I had an appointment at this location and tee led 40 minutes to get to this appointment!!but despite this, the consultant assigned to me helped others when she should have been helping me. I tried only 4 of 5 dresses without much assistance (zipping/unzipping). She didn't bring me any of my 'favorites' that I was told to list online. Very poor customer service! read more

Worst experience ever. I don't want to say the staff is incompetent so I will politely say they have trouble listening. The women took down all of the bridesmaids orders and information and then sent everyone in the party the wrong dress. I spoke to a manager 4 times afterwards as they then sent me the wrong shipping label, info, etc when trying to send back the dress. When they finally received the dress that was wrongly sent to me, they did not call to confirm they received it and to let me know they are issuing the return. Instead they said they have sent me a different dress that I have yet to receive when I specifically told them I will be ordering online. It's never ending with these women, order online. This place is a disaster and so disorganized. read more

I have had several experiences with this store. First, I tried some wedding dresses for the store which I ended up buying somewhere else and second, I bought some bridesmaid dresses for my bridesmaids at the store. My wedding dress experience was uninspiring at first progressing to annoying. I didn't have an appointment and they seemed okay with that. They assisted me and gave me lots of dresses to try but none of them were dresses that looked good on me. I'm short so the big ballgown type just looked stupid on me. I kept asking for slim, mermaid or trumpet style and they only found four of them, none of them pretty. I couldn't believe that out of the hundreds of dresses there, they had so little of a very common and current style. Also, it didn't help that there was a tall girl trying on dresses too and they kept giving her ballgown dresses and complimenting her while I just looked like a mushroom in the same dresses. So I didn't buy my dress there because of the poor service and selection. But that didn't stop Danvers. Every other week I would get a call from them asking me to come back to try more dresses until I told them I had bought a dress at another store. They didn't stop calling but now they only call once a month even though I've asked them to stop. So annoying. I did decide to give them another change and bought two bridesmaids dresses from them and that experience was pleasant. The dresses were great too but then a couple of months before the wedding we found out one of the dresses no longer fitted. Hoping there was still time to exchange the dress I called Danvers, but they were NOT helpful. They said there was no time to ship a new one from their warehouse even though I said I would pay for express shipping. They did find a store that had the dress in a different state but they said in order for me to get it I had to pay for the dress again, which was not going to happen. Finally, they also told me there was no way to let the dress I did have out, which I get because there's no extra material, but didn't even try to offer solutions like maybe doing a lace-up back or something to get more room. I was in despair, but then I remembered my friend who got her dress at the David's Bridal in Natick and she said they were helpful and she got the perfect dress from them. So just on a whim I called them and asked if they could do anything for my situation. They were great and I was able to get the dress from that store in time for my wedding. Danvers, though continued to annoy me, because after the Natick store helped me, the Danvers store had the nerve to call me again and asked if they could helped me with anything for the wedding. I took the opportunity to tell them politely but firmly that I didn't need any help from the Danvers store, that the Natick store had already helped me with the crucial issue with the bridesmaid dresses which they had said they could do nothing about other than make me buy the dress again. They were flustered and didn't know what to say, and I just let it go. But my advice, if you are doing anything with a David's Bridal, you should definitely go to the Natick store and avoid the Danvers store like a plague. read more

I arrived at David's Bridal out of breath and stressed out after my original wedding dress from an online dress company fell through 5 weeks before my wedding. Jacqueline, the dress assistant assigned to me, overheard my desperate phone conversation and informed me that I could get my money back through my credit card company which I did. She also helped me find a dress that night and helped to convince my mom and the seamstress that we could make the alterations that were necessary. She was a great problem solver and did not give up until we had a solution that worked. Mercedes did an amazing job with the alterations. They were a little pricey that is why I choose a four star, but that comes with the territory. I bought both veils at David's Bridal and was very happy with the results. read more

