He literally stuck a camera in my nose and said there is nothing that he sees and says he cannot treat me for "nothing" and says I am wasting my time scheduling another appointment. Tried to switch doctors with the front desk and was very curtly told they "don't do that there". Excuse me, why??? I go thru the process to get a referral, wait months to be seen, and get refused to be treated and can't even request someone who *might* actually do something ?? Anyways, I was over it and just put it on the back burner to focus on other things. Come to find out for an MRI I had to do for another health issue that my sinuses are solid white with, again, huge polyps. Paper clearly states very obvious polyps and Sinus Disease and I saw the imaging, solid white sinuses (supposed to be clear/not visible) even on a day I wasn't sick at all. I can't even breathe and sleep most nights. So frustrating to have to go through this process AGAIN with another ENT because the one I had already gone to literally refused to do their job. Thanks for not only *nothing* but also adding to my sinusitis getting worse.

He ordered the surgery within 30 days of his initial evaluation, and surgery occured Dec10 at Swift Surgery Ctr. The nurses and staff at Swift were amazing also. Pre-surgery fear was alleviated by the supporting nurses, pre and post care staff. After reading other reviews, we don't get it because the experience with Dr Lough was amazing, professional, and incredibly efficient at helping with improving his quality of life, sleep, concentration, energy, and breathing. We highly would recommend Dr Lough to family and friends. If you have need to improve breathing thru nose, deviated septum, nose blockage, recommend looking into consult with Dr Lough. Now please tell me how an ENT specialist can diagnose without ever seeing me? What's really nice and comforting, is that she also knows the experience of nasolasty herself! Once she set the scope, she saw where it needed to be cauterized. Three months ago I met with Dr. Hudson and his team and was given three options. Dr. Hudson recommended a sinus balloon dilation. Did the procedure and there was a drastic improvement in my breathing. I am a CPAP user and I no longer need to use sinus sprays before sleep. I just wish I had found this practice earlier but I am so thankful to my primary physician, Dr. Tyhssen for setting it up. Great Doctor and staff and a very happen patient. Never thought I would rave about a medical procedure but this warranted it.

He is a resource and a calm voice of guidance and action with difficult health issues. I can thank him for the ability to hear after suffering from an undiagnosed mastoiditis infection. I had suffered from dozens of ear infections throughout my life, but two years ago, this one felt different. I had been treated by my primary care doctor and had even gone to urgent care when vertigo, hearing loss, and pain increased despite treatment. Dr. Hudson's receptionist got me in for an appointment quickly. After a brief exam, interview, and in-office CT scan, I was diagnosed with a mastoid infection and scheduled for a surgical procedure. Three weeks into the infection, with conventional antibiotics not effective, I had a 50 decibel differential between ears (one infected, one not). My hearing was not restored after the surgery and took months to return and heal. It was a scary time but I knew everything had been done to ensure my best chance of recovery. Without Dr. Hudson's intervention I am certain I would have suffered permanent hearing damage and progression of the infection. Dr. Hudson has managed complex and challenging conditions for my loved ones, each condition requiring a different set of skills and knowledge. After 5 yrs of not seeing Dr. West we call his office to schedule a appt. for the wife and they schedule, take her in for an initial visit, reschedule her for a second visit to go over the tests from the first visit. My wife takes time off work to go to the Appt. only to be asked back in the billing office and told unless she pays a back payment from 2007 of $347 they will not be seeing her today. They apparently sent us to collections in 07' yet we did not get any bills or collection notices from them, we offer to make payments on it and they refuse saying it was not there acct. anymore contact the collection agency. On top of which in 2008 with heavy economic pressures and lack of work we filed chp 7 and all collection debt was discharged. I know they have the right to see who they want, but they could have told us in advance that this was an issue before scheduling the appt. and or called us to let us know they would not be seeing my wife so she did not have to take time off work only to be told go away. This kind of office management only brings down the great work Dr. West does with his patients.

My mother lost faith in this practice and sought out a new doctor that she is happy with. Evidently it's time to do the same with my father's medical needs. This venue is the only means by which I have to express my feelings as the office has yet to call back, even after a lengthy, detailed and quite angry message. The doctor may be acceptable but the front office staff should be terminated and replaced with someone more competent.
