The process was quick and the cost was about the same as it was 5 years back! Glad it wasn't too expensive otherwise I would've had to call someone else. I will say I was unable to pay with a credit card (said their machines weren't working) so I had to write them a check (no biggie on my end). All in all - someone I will definitely use again if needed.

I would not recommend Shine Select Power Washing & Roof Cleaning…read more After the service, multiple areas of my lawn were severely damaged and appear to have died from either bleach runoff or an equipment issue. Based on other reviews, this does not seem to be an isolated problem. I will now have to reseed several sections of my yard and wait for the grass to grow back. I also found bleach stains across my driveway after the job was completed. In addition, I found a loose nut on the driveway, which makes me wonder whether there was an equipment malfunction or leak during the service. It would have taken the crew a few minutes to rinse off the driveway. The cleaning chemicals also left a noticeable residue on all of my windows, creating another expense and additional work for me to correct. To make matters worse, the crew did not return my outdoor furniture or garden hose to their original locations after finishing the job. It was a very lazy and poor-quality job all around. Overall, I paid for a professional cleaning service and was left with property damage, cleanup work, and additional costs. The results simply did not justify the hassle or expense.

I requested a quote online, which I received quickly. Once I accepted the quote (in April) I got a May service date--of course, everyone wants things cleaned up for the spring and summer BBQs. Delaney came out and serviced our home, including our back patio and brick front porch. Everything looks amazing - like we just had the brick installed, and I know it's from the original owners, probably 15-20 years old, and likely wasn't cleaned in the last 10 years. We will definitely have him/Callan's out again for our next service and highly recommend them for folks looking to freshen their outdoor space!
