The biller Kelsey at Peak Allergy ruins the entire reputation for the business and dampers the patient experience immensely. About 5 months ago I left a negative review regarding the same disrespectful staff member which was then deleted after leadership at Peak called me and attempted to make things right. However, I am now beyond regretful that I deleted that review instead of continuing to warn others. When my son was just recently referred to an allergist, I asked the provider to please send us to anyone but Peak Allergy however, Peak was found to be the only facility accepting our insurance therefore I had no chojce but to give them a second chance. I called in to svhedule and was told I cannot make an appointment until a previous $20 balance was settled. This is why I had to again be sent over to speak with Kelsey the billing specialist. I left her a message regarding the balance and requested a call back. Middle of the week, on the following week - I still had not heard back so I called Peak Allergy again. When they transferred me to Kelsey the first thing she did is argue with me in an attempt to prove she called me back last week. I let her know I check voicemails daily and didn't have one to reference. She attempted to pull up my chart and argue further about her calling back. At this point, I simply requested we stay focused and discussed the balance instead. With her disgusting attitude she states "No one told you that you couldn't book with us." --- Like?? You think Id agree to speak with you for fun Kelsey? I was told these were the hoops I had to jump through to get my son care.. She continued on with her condescending tone and lack of patient care through the call until I confronted her about the way she treats patients to which her response was "I'm sorry you feel that way." I am all for understanding a bad day, but this has now been multiple incidents with the exact same staff member with the same behavior during each interaction. Peak Allergy would lose patients if it wasn't for lack of insurance acceptance at other allergy offices! Im so disappointed in her lack of professionalism and care. If Peak was concerned with their image - this person should be addressed immediately. read more

I've been coming here for a little over two years for my allergies. Dr. Jones was thorough, took his time with me, and didn't make me feel pressured to do anything I didn't want. He's easy to talk to and laid back. The front desk staff are also very kind and welcoming as well as the nurses. Service is generally really quick but sometimes I do have to wait a bit during peak hours. The facility is always very clean as well. read more

I do not know how to sing the praises of Dr Jones and his team, especially Dana, more than a silly review. They have worked so hard to help me navigate a very difficult experience and massive life change. The way his team and he spoke to me with respect, kindness, and knowledge was undoubtedly what seems to be a dying art form. Going to this office is like going to the doctor when you were younger, everything is personalized, people know who you are, and people genuinely and truly care. Every level of staff member seems excited to not only be there but to be helpful to their patients. I don't know how else to say thank you for everything that you've done. Dr. Jones is the absolute best! I waited a very long time for my appointment with him, but he is worth the wait! I went to many doctors for help, but Dr. Jones was the one to actually help me. Could another doctor have prescribed the same medication - probably. Would another doctor have treated me with such kindness, respect, caring, patience and knowledge - I doubt it. Dr. Jones has the best bedside manner you could ever hope for. His knowledge and sincere care are unsurpassed in my opinion. I will also say his staff is very kind. I feel so fortunate to have found this amazing doctor and incredible person and cannot recommend Dr. Jones highly enough! A thousand stars!! read more

Ok it took longer than expected to get started on allergy shots, but once mixed, the process of getting them has been super easy (since I have a flexible schedule and can come in during the work day for shots) and Dr. Jones was really helpful when I was concerned about some bruising (it's normal). Everyone has been patient and thorough. I haven't dealt with billing yet so hopefully that will also go well but in terms of testing and allergy shots- can't ask for more! (I do bring headphones for music while i wait here to make sure I don't have a reaction to the shot). read more

