This resulted in cabinetry that could not fit the space. I was blamed by the owner, but because all information was corresponded via email, the owner messed up the order and it was glaringly obvious. After several emails back and forth I was promised a check amount in refund. At no point did the owner measure the space, walk me through the plans and details, nor said they were sorry for screwing up. I am supposed to get a check refund when they return on the 2nd. The design work Kayron did was beyond what we could have imagined ourselves. The attention to detail and innovative approach to a space is so worth it. I am glad we did not limit ourselves and went ahead and did a design consult that went beyond replacing tiles and cabinets. Kayron is so patient and thorough. She listened to our needs and really understood how we use the space. There was no cookie cutter approach to her design.