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star! So much went wrong there but to make a long story short, the davids bridal in Dedham is definitely much worth the drive instead of the Danvers location. The women working were very unpleasant and was shocked to find out the the most unpleasant women was the manager. I strongly advise to go to Dedham or go elsewhere because it is not worth it. And when you order a dress in your size at Davids bridal, they send you your dress purposely big so that you can pay for their ridiculously expensive alterations. Its ridiculous. read more

Just awful. Do not waste your money or time. The sales people are overbearing and have no idea what they are talking about. They gave me a dress that was 3 sizes to big and insisted that was how to fit a dress. The dress itself was sold to me full price. I believed in them, my stupidity. My seamstress from a very high end retailer was taken back doing the alterations and asked if I borrowed the dress it had been hemmed 2 times! Roberta is a nightmare and ruined my shoes she was so rude and overbearing, she just wanted to hear herself talk, with her pushy know it all attitude's ...ladies do not go to Davids bridal. read more

I had so many issues at David's Bridal from a rude consultant to a number of alteration issues. When I was there I also heard a bride complaining that after having her dresses steamed at David's there was a water stain on her dress. My advice to brides is get your bridesmaids dresses here but not yours!! read more

The consultants: I had a young girl who was practically silent and meek. I asked "What do you think of this one?" and she said "Well, if you like it...." I needed feedback and opinions and perhaps her to say "oh, I know what might look good on you...". But no, nothing. I went back again and got a great lady. So you never know. The dress: I thought Davids' Bridal had a great selection of dresses. I loved my dress and so did everyone else at the wedding. The alterations: DON'T DO IT!!!!! I paid $190 for a tweek here and a tweek there. They practically make you buy a size up, just so they have to alter it. I called THREE times to make sure my altered dress was ready for pick up - no one ever returned my call. I got MAJOR runaround from the third person I talked to. I said "It's either ready or it's not. What is going on? Why can't I get an answer?". The response was "I have to talk to my Manager". Why? Then, "Ok, it's ready". When I went in to pick up the dress, and tried it on, it was quite apparent the alterations weren't done at all. The dress was too big! Their excuse was "You must have lost an inch". In a month? off my ribcage! You don't loose weight off your bones! Plus, if anything, I gained a few pounds (nervous eating before the wedding). Since the wedding was a week away, I didn't want to fight with them or have them make the alterations only to find out they made it too tight or lor lost the dress etc. Didn't trust them to do it right. Plus the dress wasn't steamed at all. All three layers had deep, long crease marks. Unbelievable. I'm still so upset that they got $190 of my money and did absolutely NOTHING to earn it. I wish I had had the time and patience to fight the charges etc. but that's not the mood I was in a week before my wedding. I guess they count on that. It's criminal. I wish I read reviews before hand. Hopefully I can help someone avoid what I went through. read more

This review is strictly for Roberta, the saleswoman who was assigned to help out my friend. I thought she was one of the more sincere women who worked at David's (not that this is saying much). She wasn't all fakey fake and I felt like she really worked her butt off dragging all those heavy dresses around all afternoon. Sure, she had a little smidge of spinach in her teeth when she greeted us, but her smile was genuine and knowing that she just rushed through her lunch to get to us on time made her all the more endearing to me. She even brought us little Dixie cups to use at the water fountain when I told her we were so dehydrated we thought we might pass out and take a little nap on a pile of tulle. There was no overbearing pushiness or hovering from Roberta and she seemed really in tune with what my friend was looking for, even if she would disappear for 20 minutes after we asked her to bring over more dresses. But, hey, the place is a madhouse on the weekends and each salesperson helps out a bunch of ladies at once, so we knew what we were dealing with. So, if you ever dare to enter the scary world of David's Bridal, ask for Roberta and I think she'll make the whole experience a little bit better for you. read more

