He literally stuck a camera in my nose and said there is nothing that he sees and says he cannot treat me for "nothing" and says I am wasting my time scheduling another appointment. Tried to switch doctors with the front desk and was very curtly told they "don't do that there". Excuse me, why??? I go thru the process to get a referral, wait months to be seen, and get refused to be treated and can't even request someone who *might* actually do something ?? Anyways, I was over it and just put it on the back burner to focus on other things. Come to find out for an MRI I had to do for another health issue that my sinuses are solid white with, again, huge polyps. Paper clearly states very obvious polyps and Sinus Disease and I saw the imaging, solid white sinuses (supposed to be clear/not visible) even on a day I wasn't sick at all. I can't even breathe and sleep most nights. So frustrating to have to go through this process AGAIN with another ENT because the one I had already gone to literally refused to do their job. I get transferred to the proper person who seems to never be at her desk. After leaving two messages I think it's time to find a different doctor. My mother lost faith in this practice and sought out a new doctor that she is happy with. Evidently it's time to do the same with my father's medical needs. This venue is the only means by which I have to express my feelings as the office has yet to call back, even after a lengthy, detailed and quite angry message. The doctor may be acceptable but the front office staff should be terminated and replaced with someone more competent.

He ordered the surgery within 30 days of his initial evaluation, and surgery occured Dec10 at Swift Surgery Ctr. The nurses and staff at Swift were amazing also. Pre-surgery fear was alleviated by the supporting nurses, pre and post care staff. After reading other reviews, we don't get it because the experience with Dr Lough was amazing, professional, and incredibly efficient at helping with improving his quality of life, sleep, concentration, energy, and breathing. As a result, I suffered from an exzema flare which left me with open sores, bleeding, and oozing for 2 weeks. The Cancer & Dermatology Institute on Moana gave me an emergency steroid injection as an intervention. This could have been prevented had Dr. Lough reviewed my allergies in my medical history as well as what my husband and I told him as I was in the pre-surgery area on a gurney.

Now please tell me how an ENT specialist can diagnose without ever seeing me? I wouldn't step foot in that office and don't bother calling unless you're ready to be verbally abuse by the front office. Stay away. I can see why they have a three star rating. He ordered a prolactin test (which cost $150) and said he'd call me on Monday with results and next steps. There was some delay over the weekend -- he didn't call personally but sent a letter referring me to a specialist. I was initially frustrated and even drafted a negative review. However, he ultimately sent in the prescription for tamoxifen I had requested. I'm now starting treatment and hopeful it will help prevent further progression while I address the root cause. He listened to my concerns, reviewed my labs, and provided the medication once the additional testing was complete. Grateful for the help and relieved to finally have relief in sight without jumping straight to surgery. Thank you!
