Given that I live in Florida, I was unable to get in touch with anyone at the hospital who could help locate the delivery before my friend was discharged from the hospital. However, Cathy at Bouquets & Baskets was so kind, and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She graciously offered to pick the flowers up from the hospital, freshen the bouquet, and have the flowers re-delivered directly to my friend's home at no additional cost.
