They had premade bouquets for $30-35, but I asked them if they could make one with pink and white roses and the lady yes for $40. Midway I asked to add some lily's, they added a total of 4 lily's and at the end she says the total will be $75! And then on top of that once I pay I get my receipt back and they charged me $82!!! EIGHTY-TWO DOLLARS!!! So 3 lily's were worth $35, and yet she didn't tell me this ahead of time. Very disappointing that she would overcharge me. I told my fiancé who is from this area who was waiting in the car and he went back in the store to talk to her and she said "well she should've known", meaning that because I'm not from there I should've known she would've overcharged me. A lovely local florist! I had a great experience ordering from here, they are very friendly and were able to work with me on my schedule. I live right around the corner but work during their official hours, and needed flowers on a Sunday. The owner said I could pick them up that morning even though they weren't open then, but she said they're usually in the store on Sunday's cleaning up. the woman I spoke to was wonderful. promised to deliver the flowers by 10am left side door of church for my son's Memorial Mass (Church was opened early) Five minutes before the service was over, a surfer dude walked in with half dead flowers. Not the dark blue paper with orange flowers to represent my son's favorite baseball team... the NY Mets. Thankful to Father Eric for lightening the mood! in the scheme of things, dead flowers for my son who passed is a blimp. NOT DOING your job is disgraceful. On August 24th I, along with many, many others, attended a memorial mass for my cousin's 36 yr old son who had recently passed away. The church was right in Weehawken. Naturally my cousin was overwhelmed with everything and counted on others to assist her. By that I mean the people that work at the church, the cantor AND the florist. She had a beautiful tabl displayed with her son's picture and his favorite baseball team, the Mets. I noticed an empty spot on the table and she explained about the Mets-themed flowers she ordered. I said ok, where are they? She was advised by the parish that the flowers were never delivered!!!! I was furious for her as well as alot of other guests. Right before the mass was ending at ALMOST 12 noon i delivery man showed up with flowers. Those flowers were horrendous. We thought it was a joke. They had nothing to do with the colors of the Mets! How incredibly unprofessional your establishment is. Fortunately the priest explained what it was my cousin ordered but was not what was delivered. I hope you reimbursed her! Very disappointed with the service I received. I ordered birthday flowers for a client 3 weeks in advance. The flowers were not delivered - I called Nery's and was told that my order came in late and that's why they weren't delivered when I stated they were ordered 3 weeks in advance they said they had a problem with the computer. They would deliver the flowers the next day ( at this point almost a week late) No apologies or offers to make it right. I emailed and asked that they please let me client know that the mix up was on their end not mine and got no response. I will never use Them again and will not recommend to others. read more

I bought birthday flowers here recently and they were just lovely! The flowers were very fresh and smelled terrific. They even came with a beautiful glass vase, which was a lovely surprise, and helpful because we did not have a vase at home. Given the number of flowers, quality, and the vase, the flowers were also quite the bargain! I also got a very pretty balloon which is still going strong after 3 weeks! :) The location is convenient, right on Park Ave, and the lady who runs the store is very sweet. Horrible Florist!! Ordered a arrangement for delivery on Sat 12/4 at 10 am for delivery that day. The florist is about 10 blocks from the restaurant (5 pm reservation). The arrangement was not delivered. They were closed on the following day (Sun). I contacted them via email. Someone from the florist contacted me and informed me that the arrangement was delivered to another location. Ruined the moment!!!! The florist said they would deliver a arrangement to my home. Horrible service. The lady who works there basically forgot my order and charged 115$ for a bouquet of flowers that was done last minute in front of me. (Also it was sloppy work) She gave me a date to pick up the flowers and when I got there she made up excuses and she was just lying to cover up that she forgot my order. I needed it at a certain time and she told me to come back 2 hrs later. By that time I wouldn't need it anymore. She also made me put a deposit so I couldn't even get a refund for it. The lady who worked there was so rude and unprofessional and kept smirking at me because I don't speak Spanish. No wonder no one comes here to get flowers. I'd rather go the extra mile to another flower shop then deal with this ridiculous, unprofessional place. read more

I have tried to call twice but they also don't answer their phone. I ordered a florist choice flower arrangement for 150 dollars. The florist's design is a bunch of roses stuck into a vase haphazardly. There is no style, substance, color variety or anything to this arrangement. What an absolute waste of money. The florist could have done anything and all she could think of is pocketing the 150 and giving me an average rose arrangement. NEVER use them. Couldn't find any reviews for Nery's so thought I would give them a try. My daughter said the flowers were beautiful and the delivery went smoothly. Okay, so we were so happy and pleased with the bouquet and the boutonniere! Thank you sooo much again! million times. I have never complained, nor had an issue with the product. The only issue i had- is with 1800flowers. The representative made a huge mistake by changing the delivery date on their own. This caused us a huge stress on both sides. Thank God Nery's owner and her husband were kind enough to deliver it on Friday, the originally scheduled day and in addition gave us a generous gift(boutonniere)! Thank you again!
