We had a wonderful time last weekend! It was a little crowded and the mall was difficult to access, which are the only reasons I'd take off one star-- other than that, the experience was exactly what we were looking for. My sister is getting married, so she had arranged for a mid-afternoon appointment on Saturday. We worked with Roberta, and she was AWESOME. We all agreed that we would recommend her to anyone. Despite working with multiple other brides and customers at the same time, she was very attentive, polite, personable, entertaining, and made spot-on suggestions about looks and accessories. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and were able to make a solid decision. Roberta really understood my sister's style. Moreover, she didn't pressure my sister to buy anything; rather, she explained all of the various options. As I said, Roberta is an awesome consultant; she made the day a success. read more

If you're looking for a dress, I would like highly recommend asking for Cindy Wis! I came in with my future bride, not really knowing what to expect or what we were looking for. Originally being from a ...less progressive part of the country, we're still very guarded when disclosing that we're a lesbian couple. Cindy didn't bat a single eyelash, and soon made all our nervousness disappear. She had a very friendly, motherly/grandmotherly attitude, and she really knew her stuff. It was clear that our happiness and finding the perfect dresses were her top priorities. Although we ended up finding "the one(s)" at a different store, we can't thank Cindy enough for her time, effort, and kindness. She is an absolute gem of a human being, and you'd be completely remiss not to work with her! Thank you so much, Cindy!! read more

Excellent costumer service! They went above and beyond helping me to get the right dress, and more importantly... Getting it on time :)

I have gone to many places for pageant dresses and also prom dresses , I've gone to 4 proms and about 6 pageants I have never gone into David's Bridal to find a dress for any of those , then one of my friends showed me her wedding dress & I fell in love with it she told me it was from David's Bridal so I instantly knew to go , I went thinking I wasn't going to find the one the first time I went dress shopping & of course I'm walking in thinking I don't know what I like or my style & they ask you a bunch of questions (to get to know what your thinking) I had the pleasure of having Joy to help me find my dress , she was an absolute doll , she was helpful, kind, she believed that I was going To find "the one" SHE WAS RIGHT! The second dress I tried on was the One , Joy was so sweet and so caring it made me feel special when I found the dress , Thank you so much David's Bridal! read more

I had gone dress shopping last sunday and I had first started out at Vows in watertown, which was a horrible experience. My whole appointment was rushed , even after they started it late. Dresses were just thrown at me to basically get in and out of... now real time to enjoy any of them. I kept expressing what i liked and didn't like .. but for some reason kept getting handed dresses i didn't like. I had also fallen in love with a dress a few months back and had asked previous to my appt and while at my appt if they had it , and was kept being told no. All of a sudden at the end of my appt when the sales girl was yelling i only had 1 min left of my appt the dress appeared!! I had no time to be able to know if this was the one, but instead was thrown a card with the style number and was told to order it. Needless to stay I as well as my girls all left so disappointed and discouraged. I was nervous going into this experience as it was due to me not feeling as if I would find the one. So after this appointment we headed over to the Davids in Danvers. We were greatly by a friendly face at the door and was checked in for my appt. I was then greeted by Cindy who took the time to listen to what i liked and didn't like as well as what my girls were saying. She immediately took us over to the dresses and pulled a dress , but said I just want you to know this dress will look different when its on then in the bag so don't be scared. She went ahead and grabbed a few dresses for me to try and showed us over to the dressing rooms. She kept assuring me that I would find my dress and have that moment i was wishing for. Cindy totally changed my whole attitude around, she cared about how i was feeling and what i had to say. After trying on a few dresses and still not seeing any I liked, my MOH pulled the first dress Cindy had picked for me. I put it on and came out of the room and Cindy had an embellished belt waiting to add to the dress. The moment she put that belt around me my eyes filled up and i finally had my MOMENT, all 8 of us cried!!! Cindy truly made this whole experience for me , she was amazing! I can not thank her enough for being patient with me and listening to me and encouraging me when i was about to throw in the towel. I am excited to make an appt with her with the bridesmaids so they can find their perfect dress. THANK YOU CINDY YOU ARE ONE OF A KIND!!!! read more

Keep in mind that this is a David's - which, as expected, was very hectic on a Saturday. That aside, we had a great experience. Ask for Roberta! She was great! I had brought a list of dresses I wanted to try, none of which they had in stock, but she was able to pull a ton of nice ones and narrowed them down to the exact style and look that was best. Roberta was very present (I was told she would have two brides at once, but I honestly couldn't tell if she was helping someone else). She knew when to step in to help, and when to give us space to contemplate. She was even great in balancing her picks with the dresses my mom kept pulling (that she knew wasn't the style I was looking for). She wasn't pushy at all, and she was very gracious when we left without purchasing a dress. read more

