The pool was open from noon-5pm (it was opening day, I don't believe those are standard hours). We bought tickets online in the morning before going, which was a good idea because there was an incredibly long and slow line to purchase tickets. It was $15 per person. They have changing rooms, including showers with soap. They have a reasonably priced concession stand (no outside food allowed). There was a gigantic pool with multiple sections, including a zero depth entry section, 2 lap lanes, a 12 foot diving pool with diving pool and 2 drop slides. 2 medium large water slides. There was also a huge splash pad including a set of little kid water slides and a water bucket that dumps water on people. The life guards were great. We had a great time!

The pool has 2 slide areas, a kids section, lap lanes, diving well, and free play space. Grassy area and lounge chairs. My teen enjoyed the concession stand- soft serve ice cream and funnel cakes! I like how they enforce the "no food on deck" and "no shoes on deck" rules. Points off as the parking is absolutely bonkers. There were other sporting events happening tonight, plus just folks in the park, so there was no available parking. We parked in the farthest lot, which seems like a full 2-3 blocks from the entrance, and with 1-way lanes it took us super long to get everyone in and out of the event. Also, the locker rooms were outdated and did not smell the best.

My Oldest Son (3yrs old) Goes to Part-Time to PreK in a Public School and is very flexible and understanding with his schedule. My Youngest Son (1yr old) is Thrilled to be there every morning, already knowing the class routine. The Infant room taught him how to walk and captured his first steps and was able to send it to me through my kids daily reports on the tadpole's app! I also love the fact that when they are transitioning into another classroom, they would give out a transition notice for me to sign and give me a head up when they will be starting permanently and would let my child visit the classroom to have to smoothly transition before his start date to the toddler room! I also want to point out the owner Ms. Olga and the director Ms. Ms. Autumn. Autumn is always available to speak with me and always responsive and always listening to my concerns. The staff creates a warm environment that truly supports each child's development. I also really appreciate the strong leadership present. That kind of influence is so important for our youth. We had registered online for their green dot lesson series for beginners, and selected the dates of classes we would attend. I even got a confirmation email, but on the first day of lessons we showed up and they didn't have my son on the list. They told us that the registration system sometimes doesn't work and that the best way to be registered is to have a staff member do it. So we had to leave (no instructor was there) and call to schedule later. Unfortunately, two additional times we showed up only to find out that his lesson was canceled without us knowing. Both times we had confirmation emails that the class was happening, and both times we showed up to nothing - and unfortunately today, no one was at the facility at all, so there wasn't even anybody to talk to about our issue. (The gate to the courts was wide open though, yikes) Unfortunately, when you have issues like this (or need to reschedule) you can't reach anyone. When you call and try to leave a message, the machine cuts you off before you can finish speaking after only 5 or 10 seconds, and if you email them, no one ever replies to you. So your only recourse is to call and call and call until you finally reach someone. I can't recommend the business to any parent; logistics are critical, and this place unfortunately didn't deliver.
