I have been coming to summer falls day spa since 2006, when they were located in Hopedale and…read morestayed with them when they moved to Bellingham. The salon is one of the CLEANEST I have ever stepped foot in. Karen is very meticulous when it comes to the presentation, cleanliness and relaxation in her salon. You know the minute you step in for a treatment, you will be pampered, relaxed and clean. I started going there for my facials, and hands down Karen is the BEST esthetician around! She is SO knowledgeable about skin that I trust her completely and would never get a facial by anyone else. She is that good. She also does my nails, Shellac, which I am so glad she tried it on me, I am so pleased with it. She knows what would work for her clients with troubled nails like me. I have been getting my hair done at Summer Falls for a few years now, when Amy came on board as the hairdresser, there was just something about her that made me want to try her as a stylist. BEST DECISION I ever made!!! You wont find a better hairdresser that is on top of her game than her!!! I have always been the type of person that was afraid to try new styles and color, always did the same thing. As soon as Amy took over as my hairdresser, she consults with you, discusses your hair, what type of styles work, what wouldnt, and then talks to you to find out what colors you like and works with it from there. She just knows what will work with your hair. Now, I just say, "Do whatever you think would work, I trust you"!!! (thats huge for people that know how i am with my hair) If you have been thinking about trying them out, dont delay, you wont be disappointed!

I have never, NEVER, been to a salon where I've shown a photo to a stylist of what envision my hair looking like and then left feeling like I got EXACTLY what I wanted, only better. My hair looks gorgeous, feels so healthy and as if that's not enough, my spirit feels rejuvenated. Sandi has such a warm and bubbly personality--it's contagious. Our conversation never felt forced, and even though this was my first time visiting, I didn't feel like a newcomer. This really speaks to the inviting environment that is fostered at Summer Falls Day Spa. I feel so fortunate to have found a stylist near my home that I love. Thank you Sandi!

I normally have a hard time with people going near my eyes and Jackie made it an easy and fun experience. I was surprised when it was over. And they look aaaamazing!! As a side note, I had gone to another salon who will remain nameless only a week earlier for the initial full set of extensions. I had a Groupon - and I regretted that. The lashes were put on with too much adhesive and were sticking together in clumps. Jackie had to pull them apart and even remove & replace some. I recommend just splurging a little and getting the real deal at Sanctuary! #treatyoself