The sales women forced my friend and I to order a size up... So we did, and she was so incredibly wrong. "You have the perfect measurements of a size 6 in our dresses," they said, even though the size 4 fit perfectly. She stressed that if we didn't get the size up, then we would not be able to wear the dress or order a new one. Turns out, I'm stuck with a dress that has way too much fabric at the top and cannot be altered correctly to match everyone else's because of the way the back of the dress is structured. read more

My nightmare with David's Bridal started when I got my wedding dress. They ordered the wrong size. when I called to explain they ordered it in the wrong size I was told, the size I needed was not an option (this is not what I was told originally) I had just had a baby when I tried on my dress and was planning on losing some weight before the wedding anyways so I kept it, and luckily I have an amazing seamstress that said she can help me with my dress, while at my seamstress appointment we noticed that my corset lace is in the wrong color it is bright white, my dress is champagne ivory! It looks terrible. When I called to explain this to the woman on the phone she simple stated "that's the lace that comes with the dress" we looked back on the pictures from the day I tried the dress on in the store and of course it is not!!! It should match the rest of my dress!! We are still dealing with this one. My next issue was my flower girls. Not a hard issues but still just another issue I had to deal with. They ordered one of my flower girls dresses with wine accents and the other with apple. Following that is the issue with my bridesmaid dresses, Where half of my bridesmaids dresses were ordered in apple and the other half in wine. I have called 3 times to speak with someone about this and was assured each and very time it has been corrected. I was told my dresses would be in the first week in June, it is now the 3rd week in June and I have no dresses!! I can only assume its cause half came in the wrong color!!! My issue is I love my dress, I love all my girls dresses. But the service has been terrible, there is a lack of communication, common sense and organization in this store. This has done nothing but add stress to my wedding planning. read more

Walked into David's Bridal an hour before closing without an appointment. I needed a bridesmaids dress for a wedding in 2 weeks. Roberta was unbelievable! My (now) wife made the unfortunate decision to go with David's Bridal for dresses for she and her bridesmaids. Her maid of honor was going to be about 8.5 months pregnant at the time of our wedding. So when she picked the color for the bridesmaids' dresses, she asked if dresses would be available in that color to accommodate her maid of honor. The representative said yes, and so the dresses were chosen. Several days later, my wife got a call saying that were actually NOT any dresses available in the original color, nor were there any available in her second color choice. So the third choice had to be what she went with. As far as dresses go, the maid of honor's dress was hugely oversized due to the representative's overcompensating for the pregnancy. Another bridesmaid's shoes were not dyed the correct color, and when the shoes were returned to try to get a better match, they claimed everything was fine. Only when they were presented with a sash in our color to compare to the shoes did they admit there was a problem. Finally, the third bridesmaid needed alterations done, and their initially scheduled date of completion for those alterations was AFTER our wedding. This was brought to their attention, and the arrival date was changed to about a week or so before the wedding day. Now to my wife's dress...she found a dress and ordered it. She was never called and told it was in, she had to call and find out on her own several days after they said the dress would be in. Once she got in and went to try it on to figure out what alterations needed to be made, she found makeup smeared all over the front of the dress with blonde hair stuck to it. They tried to blame my wife for it (who has black hair and only wears makeup for formal events, which dress shopping does not fall under). Once that became clear to them, they said they had no idea how such a thing could happen to the dress since it "came directly from the warehouse." So either someone mistook the dress as a napkin (unlikely), or someone tried on and ruined the "fresh-from-the-warehouse" dress my wife ordered (much more likely). Either way, the store was not ready to, nor did they ever admit any wrongdoing. So begins the scramble to find a new dress. It is initially found to be a discontinued dress, so she waited several days to find out if any other locations might have one of these dresses in stock. After a nervous wait, it turns out there was one, and thankfully this one made it to my wife makeup free. In the end, our wedding went beautifully. But preparations were turned into a nightmare as a result of these unfortunately consistent errors. Their attention to detail and accountability for mistakes were unacceptable. Then they made a bad situation worse when they accused my wife of ruining her own dress before she even saw it. When people ask of our experience with this store, their mouths are usually hanging open in disbelief by the end of the story. Needless to say, my wife and I do not recommend this store to anyone... read more

