Did the procedure and there was a drastic improvement in my breathing. I am a CPAP user and I no longer need to use sinus sprays before sleep. I just wish I had found this practice earlier but I am so thankful to my primary physician, Dr. Tyhssen for setting it up. Great Doctor and staff and a very happen patient. She kept repeating go to urgent care which is a complete waste of time. I definitely will not be back, a good customer that can't even get a simple request met that I would have gladly paid for. I met with Dr. Mohammad Azim to establish care and found him to be attentive and thorough. He didn't rush the appointment and explained recommendations. Upon checking in, I was told I had to pay a copay - which is…read moretotally fine- but in a world with HRA plans at the beginning of the calendar year and insurance plans that pay 100%, I advised my insurance would pay in full. The gal advised me that it was the doctor's policy to collect a copay whether they have one or not, and then said "if you don't agree with it, you can not be seen and pay the $25 no-show cancel fee instead." I completely understand being precautionary and the doctor collecting the coinsurance upfront - but the staff should be encouraged to show a little bit of empathy and not be snarky and rude on a patient's first visit (or any visit!) We saw the doctor for a total of 5 minutes... Within 5 minutes of the appointment time - which is what justifies even 1 star- but then were told we had to stand in a narrow hallway to check-out. There was a line with 2 people ahead of us to check out. We were not acknowledged by anyone - other than other workers asking us to move out of their way so they could bring patients from the waiting room to the exam rooms. After TWENTY MINUTES of employees avoiding the checkout line - and not being acknowledged and having employees avoid eye contact - I finally walked out. This prompted the check out lady to run out the door chasing me to get my paperwork. She apologized for our bad experience - which also supports the single star rating... If I could have rated zero stars, I would have. I waited 3 weeks for this appointment and will not be returning. Tip to the doctors: your office staff is clearly under appreciated and have zero expectations for providing customer service. Empathy and acknowledgement go far in this world. And I will drive across town to another doctor that's not as convenient to avoid ever stepping in your office again.

I was impressed from my first visit with Dr. Lokshin's quiet competence; he asked many questions to ensure that I would receive the best care tailored to my needs. Over the years, my asthma and allergies remained under control with the occasional tweak to my regimen. If a medication wasn't working for me, he made sure to find a suitable alternative. This is a doctor who most definitely makes his patient's individual needs and care his utmost priority and this shows in his demeanor and prescribed care. But when you're trying to figure out what's actually going on, having a doctor who listens and takes the time to explain things makes such a difference. Dr. Meier was great! He was thorough, listened to my concerns, and helped me better understand what could be contributing to my symptoms. He recommended Reflux Gourmet, Nasacort, and the NeilMed Sinus Rinse -- which I already use. I really appreciated his professionalism, patience, and genuine concern. It was reassuring to have someone take the time to look at the bigger picture rather than just focusing on one symptom. He proceeded to scope me after I had said that I had already been scoped before. This could have been avoided, and it was never explained that this was going to be a significant extra charge. Josh had also denied me surgery - 3 other ENTS afterward had all highly recommended surgery after being significantly more thorough than Josh. Due to Josh's lackadaisical/rude attitude and plain laziness, I now am unable to get the surgery I needed and after I met my deductible. I now am left with a reset on my insurance due to his grotesque negligence, but even after working with the kind office manager, Crystal, he will not budge on removing the charge he placed on my account. I truly do not understand the praise this boy is receiving after the very impatient and heartless attitude that I received/witnessed. Please go anywhere else if you are able - I'd be concerned of misdiagnosis//missing critical aspects of your health due to Josh's attitude problem.

I agree Dr. West is a fabulous Dr. and both my children and my wife have been through surgery and…read morenormal ENT care with him. The problem is his billing, business office. After 5 yrs of not seeing Dr. West we call his office to schedule a appt. for the wife and they schedule, take her in for an initial visit, reschedule her for a second visit to go over the tests from the first visit. My wife takes time off work to go to the Appt. only to be asked back in the billing office and told unless she pays a back payment from 2007 of $347 they will not be seeing her today. They apparently sent us to collections in 07' yet we did not get any bills or collection notices from them, we offer to make payments on it and they refuse saying it was not there acct. anymore contact the collection agency. On top of which in 2008 with heavy economic pressures and lack of work we filed chp 7 and all collection debt was discharged. I know they have the right to see who they want, but they could have told us in advance that this was an issue before scheduling the appt. and or called us to let us know they would not be seeing my wife so she did not have to take time off work only to be told go away. This kind of office management only brings down the great work Dr. West does with his patients.

He explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. As an adult, the tonsillectomy recovery was painful, but Dr. West prepared me for that and prescribed adequate pain medication. I've also had a nasal turbinate reduction procedure (somnoplasty) to address my chronic sinus infections. Again, Dr. West answered all of my questions and provided excellent care. Dr. West continues to provide superb ENT treatment and is at the top of his field. I highly recommend him.