I went here to try on dresses for my wedding and the lady helping us was amazing! She never rushed us and pulled a lace dress that i never thought would be my type but ended up being my dream dress! I ended up buying that dress as well as all my bridesmaid dresses here. The front desk service was a bit slow (45 minutes for my 8 bridesmaids to pay for their dresses). I made my alteration appointment here as well and Mercedes was very nice and knew exactly what she was doing. When i came back to try on at my final fitting the dress wouldnt zip at all! Luckily all they had to do was cut out the corset that we had sewn in and it fit. A little annoyed that we paid for it to be sewn in and they had to cut it out but what can you do. The day of my wedding i had to have my friend sew a piece of lace back together and sew the permanent bustle back on as it fell down before i even left for the wedding. I would not recommend them for alterations but the dress itself was beautiful! read more

I had Joy as my consultant, and it was fantastic. I ended up booking the first appointment at 9 am, which I HIGHLY recommend--no one was in the store, you didn't have to scream for attention, or elbow your way through racks. It was a dream! I found three dresses that I loved! I ended up getting my dress somewhere else, but this was a great experience I wanted to share. Also, I have only been to the Danvers location so I have no frame of reference, however, my friends were saying this is one of the nicest David's Bridal they had been to in the state. Go, go, go! read more

I went with my cousin recently to David's Bridal in Danvers-- we didn't have an appointment and it was a super busy Sunday afternoon. We could have not been made to feel more comfortable and important. The woman who helped us, Roberta, was so professional and really took her time getting to know what the Bride envisioned (although the Bride herself wasn't quite sure what she wanted). She was patient and thoughtful and we she made the experience not only so enjoyable but incredibly beneficial! If you can request a specific person to help you find the dress for your big day in the Danvers store, I suggest you ask for Roberta...we just got lucky but she was fabulous and so easy to work with. Truly as master of her craft! Thanks Roberta! read more

Our consultant Sandra acted like she was annoyed to have to help my three bridesmaids find dresses. She led us over to the dresses and told us to find what we liked and said she would be back. After ample time without her return we had to haul our dresses around trying to find her, and finally found her helping a bride. She nonchalantly motioned us over and confusingly showed the girls their dressing rooms without really saying anything. Then she ignored us as she helped the other bride while I helped zip and unzip the girls and look for other dresses they needed in different sizes. Sandra was rude and unsympathetic. She told one of the girls her dress was too small when really the zipper was broken from too many try ons. We asked if a dress could be made in extra length and she just said that the dress looked fine and told my bridesmaid, "you're just tall, honey". She did not know the answer to any question I asked and would say "I don't know". Then I would have to ask her if she could find out the answer. She also forgot to measure the girls and take their info so they had to take their coats back off to be measured once we were ready to buy. We made sure the dresses they liked came in the steel blue color I wanted. But the icing on the cake was when we were excitedly ready to buy the dresses Sandra was ringing us up she nonchalantly said "this dress doesn't come in steel blue". Are you kidding me?! We had asked her to confirm before we decided on the dresses. Then another salesperson told her that she needed to scroll down and there it was. So I had a mini heart attack for nothing. She didn't apologize. I have been to david's bridal three times before in Portland, ME for other weddings and this was by far the absolute worst experience. I have no idea how this woman has a job still at David's bridal. She was completely awful and incompetent at her job. I am usually quite understanding but she was awful the entire time and not at all helpful. She made us feel awkward, unwelcome, and added unnecessary stress to our visit. I will not be returning to the Danvers Davids Bridal. read more

I HEART the David's Bridal in Danvers. I got engaged in December, right before X-Mas. Just for fun, I went to go look at wedding dresses on new years day. I booked an appointment with ALLA, the sweetest bridal helper EVER! The place was empty and so I go tons of attention and found my dress. I came back again and had another appointment with Alla. While she was spread very thin, she was helpful and kind. We went back again to get our bridesmaids dresses there. They were great there, and I would definitely recommend them. If possible, go during the week because the weekends are VERY busy. read more

