******BEWARE**** I had my hair done by Ayla and she did k…read moretip extensions on me, she says she is an extension specialist (July 22). They were insanely painful the day after. My hair was twisting at the root due to her not using enough of my natural hair for the bond (they were all hanging on by a THREAD) - See pictures with date time stamped. The way they were installed put me at risk for traction alopecia and breakage. I consulted with 3 other licensed extension specialists who confirmed that the work was incorrectly and dangerously done. She offered to fix "a few of the bonds" - when my whole head was inflamed, red, and painful, but due to the risk to my hair, I declined and instead had the extensions professionally removed at my own cost. I requested a refund of some sort, which was refused. I signed a "hair extension contract" that says no refunds on the hair extensions itself, but says NOTHING about refunds of service quality guarantees. I've had extensions off and on since 2018. I have NEVER had extensions hurt me to the point I needed them removed. Again, she will not give me any type of refund. I also asked her for a copy of her k tip certification and was completely ignored. I wasted $1,050, PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not get k tips here - she is not a k tip specialist.
