even when appointment schedules were full. That explains why having an appointment often feels meaningless. I've also been told there was enough time for both a manicure and pedicure, only to end up staying well past closing. I've even offered to split services and come back another day to help accommodate scheduling challenges, but the delays continue. After waiting over an hour at my most recent appointment, I asked whether anything could be done for the inconvenience. For the second time, the manager told me he couldn't offer a discount because he needed to pay his employees. That response completely missed the point. No customer is suggesting employees shouldn't be paid. The issue is management repeatedly overbooking, running behind schedule, and failing to respect customers' time. As a parent with a husband and baby waiting for me at home, an extra hour isn't a minor inconvenience. Time matters. If the salon had been transparent about wait times and taken accountability for the recurring delays, I likely would have remained a customer. The technicians are talented, and the salon itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, great service can only go so far when appointment times are treated as optional and customer concerns are met with excuses instead of solutions. Beautiful salon. Talented technicians. She had an excellent eye for detail and extremely organized (she sent me weekly email status updates and action items to do). She was able to negotiate great deals with the vendors and directly dealt with them which was amazing to get off my plate. I also had certain things that I wanted for the party (i.e. i try to be as sustainable as i can do that meant little waste, compostable plates, etc) and Fazia was able to source these items that met this demand (ie the plates matched the color theme and were cute!). Further, Fazia was very responsive. The theme, colors and vision came out so well. I definitely would work with Fazia again.

It was just the two of us so we were able to do each game repeatedly, which made it even more fun because it allowed us to figure out how to solve the puzzles.