I have always loved David's Bridal. I have bought 2 dresses there over the years and I've always checked there first for any occasions I didn't end up finding something "just right." That's why I'm so bummed out with my experience today. I tried on the first dress I picked up and instantly fell in love with it (cap sleeve all over beaded short sheath dress). It was priced more than my two prom dresses combined, which made me a little hesitant, but I justified that a short dress could be worn far more frequently than prom attire. As I took the dress off I noticed that beads were starting to fall off one spot near the zipper and the remaining string looked precarious. I expressed my concern to my sales woman who promptly brought it back to the seamstress who secured the loose strings so as to prevent further bead loss. I was so excited with their service - they really are very friendly and accommodating! However, I started to look the dress over and noticed that there were at least 15 locations in which the beads were falling off. The sales woman told me that this was just the nature of beading (which I'm not denying..beads fall off) but that the price was as is. I realize this probably comes as a result of some corporate policy outside the jurisdiction of this one individual or store but if I'm going to shell out $240 for a cocktail dress, it should AT LEAST be flawless as I leave the store! If, as a company, you can't promise that there won't be 15+ tears in a dress, there should be some sort of price reduction for when it happens. Overall, I'm very disappointed with this experience and I know my days of recommending them are over. read more

I was so excited to finally go prom dress shopping with my mom and friend. I was looking for a prom dress at David's Bridal in Danvers, MA. I was pleased to see a wide variety of dresses with different colors and styles, along with sizes too. My consultant, Emma, was amazing as well. She was very patient and gave me advice on which colors and styles would look best on me. She was very a very personable and helpful employee. I ended up going home with a perfect dress for me and it only needed to be altered a little bit. The dress and alterations were very reasonably priced. I will definitely go back to David's Bridal for prom dresses, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a prom, wedding, or bridesmaid dress. All staff are very helpful and and kind. read more

I was very upset! When I went to pick up my dress I was greeted by the receptionist whom ask me if I was the bride and I was excited to try on my dress. She ask me if I wanted to try it on. I responded yes. She ask me to follow her and she got my dress hung it in a room and walked away. I was thankful my niece was with me whom helped me try it on and when I walked to the mirror AGAIN not one associate came to talk to me. We hung my dress back on the hanger and walked out of the store. Not even a thank you or did you want alterations. I would not recommend this place to anybody who wants that bride feeling. The service when I chose my gown was very good but pick up was horrible and yes I did have an appointment. read more

My experience today at David's bridal in Danvers was awful. I made two back to back appointments one for the maid of honor and another one for the mother of the bride. Both experiences were terrible. My bridal consultant Roberta was of no help. She offered no direction and no assistance in helping my bridal party try on dresses. There was also two other appointments that were running concurrently with my appointment at which time there was absolutely no assistance rendered by Roberta. The other bridal party was waited on hand and foot while mine was disregarded. At one point I was told by bridal consultant Roberta that the outside fitting room dress rack was not to be used in the dresses had to be stored inside of my bridal fitting room. When at one point while exiting my fitting room the outside dress rack was filled with bridal gowns to the point where I could not even shut my fitting room door. david's bridal has made what is supposed to be a fantastic experience an awful upsetting the grading experience. My mother even had to exit the store because she was so upset. I will never go back to David's bridal nor will I ever recommend David's bridal in Danvers to any other bride to be. read more

I had the most awful experience at the Danvers store . As the mother of the bride , I got treated with the most indignity . You would think that after my daughter bought her Bridal dress there , all the Bridesmaids , and also my Granddaughter got her dress from there . My experience goes as follows . We walked into the store , We DID get greeted from the most obnoxious woman . My daughter said , we are here to find a dress for my mom for my wedding . No questions , nothing . Do YOU have an appointment ? Because we have no one available for fittings today !! WELL THEN ! Did not know we needed an appointment to look for a formal wedding gown for the mother of the bride . ?? WE got the cold shoulder . perhaps if i said , no but all total in my daughters wedding party including her dress , you have gotten thousands of dollars . you could at least assist me somehow . i dont want a fitting today . I was tried on my first few dresses . came out of the stall , and some young girl came at me and said , excuse me ? ARE you getting fitted today ? um ... no ... well you are in the wrong dressing rooms . ohhhh sorry , i said . perhaps you could show me where to go ? nope . pointed over the other side of the store . wait !! WHAT ? if the wedding wasnt so close to the date, and i didnt wait till like 2 1/2 months prior . i would have walked out of there . almost did . finally found perhaps one dress . but sz wasnt in color i wanted . only upon stumbling on a woman . i believe was leah . and forcing her for information , after we stood in dressing room while my daughter did her own research on her phone to see whatever other store had it . did we get help . Called store today . 6/3/18 and sw young girl asked for home office # for delivery date primarily . got referred to store manager SueANN who made up every excuse she could why the dark haired plump woman snuffed me off right off when walking in the store , not knowing the thousands of dollars they have already received . why i didnt get help . well excuses are easy to come by . but the truth just wasnt there . i want my dress . do you think any apology would do ? maybe expediting my dress delivery ? from another store quicker ? offering me anything for my disservice ? lack of professional customer service from the beginning to today ? NOPE ! do i want to get my dress altered there ? absolutely not . never again . and to think 24 years ago I bought my wedding dress from Davids Bridal . Zero recommendation , at least for the Danvers store . thank you for the absolute zero professionalism . manager of the store should be more professional . Customer satisfaction is what it is all about . Word of mouth from customers is what you want . Positive word of mouth . read more

