But I was so impressed with that, that I called her back the next day when she did have time to fit me in. Well, I was looking to try a curly cut for the first time, because I have very thick curly hair that I have a very hard time managing. And I had read reviews of hers that said she was great with curls, let me tell you, Lisa is the curl master!! I walked in with frizzy, tired curls, and walked out with the cutest haircut! I am thrilled with my haircut, and 3 days later my curls are still going strong!! Not frizzy or tired, nice and bouncy and spirals! Apparently…read moreshe no longer works there, but if someone knows where she went please let me know because I'd follow her to whatever salon she went to. Please someone tell me where she went! I called and asked for an appointment with a Rachel and when they said she no longer worked there I booked with another stylist. I got Tara. I asked for only a little trim because I'm growing my hair out from a pixie and I SPECIFICALLY told her I did NOT want the layers on the left (fuller) side of my hair shorter than the right side. She started cutting and I mentioned she was cutting a lot off, she simply said it was dead and she had to so I let it go. I was sad but I let it go. I declined a blow dry and went home with wet hair. When my hair dried not only did I realize the inches she took off, but what did I discover?! The layers on the left side of my hair are WAY SHORTER than the right side! Also they flip out in a ridiculous way because she cut through a curl in a weird way. I look lopsided and ridiculous. I'm SO disappointed and furious.

Rachel took the time to listen to what I was wanting to accomplish and even pulled up some pictures for inspiration. I came back a second time... did not disappoint!! I not only got an amazing color & highlight done but also made an appointment for a return color & highlight... needless to say... I left this place feeling like I looked like one of those Pinterest Models and the prices are really good on all of their services.
