Actually all our interactions with the different Coaches have been great! I don't think you could go wrong with any of them. And our son is now in the 3 year old class with Coach Denise. And he loves his big boy class with her. They have several different levels of classes and offer them at several different times Monday-Saturday. They start the classes with a warm ups before doing gymnastics. My kids love the trampoline, balance beams, bars, rings and the foam pit. I really like how it's in a gymnastic facility. Besides helping with coordination and getting a little physical activity my favorite thing my kids have learned here is taking turns. We also attended a 3 year old birthday party here. All the kids loved it and they did a nice job hosting the party. They do have a gymnastics team here as well but I personally don't know much about it. They also sell gymnastics leotards. However in the mom and tot class most kids wear normal comfy clothes. Overall we are really happy and plan to continue doing classes here.

I took my child for classes and there was one adult that would enter the "no shoes" area with shoes that were dirty and leaving grass and dirt everywhere. Also, some adults are barefoot, now I understand why children should be barefoot for gymnastics but it's unnecessary for adults to be barefoot unless you are the coach. Adults can have bacteria, fungi, etc on their feet and should be required to wear socks. Maybe that is part of the reason the place smells like feet. That being said, some of the instructors and front desk staff are pretty nice. My child enjoyed the classes with Ms.Paulina, she was great.

The place is always clean, the staff is very friendly and coach Gail works with each gymnast directly. The class schedule is VERY accommodating. Whether it is a feeling with some coaches that (he) only has time to work with those who might be potential competitors, to very repetitive and non- progressive skills over months of time, it got to be very discouraging for the girls. Add to that an insane and chaotic parking situation and I'm out. Literally every week, entitled people would block all traffic in the back so they could walk their special snowflake inside the building instead of parking like the rest of us. Others would drive the wrong way on a clearly marked one way path. By the time you got to the exit and had to make a blind left turn onto Circle, you need a drink.

Hm...convenient timing. so then my mom posted it and it just naturally disappeared. So I'll share it everywhere else that I can. DO NOT ATTEND ASPIRE GYMNASTICS. I attended Aspire gymnastics academy (Joliet) growing up and have ALWAYS recommended and loved these people and this gym. I went there for YEARS. After having some personal issues and I needed to speak to the owner about dropping classes for the next month (my email was sent less then 24 hours after the drop date). I repeatedly apologized for the inconvenience and was explaining how we had all intentions of coming back in the future. That I simply received the email a day after and replied immediately upon receiving it, and apologized for receiving it a day late somehow as i also had gotten a new phone and this was happening with other things also. I was screamed at, disrespected, and after she agreed to drop the class, she then took that back and refused to even continue the phone call. Said she was flagging my account for being problematic and nearly hung up on me. She began yelling and downplaying our personal issues to being my fault. At one point she literally told me to stop talking. I have never been so disappointed by a place I have repeatedly praised to family, friends, and more in the past. Thankfully, I recorded the entire call. Apparently, I'll be receiving a call back tomorrow and hopefully it's from someone more professional. 10/26/2022: Aspire Gymnastics couldn't even give me that call back I was promised. Got a great email about how "she tried to reason with me" last time I checked business owners don't yell, scream, and blatantly disrespect their customers. DO NOT ATTEND ASPIRE.

It's a great, family-friendly gymnastics place with excellent coaches who really know what they're doing. The gym is always clean and welcoming. May daughter had 5 other children in her class with 3 instructors. The ratios are nice and small giving the children a lot of one on one attention. The coach's talk to the parents at the end of class and share my child's strengths which I thought was pretty incredible. My daughter still gets shy and they are patient and encouraging throughout class. I also love that they visit two separate gyms through their session, which helps keep the children's engaged. She's learning a new skill and having fun doing it. I would highly recommend checking this place out! Oh- and I think we will sign my older son up for their ninja class. It looks super fun for boys!