Worst customer service ever!! Showed up on time for my appointment and took the lady 20minutes before she helped me. She never picked out one dress for me and made my family go through the dresses. Even though I picked out my favorites on their website and marked ones in their book I liked, like they asked. She never showed me ANY of those dresses or ones like it. She constantly left me for long periods of time to help other people. It was a Monday afternoon so it wasn't overly busy, and I had booked an hour long appointment 2 weeks previously. Sales lady was not helpful in the least bit, didn't pick any dresses out for me, made my family help me get all the dresses on and off. Absolutely useless, and completely preoccupied with helping everyone but me. They were double booked because she was helping some other bride while I was there! Would NEVER get a dress there, all the dress were also very cheap feeling and looking. Very disappointed and got my dress at another place! Don't waste your time going there!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately I can't I went to davids bridal looking for a wedding dress and my bridesmaid dresses when I got there the woman in front where we checked in said to go look through the dresses and the employee who was suppose to help us would be right over when the employee came over she first asked what style I was looking for and what size I am I told her I wasn't sure on the size but I'm about the same as my sister and she's a 0 so I would guess I am a 2 she gave me a dirty look as she looked me up and down and proceeded to tell me I look like I'm an 8 I was completely insulted I'm not saying it's a bad thing to be an 8 but I know for sure I am not and I already struggle with constantly feeling heavier than I would like after my mom and bridesmaid finished arguing with her she then said "okay we'll say your a 6" we gabbed a couple dresses for me to try on one of which was a size 6 and she told me it wouldn't fit me it will be too small as I was trying on dresses she tried to talk me into buying a dress that I didn't like and told me "you are never going to find a dress you love everything about so you should just get this one" when she walked away I burst into tears I felt like a day that should be happy was just miserable so my mom went to the front desk and asked for a new employee to help us we went over and the new girl I had was great I saw a dress that I loved I tried it on and it was too big but I knew it was the dress she told me she was unable to order it in a smaller size but when I go for alterations they would be able to do anything I want and make it as tight as I want (it was suppose to be a fitted dress) I went for alterations and the woman told me because of beading they wouldn't be able to do it she then walked away and talked to someone else and came back with a mouth full of food and said they could do it she pinned the dress and it was not what I wanted there was still places that it was much to loose and she said they couldn't do anything about that so I decided I wouldn't get it altered and I would return it and get a new one somewhere else as I was crying because of how upset I was she asked me if I had eaten and suggested maybe I need to eat and that's why I'm upset I called and asked them if I could return the dress I don't want to exchange it because I do not see myself ever returning to davids bridal because every time I have gone there I have had an unpleasant experience right now they are giving me the run around but I will update on if they allow me to do the return I'm extremely disappointed with their customer service read more

Okay, I just need to add an update here because I am so happy with David's bridal corporate office, Davids Bridal in Dedham and David's bridal in Danvers. The dress I bought that I referred to in my original review went on an additional sale shortly after I bought it. I emailed them on their website to inquire about their policies in this kind of situation because I was feeling lousy that I missed out on a better sale. I received an email back shortly after saying they would look into it, and I got a call today from the Dedham store manager, Vicky, who was so helpful and friendly and explained they approved the credit for the difference in the dress! She gave me the contact information for the store I bought the dress at, and I spoke to Andrea in Danvers who was also super helpful and friendly. They credited my account right away and corporate also emailed me letting me know all of the details. I'm super impressed with both store locations helping me get this credit, and the corporate office! Yay! read more