I am an older bride and waited till the last minute to go dress shopping. I was welcomed at the front door and proceeded in without an appointment. I was greeted by a young, cheerful associate (I believe her name was Erin). She listened as I described what I thought I wanted. She and I picked out a few dresses to try on from their bountiful selection. I mentioned that I was having a destination wedding out of the country on the beach. She was engaging and had great ideas for shoes, jewelry, and even hair styles. I was pleasantly surprised when she suggested I try on a dress that wasn't my style. I would never have tried that dress without her prompting me to. It turns out that was the one! She had picked the perfect dress that flattered every curve of my body. She was patient, attentive, and very kind. I purchased that dress and a few other accessories that complemented my dress. The night management was fabulous as well. They stayed after hours when I was picking up my dress after getting alterations. They went above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. I recommend David's Bridal in Danvers to anyone getting married. You will feel so special and get your ideal dress at a reasonable price too. read more

Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience at the David's bridal location in Danvers, MA. I had a pleasant experience the first time I went to this store, before I committed to purchasing my wedding gown. Although I love my wedding dress - I wish I had gone to another establishment for alterations. Not only did my alterations cost more than half of the cost of my overall gown, I had to sit through an hour and a half for my alterations themselves, because the woman doing the hemming did not know how to make my dress even. Tonight when I went to pick up my finished gown and arrived at 6:15 for my 6:30 appointment. My wedding dress was not brought out to be to try on until 7:30 because it was being "steamed." While I was waiting for my gown several women who were waiting for their gowns, whose appointments were after mine, were already being helped. David's bridal staff only care about making a sale and once they have your money they clearly don't care about customer service. read more

Went to David's Bridal in Danvers for my alterations appointment. Before the alterations began, I admitted that I was no longer happy with the dress that I bought. Roberta calmly and happily redirected me to other dresses. After an hour and a half, I found the right dress and am SO happy that I spoke up, had Roberta as my bridal consultant and gave my business to David's Bridal. They are accommodating my now tight schedule and the dress will be available in 3 weeks. That gives me a month for alterations, which is no problem for them. My recommendation would be to call ahead for an appointment and to go midweek during the day if you want consistent attention. Otherwise, bring patience. On another day, I brought my mother in and even though she wears a 16P, she found a few dresses that she loved! I would have given five stars if the dress quality was higher. That said, the quality is at least as good as Bella Sera (overpriced) and Alfred Angelo's (excellent prices). read more

Today was my second time going back to David's bridal. The first time I had gone with my aunt and mom and my experience was eh. The consultant was actually helping another bride at the same time which was odd and my aunt had to jump in and help me with getting in and out of dresses at times. Nonetheless she was nice and accommodating to the many dresses I tried on. I loved the last dress that I tried on but couldn't say yes and went back a second time with some of my bridesmaids. I had a new consultant Meredith who was wonderful! She was honest with what she felt was a great fit for my very petite figure. She was personable and made me feel like she was one of my aunts here helping me pick out a dress. She also helped me realize that it didn't matter what anyone else thought as long as I loved the dress. I tried on a few more dresses but left with the dress I couldn't stop thinking about from my last visit. She even made us cry which was something I never thought I'd do over a dress. And with the sale price I said yes to the dress! read more