Today was my first visit to Peak Allergy with Dr. Reece Jones, and I was definitely impressed. Everyone in the office was very nice and everything was very quick. Dr. Jones not only listened closely to my concerns but also provided me with a plethora of treatment options. Fingers crossed that we can find something that works. I really appreciated my meeting with Dr. Jones regarding my little babies allergies! Before coming in I'd been trying to get answers elsewhere but no one really seemed to understand. Dr Jones took the time to listen, tell me what was happening, and answer all my questions. What's better is he was really easy to get in with. Better then before now in their brand new location in their brand new building. These professionals will handle you with a smile on their face. Especially in their new open front office with easy access. to the patients. It's bigger and better than ever. They have more own space with a lot of sun shining through the windows. It's huge accommodating parking lot makes parking easier. You enter the driveway. it's located on the left hand side of the driveway. It's the right side of the building. The staff is still hard working and polite. Very helpful. They go that extra mile to see you can get in when you need to. They return calls and always follow up with you. Customer service is definitely their priority. I truly appreciate them every time I visit their office. They are excepting new patients. Currently. Give them a call. You won't be disappointed. First and foremost, before I even get into the review, I just want to give a little bit better idea of where the office is in that office Center :-) it's toward the back. You'll be parking up against a cinder block wall that backs to the neighborhood behind the office complex. He has a big flag banner thing to kind of help you find it once you get back there. Now on to the actual review. I will go into this saying I don't always have high hopes for doctor's offices. After 20 years of medical gas lighting I usually go in prepared with information and also prepared to possibly leave crying because someone doesn't believe me. I can 110% say that was not the case here. First of all, Dr Jones's staff is wonderful. Great medical assistants with great personalities. The waiting area is kind of divided into different sections but the chairs are comfortable which is actually important especially when you get a lot of paperwork to fill out. The only complaint I had about this whole thing was it would have been nice to have the paperwork in a portal ahead of time so I could have filled it out at home, but obviously not the end of the world. So maybe not a complaint but more of a suggestion for improvement. Dr Jones himself was so kind. I loved his energy the minute he came in. Even with flu prevention measures and masks it was very obvious by his body language and the parts of his face I could see that he was listening to me. He didn't make me feel like I had to rush through the myriad of steps that it took to get to his office and he really listened well to what I had to say. He was grateful at the pictures that I brought because as some may know with allergies, you don't always have an allergic reaction when you finally get an appointment. But he was able to figure out very quickly what I was possibly dealing with. I was also impressed with his knowledge base. I was referred for a rather rare syndrome to see if that could be causing a lot of the medical issues I have. He knew exactly what I was talking about, even knew the exact testing that needed to be done. He gave me all the information, codes, etc I needed so I could go to a lab to get testing done closer to home and gave the option for me to call instead of come down the mountain for results. I was so appreciative of how thorough, understanding, and just genuinely nice he was. I think the most powerful part of the appointment was when he said he believed me and he felt that we were doing the right steps with testing but it was going to be hard to nail down. I can't tell you how powerful it is to hear you are believed, especially as someone who has had so many struggles with medical professionals. I had a phenomenal experience at this place, with exceptional customer service from the receptionist, who showed great care and concern about my complaint. She even squeezed me in for an appointment the same day I called desperately to schedule one. She understood my frustration and need for my urge to ask my medical questions, and she promptly contacted me to ease my mind. I am grateful to her and God for leading me to this professional clinic where I met a fantastic doctor. I highly recommend this place without any reservations. I had same-day answers to allergy-related questions, and the doctor was remarkably professional and attentive. Compassionate towards our patient concerns. I'm glad to have found this place. I've been getting shots here for several months and my experience has always been excellent. My favorite aspect of this clinic is how friendly everyone is. Kelsey, who handles the billing, has in particular gone above and beyond normal customer service when dealing with my transition to COBRA. The office is clean and efficient, there's ample parking and it's conveniently located near the North McCarran freeway exit. Plus, they're open until 6 for shots. My son and I went to this office today for the first time. The front staff and nurse were very pleasant. Dr. Jones was so helpful and caring. He didn't rush us, listened to our allergy symptoms and was just such a knowledgeable and thorough doctor. It's sometimes challenging to find doctors who have the expertise plus the caring ways. It's a bad, bad place. I even don't know who they can help. Doctor wasn't professional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I was waiting on him a long time in the room. I came to make blood test, that doctor promised me to complete. They DON'T make this type of test there. I find out this info at appointment. I wanted to leave immediately, but nurse stopped me. She said that I still need to pay, so I decided to ask about my eczema. Doctor was sitting very close to me and the way he talked to me and the questions that he ask in front of his nurse... all of that made me feel very bad, very stupid and depressed. It was some shit show or nightmare. It was the worst appointment ever that I had in the USA so far. In the end, they told me that they not going to change me, because they didn't give me any help, any prescriptions, nothing. But clinic sent me a bill. Thank you! Terrible place. read more

Met Dr. Jones and his assistant Kochia today for the first time. From the sweet young man at the front desk to the Doc himself what a Wonderful Staff of Caregivers. I am 57 and have suffered mightily with allergies my whole life, mostly Dog and Cat. I was ordered a nasal spray and am very optimistic. I really like this Team of Professional folks. Doctor Reese Jones is very patient and seems to know what he is doing. However some of the staff members aren't very nice and friendly.

I can't recommend Dr. Jones highly enough. He has a warm demeanor and he took the time to listen and. not rush me through my initial appointment. He took time to listen to my concerns (exploring seasonal and possibly food allergies) and connections to other issues I'm experiencing and he proposed some options to further explore. What I really liked was that he was straightforward about the options and what they would/wouldn't do, so I could make an informed decision about my next steps. His office visits and testing costs are also very reasonable (and may vary depending on your insurance). read more