I had a great experience here. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon without an appointment. They were actually pretty busy (definitely make an appointment), but we looked at dresses and eventually the manager Regina ended up helping me. I didn't end up purchasing my dress here, although I did find a few contenders. I have to say that Regina was one of the nicest and most helpful consultants I encountered during my dress search. My mom kept raving about her. She pulled some things I would have never picked up but ended up looking great including one dress that I loved to death, but was just not right for our wedding. I also went here to get a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding. Both times I went on Saturdays and it was kind of a zoo, but they did their best to help me. Luckily I knew exactly what I needed so I was in and out quickly. I would say if you want a nice shopping experience go on a weekday. I think you just don't get as good of customer service on the weekend because the consultants are spread too thin. read more

I had an amazing experience at this location getting my wedding dress 3 years ago, but something changed. When I went with my friend in March to look at bridesmaids dresses for her wedding, they swore any dress, regardless of size, could be done in 6-8 weeks. I asked twice if it included my size, and they said yes again. Of course the sales woman only came near us when she needed to see if we were done with our rooms, she had no interest in helping us at all. Fast forward to a week later and I'm told I can't order it because it won't be here till august. I calmly explained that the sales woman we worked with said any size would be 6-8 weeks, I was then told I was a liar, and, I quote, "if you think you're going to get ANY dress in, *scoff* your size by June, you're crazy." What?!?! Seriously?!?! I won't even get into the awful things the poor bride went through to get her dress. But if you want to leave with your sanity and feelings in check, I do not recommend dress shopping at the Danvers David's Bridal. read more

Roberta is amazing. I wasn't planning to go to David's Bridal because the last two times I went, as a bridesmaid, it was hectic and seemingly disorganized. This time, as a bride, I was having trouble finding what I was looking for so my friend "suggested" (insisted...what are friends for?) that we go to David's Bridal. We didn't have an appointment, but they said come on over as it was a weekday and they had some availability. Ultimately, I did not find my dress there, but Roberta listened carefully to what I was looking for and took her time showing me everything they had to offer. They really do have a great selection, but I was looking for something a little different. We did, however, find my bridesmaid dress right away, which we weren't planning to do. Roberta had no problem adding this to the agenda. She gave us the dress information and told us to wait to purchase the bridesmaid dress until after I get my dress, as there will be a discount for her if I purchase mine through David's Bridal. Overall, this experience totally changed my perception for the better, and I will definitely recommend them moving forward. read more

I would not recommend Davids Bridal really to any bride. The quality of the dresses are poor from the other boutiques I have looked at and the price difference isn't substantial enough to say that its worth buying your dress here. The quality of the materials that are used and the bling on the dresses that have them are cheap. The person that assisted us was terrible! She didn't listen to anything that I said I was looking for and the first thing she said when I walked in the door for my appointment to try on brides gowns was to look at bridesmaid dresses. She was very pushy. She barely spent any time with me trying on dresses so I had to have my family lace up the backs of the dresses for me. Then they told me to pick out dresses online so we could start with those and then she didn't even bring me those first after I asked for them. She brought over the wrong dresses, again not listening to anything I said. Then she wanted to make sure her name was down if we ordered any bridesmaid dresses when we went in another night, but didn't help us at all that night. I had to get all my bridesmaids the right sizes and styles running back and forth taking away from the experience. Poor! read more

I consider myself to be a wedding planning amateur. I have no ideas about what I want and everything that relates to wedding decisions makes me anxious. So, we walked into David's Bridal on a busy Sunday afternoon without an appointment, because it wouldn't have occurred to me that we'd need an appointment =) Anyway, we were quickly accommodated and assigned to Roberta. When Roberta asked me if I had any ideas about what I was looking for in a wedding dress, I looked at her blank faced and said "I have no idea." Roberta didn't skip a beat and greeted my ambivalence with a warm presence that made me feel instantly more comfortable. Roberta's seemingly effortless positive nature put me at ease throughout the process. At one point, Roberta noted that I was smiling and that my demeanor had changed significantly from the moment when we first walked in the store. She was correct, my anxiety had subsided and I was actually enjoying the process. I don't mean to be dramatic, but I honestly attribute my increased level of comfort to Roberta's warm nature and skill in dealing with ambivalent brides. David's Bridal is lucky to have her. read more