My appointment was for this past Sunday at 11am. I drove down with a couple friends and my mom to try on some wedding dresses. I had my eye on a certain one but it must have been sold the day prior. No big deal though I tried on several other dresses. The stylist/consultant was fantastic and brought me all kinds of different styles to help me make a decision. I can't say enough good things about Roberta who was just fantastic and worked with me for an hour and a half. The store was very busy and Roberta had a few brides that she was helping at the same time. Which would've stressed me out however, Roberta handled the chaos perfectly! The last dress I tried on was a pick from Roberta and a style I never would have picked for myself. It was beautiful! I tried on the veil and a sash and everything looked gorgeous. I thought it was the one. But because it was getting later in the afternoon and we had a long-ish drive from NH no one in my little party of peeps had eaten a thing. So we decided to go to lunch and discuss the dress as it was a little over my price range and it would require ordering it in extra length, then have it altered after that ( I need just an inch or two more to the end of the dress) We happened to be eating lunch and saw the Alfred Angelo store out the window. Before I went back to buy my dress at David's Bridal we decided to just check that store out real quick. Turns out I found my dress in that store. It was very similar to the dress that Roberta had picked out for me and I sort of feel bad for purchasing the dress from the Alfred Angelo store and not from Roberta. But the dress at Alfred Angelo didn't need any alterations and the quality was just that much better. You could tell the difference in quality just by looking at it. I can say I had a great experience in the Danvers David's Bridal and Roberta was AWESOME!! If you're looking for a dress and are not completely sure of what you want. We have hectic lives and drove a long way to come to this store. When we arrived they had closed an hour early. Unprofessional.

My daughter picked out her senior prom dress with the help of Roberta. We were in and out within 45 minutes. Roberta was extremely helpful especially after getting to know what my daughter was looking for. She had patience during the process and made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. It was the most pleasant and enjoyable experience for both my daughter and myself. I would not hesitate to recommend David's Bridal and Roberta to everyone I know. read more

Please be aware! I bought my bridesmaids' dresses her a few months ago. Without me allowing it David's Bridal gave my email address to many wedding vendors (photographers, videographers, honeymoon planners, and even a Mary Kay representative) and since then I've been getting bombarded with solicitation emails. When I called David's Bridal to ask them to take my email out of their system the woman I spoke to said she did but informed me that I may still get solicitation emails from vendors as they have already given out my email address. Are you serious?? Is this even legal?? If you don't like getting many emails that don't even pertain to you (I'm not even getting married in this country so no I don't want to use you as my photographer!) then don't give them your email address. read more

I had a wonderful experience as a bride to be with Erin who helped me on November 12, 2016 at David's in Peabody, MA. She was patient, kind, just wonderful. She made me feel terrific trying on gowns. And I'm going to be a 60 year old bride this summer 2017. If you are lucky enough to have Erin Rittick (sp?) you will really enjoy your David's Bridal experience. And I bought my gown that day. On the other hand I ran in to David's Bridal today at noon on my limited 30 minute lunch hour to look at shoes, veils for a few minutes. I was stopped at the door and told to wait and to sign in (?) after I said that I had bought my gown there and just wanted to take a quick look at shoes. I don't think customers want to be screened at the door and told to wait for anything. Once I was able to move on another sales person told me she would show me where the shoes were and help me. Again I mentioned that I know the layout of the store and just want to look for a few minutes. Customers will ask if they need help. Once I was finally left alone and was looking at veils another sales person introduced herself to me, said she was there to help me. I told her I would ask her if I needed help (third time) and I was just quickly browsing. She then backed off but hovered watching me. So I left the store and won't return until I get my gown hemmed. So my advice: make an appointment because this store isn't the customers' store it's there to get you to buy. And ask for Erin for your bridal appointment! I need to write her a thank you note! I've been meaning to! read more

David's Bridal in Danvers SAVED my wedding day! I bought a dress at another local shop and it was a terrible experience, complete with them being rude to me, ordering the wrong size dress and telling me it was right, messing up alterations, etc. After not being able to fix the dress a WEEK before my wedding, I called David's to see if they could help me. The manager Sue Anne told me to come in that day. They told me I could choose from any of the dresses in the store, and I could buy the sample right off the rack. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, including my consultant Samantha. I found my dream dress that was even more beautiful than the original one I purchased. I was there all by myself but the ladies made me feel like one of their own. The next day, one of their seamstresses (Anna) came in on her day off to do my alterations, and I had the dress in my possession within 72 hours. I can't thank the team there enough. Sue Anne and Lynda from alterations treated me like a true VIP every time I went in there. Thank you so much to the whole team at David's! read more

