I accidentally torn my earlobe out with some earrings. After it healed I was left with two flaps of skin, it was gross and looked like a snakes tongue hanging from my ear, not a good look. Thankfully I made an appointment with Dr. Talbott, she had me in and out so quickly. We talked all the way through the procedure and I didn't feel a thing after she numbed me. I was bandaged up for a few days after with no problems. But it was the reveal for me, it honestly looked so perfect and the scar was so small I had to search for it. Tried to schedule an appointment as a new patient. Was told that that I needed a referral even though my insurance is PPO and my insurance does not require a referral. The supposed office manger, was incredibly rude and not attentive. The doctor should be worried for her business if this is the face and introduction to her business and name. This was to good of an experience not to share! From the first point of contact all the way up until the end of my consult walking out the door I've never felt so taken care of. I initially reached out to Dr.Talbott's staff regarding a specific procedure after she came highly recommended by several clients and clients friends. Robyn was so responsive and very accommodating answering all my questions. She never made me feel stupid or pressured (unlike other offices in the area).. she took the time to answer questions before I decided to book the consult. (She also has a text line which I really like.) Upon going to the office- the ENTIRE staff was so so nice and welcoming. They put calming music on for me and asked if I wanted water because I told them I was so nervous! I really felt so taken care of. A lot of the times going into places like it can be the complete opposite of this experience..I just couldn't get over how nice they office staff was. Not only that but they have picked up the phone every time I have called and emailed me back within an hour or so every time. And I want the doctors office to answer when I call, especially after surgery! After the took me to the exam room Dr.Talbott came in and she had a student in tow, they asked if I was okay with that and I said yes. I want to add that you can tell a lot about someone by how they treat their students and I really admired the way she answered all of my questions and explained things to me and also her student. Dr.Talbott was VERY transparent about everything from start end involving procedure, side effects and re-surgery chances. She didn't try to pressure me into anything that I didn't want or unnecessary procedures like a lot of places will do. I went to dr Talbot office because I had cancer and neheded a double myomectomy her and Dr Sullivan from renown hospital preform the surgery they put drainage tubes in my chest but on my next visit I get gangrene they remove the pumps and when I woke up from surgery neither of the doctors were there when I woke up I was in pain didn't know what happened during surgery. I was just sent home..the new drainage pumps they put in were detected abs werent drawing the flowed so I went back to her office and dr Talbot ripped them out of my chest and to put neosporin on them it burn and I stop doing that.. I had a very very threatening experience with her staff the had change my original appt with dr Sullivan and her or didn't call or text me. So I show up for my appointment and they told me your not going to see Sullivan your going to stay here. WTF! I THOUGH TO MY SELF SHE COMMANDED ME THE OFFICE MANAGER I have never been treated that especially going through cancer and this was my second time going through cancer..anyway because of Dr Talbot not replacing the drainage pumps I have a hole in my chest and I am am chronic pain. So I had an eyelid lift surgery (blepharoplasty) it was about 9 or 10 mo. ago. When I got it done I was so excited! I had to go back for my 3 mo check up and I knew it wasn't healing correctly, my eyelids still had extra skin on them and one eye had a little lump in the corner. Dr. Talbot told me that if anything needed fixed not to worry because she guarantees her work, but to massage my eyes with the knuckle part of my fingers when ever I could, and she would see me back in 3 mo., so I did. Three months go by..I returned for my now 6 mo check up. Same thing, massage my eyelids. She said it could take up to a whole year to see the final results. Three more months and she'll see me again. It is now 9 months. I go in for my "check up" appt..Dr. Talbot thought it was my 3 mo appt when she saw me, I had to remind her that I had already been for check ups twice already this was my third! I told her that I wanted the extra skin cut off that should had been cut off in the first place! She told me " no problem"! I guarantee my work! "It will just cost you the tray fee which is $500" or you should consider an eyebrow lift! First of all I would like to say, if the extra skin was cut off with the original procedure I wouldn't need to go back. Guaranteeing your work should not cost me Any more money. I already paid the first time. Why should I have to pay for anything to get it fixed?? I understand that not everything can be done perfectly the first time, but if you guarantee something it should not cost any more money. A guarantee is a guarantee! read more

Dr.Talbott did an amazing job on my stomach worth the $10,000 and her bedside manner and staff were amazing. So I went back for skin removal on my arms & legs which is a different story. I paid $15,000 & she was supposed to do lipo on both areas BEFORE removing the skin so after surgery all of the areas split creating awful scars. Then she gave me a huge discount to do lipo that should have been done in the first place, leaving more skin hanging on my arms with horrible scarring and then to fix the lipo on my sides I have been quoted a 50% discount with the cost of $4100 more in addition to the $25,000 I have already paid...I feel I have paid too much for procedures that were not done as promised. Summarily, I would do it again. I went to Dr. Talbott for a bilateral ear lobes consultation due to the prolonged wear of heavy earrings that injured my ear piercing holes. I consulted with other plastic surgeons in the area; however, I was most impressed with Dr. Talbott due to the culmination of her bedside manner, explanations, listening skills, schedule availability, helpful staff, and price. The procedure itself took less than thirty minutes for each ear lobe. The most discomforting part was receiving the initial numbing injection-quick and just kept breathing. After the initial injection, I did not feel more than slight pressure/proprioception input that my ear lobe was being manipulated. She and I chatted the entire time about life and work. Very pleasant. When finished, she showed me the repairs and lifts to my ear lobes before covering with bandaids. Impressive. I went to her office after work and was back home in about one hour's time. I am currently more than 24 hrs s/p procedure and feel great. I have not taken any pain medication, including acetaminophen, since just after the procedure to assist with expected inflammation and discomfort when sleeping. The first night I slept on my back, which for a belly sleeper, was difficult. I placed a towel on my pillow in case of drainage and woke to nothing more than a little residue common s/p any procedure. Last night, I returned to sleep on my belly. Slept great. I will go back in two weeks to have the stitches removed then sometime in 2021 (if we ever make it) I will have her re-pierce my ear lobes. Thank you, Dr. Talbott. read more

Been almost a year... still never a call. Very upsetting experience. I was treated great walking in for the first time, but after that the receptionist was horribly stuck up. Please note Dr. Talbott is amazing. She is an awesome surgeon, so nice, very intellectual and did a wonderful job with my surgery. I also had great follow ups. BUT with the surgery I was promised Botox for me and one friend. It's been over a month and the lady who handles the Botox has never once called me back! I was told she was on vacation and would call me. Then I was told she had received the codes she needed from Dr. Talbott and would call me back. Again nothing! I have called numerous times and the receptionist has been rude every time and just says uhhh I told you she will call you! Well she hasn't and my surgery was over a month ago! Even if she finally calls I won't go in. How can I trust someone like that? Again.. Dr. Talbott you are the best, but get new employees who understand customer service! read more