i recently ordered my wedding dress through David's Bridal. Both appts with Sandra were awesome! on the first visit i tried on 6 gowns. I was between two and Sandra knew I was leaning more towards one gown over the other. On my second appt she pulled them both and I also tried on bridesmaid dresses that I considered ordering in white in place of a traditional gown. I wanted to make sure I explored all my options! She was patient and answered all my questions. I ended up going with the gown I loved so much- nothing has come close to it! The manager- I did not catch her name- was awesome as well. Both ladies answered my alteration questions, offered suggestions on how to alter the back of the dress to my liking. Both ladies assured me that Mercedes would be able to tweak it how I like. I scheduled my alteration visit with Mercedes by phone and she was so sweet and listened to some of my ideas. I'm so excited to work with her! read more

This was my first and last stop for finding a wedding gown. I brought 7 people with me, I loved every dress I tried on and we ended up staying there for three and a half hours and through all of that my consultant was so helpful, kind and patient! I worked with Cindy W. who has been working there for 9 years and I HIGHLY recommend her. She definitely knew what she was doing and handled my appointment with ease. I had made an appointment which seemed the best way to go since it was very busy when I went in and I had saved my favorites online beforehand. The woman who welcomed me and initiated my appointment printed out my favorites and then allowed my family members and I to walk around the store choosing dresses ourselves which was really great because we could touch the dresses and look closely at the details of each dress, and they had a LOT of dresses, way more than I even thought they would have which was great. Then Cindy accompanied me to my dressing room and had me try on some of the dresses my family had chosen before grabbing a couple of my favorites. Overall this was the best experience I could have asked for when buying a wedding dress! I felt like a gorgeous princess all day and my entire family was extremely happy with the day. I highly recommend this David's Bridal location and my consultant, Cindy W.! read more

I went here to try on a bridesmaid dress that my friend had picked for her wedding. It was complete chaos with many bridezillas getting the attention of the staff but no one wanted to help me because I'm merely buying an $80 dress. Anyway, I stood around for 20minutes after telling someone what dress I needed to try on. Finally, one of the staff members came over, rushed through the store, pulled 3 sizes and stuffed me in a fitting room. It took her another 10-15min to come back and check on me. This was my experience on a weeknight after work so I can't even imagine the weekend rush. While waiting around there was a woman waiting to pick up a dress for a formal occassion who also looked exasperated as she had been standing around forever as well. I would not recommend going here, but I don't know that any other DB will be much better. I gave it 2 stars because there is a wide selection of dresses. read more

I came with family to help my cousins pick out prom dresses. It was supposed to be a fun experience. We picked out several dresses with the help of a lovely sales lady. She was pleasant and helpful and set us up in a section of the dressing rooms that were not busy. Then as my cousins were about to enter the dressing rooms another sales lady entered. This sales lady named Bonnie insisted that there was a mix up and that she was going to help us. She carried some of the dresses but insisted that we help her. She moved our group to a section of the dressing rooms that were filled with people and informed us that she was also helping a bride and could not give us a lot of attention. Judging by the awkward encounter and the shocked look on the other sales woman's face Bonnie was clearly trying to steal the sales. Bonnie did not help our group at all but did walk past us several times with the bride she was helping while the other sales woman had no clients. Bonnie did finally come over once she saw that the girls had finished trying on all their dresses. She was clearly not there to help us and even though my cousin tried on a dress and loved it a purchase was not made because of her lack of interest in a younger client. I can only imagine that our experience would have been better if we had stayed with our original saleswoman who was kind and eager to help. read more

Went into David's Bridal Shop to try on some wedding dresses to get some inspiration to make my own wedding dress. I didn't realize I needed an appointment but they fit me in after a few minutes. Roberta was my sales assiatant and she was wonderful! I tried on several dresses and she helped me find the best dress for my shape. I ended up loving a dress that was completely different from what I originally intended on making thanks to her suggestions. Looked around a few other local shops and found some beautiful dresses, but ended up going back to David's Bridal to try on the dress I liked again. I added a beaded belt to the dress and it was perfect! Just ordered the dress and could not be happier. Roberta and the other staff were wonderful to work with and made me feel very comfortable. They were very accomodating and couldn't be nicer. They also had a wide selection of larger size dresses, which made it so much easier to see how the dress would look and feel on. I would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a formal occasion dress. read more

I had a fantastic experience at David's Bridal when I started looking for my wedding dress. The staff could not be more accommodating and helpful. The alterations staff is outstanding and my alterations were taken care way beyond my expectations. Special shout out to Mercedes.