I bought my dress at David's about a month ago and at the time everything went just fine, Roberta helped me well and pretty much I found the dress I wanted very easy! Price and size was just right! I had to order it because I wanted white, the one I tried was Ivory! However when I came back to pick up the dress I end up being very disappointed .. I told Roberta previously that I wanted to make it a special day for my Mamy Because She is not going to be on my wedding, but Roberta wasn't there, and even knowing I called ahead time and asked them to have another try on day to show to my Mother and so take some pictures with Her when I came in the Lady who "assist"me didn't have any Idea who I was and what I came for, I had to explain to Her (Donna )the whole thing so She could go find my Dress.. after that went down hill.. She showed not interest at all on me and my family ... everything we've asked Her to help with like accessories for the pictures, shoe etc, it was like painful to do!! I am a maid of honor for my sisters upcoming wedding in April, there are 7 bridesmaids including me, six of us have gone in with no problem, we all got sized, purchased are dress and they were all ready to be picked up withing 1-2 weeks. This took place early November when we all purchased our dresses. Yesterday, our last bridesmaid went in to get fitted, remind you this is only 2 weeks after we all have gone. She purchased the dress and they told her that it wont be in until mid march. MID MARCH, the wedding is in Mid April, this leaves no time for alterations. So then we checked online, and it says it would be delivered in 5-10 days. I am definitely confused why the store couldn't get it in earlier but online could for the same price. I have used Davids Bridal several times in the past and had no problems but this is definitely a horrible experience for the Bride having to worry about the timing. Then they asked if she wanted to get alterations done their, but who knows how long that would take to be done. read more

I needed a dress ASAP for a military ball and had visited most, if not all of my local specialized dress shops. They were way overpriced and the customer service was horrid. Unlike the smaller and less attentive shops David's Bridal was breath of fresh air. As soon as I walked in the door I felt like I had just walked into the set of "Say Yes to the Dress", I kid you not. The lights were bright and the bridal area was littered with mirrors. Not only was the front of the store gorgeous but, I and my best friend were genuinely greeted and helped. The delightful women that helped me ( a lot) did not pressure me to buy anything. Not only did I find the perfect dress (I'm a curvy girl) but I found one on sale that looked every bit of the original price tag. I left David's Bridal in love with my dress, shoes and bolero. I manage a bridal store so I understand how things come in early and you want them to be picked up- but there's no reason to call and e-mail the customer 4 times within 48 hours to tell them they're going to ship the dress out. I wouldn't even give 1 star for this store but that's not an option! I went here a few months ago with my mother in search for a wedding gown and it was an awful experience! The women who was "assisting" me pulled everything that I said I did not want, and continued after I tried on a few. She didn't understand that I knew I didn't want specific styles but continued to pull those styles. I went back today with one of my bridesmaids just to check it out hoping we have better luck. Low and behold I figured out why she was pulling those styles I didn't like. THEY DON'T HAVE MUCH OF AN INVENTORY! It is not the girls working at the store's fault it was the company in general. Don't get me wrong they have a lot of dresses, but it is deceiving where they have one dress in a ton of sizes which makes it look like they have a lot to offer. After coming home today I was really disappointed of how we were treated as soon as we got there. They were not very helpful, even though we knew the style we were looking for. We were open for suggestions but there was one girl working the floor it seemed and she was not interested with us at all. We took the dresses to the dressing room ourselves and tried and zipped them ourselves. No help, no suggestions did not even come in our area to check in. As for the BRIDESMAID dress selection...there isn't much either. A few styles (12 about) that were apparently just released and not all in the store, in a lot of colors. None of them were sweetheart neckline, which was our only want. This was crazy seeing how that is what is in style now. Blew my mind. It was very hard to decipher what styles were intended for a wedding and what was for a prom. GO DOWN THE STREET TO THE ULTIMATE!!! You will be treated like a sister there and have a blast with those ladies. So many BRIDESAID dresses (separate from the prom dresses) in any color/style you like, and believe it or not they aren't as expensive as you think or heard. I was afraid to look at the price tags but quickly realized it was the same price everywhere else, and it's ordered new for you in your size and color. read more

Thank you to everyone at David's Bridal in Danvers Ma. ! My daughter had an appointment to start looking for a Wedding Gown.....we didn't have to look any further !!! The first dress she tried on was the winner ! My daughter did try on other gowns and we did go to another dress shop to try on gowns, but everyone agreed that first dress was her dress ! As croony as it may sound, sometimes the first dress is the best. As a Mom, I have to say we had a blast... we had tears , we had laughs,we had awwwww moments and no that's not you moments...but most of all we had moments that will last a life time ! Thanks to Auntie Doris, Andie, Allie,( Kate and Maddie, via text} and the staff at David's Bridal, I have a lifetime of great memories! Thank you all. Best Wishes Sandy O read more

Let me start by saying that this five star rating is for my bridal consultant ONLY, not for David's Bridal as a whole. First, let's start with the negative: David's Bridal is an advertisement machine. Be ready for this. You are promptly assaulted by one of their advertising partners. In my case, it was for some Photography & Videography company. After repeatedly turning the man down and explaining I already had a photographer and no need for a videographer, he finally put me on his do not call list. Then I had to fill out a bunch of forms with my information which, I found out later, basically gives David's Bridal permission to sell your information to every wedding vendor in the state of Massachusetts. I get probably 6-7 pieces of junk mail and 4-5 unwanted emails every single day just from David's Bridal affiliated advertisers. Insane. Now, the positive: ERIN! Omg, I love Erin. She promptly greeted me with a warm smile and explained that because it was Saturday, she would be multitasking with other brides. She invited me to go through the racks and pick out some initial gowns that I loved. When I had finished, she was super attentive and I never noticed her dividing her attention even a little bit. Now I have to say, I had no intention of finding my dress at David's. I simply went to try on a bunch of different styles. That being said, my dream dress was the second one I tried on (I knew it and so did Erin). However, because it was my first time trying things on, Erin was still very patient with me as I tried on several other "comparison" dresses. Unfortunately my mom wasn't with me at the initial appointment, so I told her I would have to come back with my mom. She was more than happy to oblige and let me know all the days & times she was working. When I came back the second time, she had the dress, all the undergarments and even a pair of shoes all pulled and ready for me. As soon as I put it back on, I cried. So did my mom. Yet STILL my mom wanted to take me to other shops to try more things on and get the full experience. The third time I came back, we purchased the dress. I really appreciated Erin's willingness to let me come back as many times as I liked and to make the decision on my time. Normally people who work on commission are very forceful, but she was simply supportive. I would recommend her to any single person who walks in the store. The mediocre: I have to say, the managerial staff was a little overbearing. Apparently Erin is new, so they came over frequently to "check in" and make sure everything was going smoothly. If I'm being honest, they were the most disruptive part of the process. Erin was great and they should have just let her be. So my ratings are as follows: David's bridal as a whole: 3 overall. High stars for their massive selection and all the fixings, but subtracted stars for overwhelming advertising, interfering managerial staff and trying to "upsell" everything. Erin, as my consultant: 10 stars. 15 stars. All the stars. She was so lovely. Ask for her if you go in, she'll make your experience unforgettable. read more

Last year my daughter bought her prom dress at this location but was unable to wear it due to an illness and missing the Jr. prom! I wanted her to wear it this year to her Sr. Prom but she wanted to look again... We worked with Tricia who was amazing and after trying on 15 dresses and not being happy, she actually convinced my daughter that the dress she already HAD was the one! She encouraged her to bring it in the next day and added a petticoat for the added "poof" my daughter thought was missing and boom... I didn't have to buy another dress and my daughter was happy! Its pretty great to go to a store and not be pushed into buying something! read more
