He recommended Reflux Gourmet, Nasacort, and the NeilMed Sinus Rinse -- which I already use. I really appreciated his professionalism, patience, and genuine concern. It was reassuring to have someone take the time to look at the bigger picture rather than just focusing on one symptom. Overall, I'm glad I made the appointment and would definitely recommend Dr. Meier to anyone looking for an ENT who takes the time to listen and explain.

He proceeded to scope me after I had said that I had already been scoped before. This could have been avoided, and it was never explained that this was going to be a significant extra charge. Josh had also denied me surgery - 3 other ENTS afterward had all highly recommended surgery after being significantly more thorough than Josh. Due to Josh's lackadaisical/rude attitude and plain laziness, I now am unable to get the surgery I needed and after I met my deductible. I now am left with a reset on my insurance due to his grotesque negligence, but even after working with the kind office manager, Crystal, he will not budge on removing the charge he placed on my account. I truly do not understand the praise this boy is receiving after the very impatient and heartless attitude that I received/witnessed. Please go anywhere else if you are able - I'd be concerned of misdiagnosis//missing critical aspects of your health due to Josh's attitude problem.

She was extremely nervous about the appointment and was visibly shaking when Dr. Lough entered the room. Rather than helping put her at ease, the interaction felt cold and dismissive from the start. When I explained her anxiety, his response came across as sarcastic rather than reassuring. Throughout the visit, I felt that both my concerns and my daughter's concerns were minimized. When I shared observations about her symptoms and experiences from speaking with other parents, I was told that I was "saying a lot of right things, but also a lot of wrong things." The comment felt unnecessarily condescending and immediately shut down what should have been a collaborative discussion. The examination itself was very brief. Dr. Lough noted that my daughter has large tonsils and suggested that she may simply need to "grow into them." While I understand that surgery is not always the appropriate solution, I was hoping for a more thorough discussion about possible causes, treatment options, next steps, or what symptoms we should continue monitoring. Instead, I left feeling as though our concerns were dismissed. What disappointed me most was the lack of bedside manner. Medical expertise is important, but so is communication, especially when working with children who are already anxious about a medical appointment. My daughter commented on the way she was treated as soon as we got back to the car, which reinforced my own concerns about the interaction. I want to be clear that my review is specifically regarding my experience with Dr. Lough and not the office staff. Overall I did not care for the establishment. Dr. Lough is fast, efficient, diligent and well respected by the surgical staff at Renown. If you need an ENT look no further.

Now please tell me how an ENT specialist can diagnose without ever seeing me? I wouldn't step foot in that office and don't bother calling unless you're ready to be verbally abuse by the front office. Stay away. I can see why they have a three star rating. I told him that, in fact, I did. He said he noticed an irritation in my throat and that I have acid reflux. Problem solved in a matter of minutes! I did the prescribed sleep studies. Wore the C-pap mask (hated it!). Elected to do the surgery. He was awesome! His staff was very helpful and accommodating as well.

What's really nice and comforting, is that she also knows the experience of nasolasty herself! Once she set the scope, she saw where it needed to be cauterized. So fast and somewhat painless (in my eyes)... Hopefully this will last indefinitely, but then again it could keep getting cauterized.... Will be back if it happens again during the work week!

Three months ago I met with Dr. Hudson and his team and was given three options. Dr. Hudson recommended a sinus balloon dilation. Did the procedure and there was a drastic improvement in my breathing. I am a CPAP user and I no longer need to use sinus sprays before sleep. I just wish I had found this practice earlier but I am so thankful to my primary physician, Dr. Tyhssen for setting it up. Great Doctor and staff and a very happen patient. Never thought I would rave about a medical procedure but this warranted it.

He is a resource and a calm voice of guidance and action with difficult health issues. I can thank him for the ability to hear after suffering from an undiagnosed mastoiditis infection. I had suffered from dozens of ear infections throughout my life, but two years ago, this one felt different. I had been treated by my primary care doctor and had even gone to urgent care when vertigo, hearing loss, and pain increased despite treatment. Dr. Hudson's receptionist got me in for an appointment quickly. After a brief exam, interview, and in-office CT scan, I was diagnosed with a mastoid infection and scheduled for a surgical procedure. Three weeks into the infection, with conventional antibiotics not effective, I had a 50 decibel differential between ears (one infected, one not). My hearing was not restored after the surgery and took months to return and heal. It was a scary time but I knew everything had been done to ensure my best chance of recovery. Without Dr. Hudson's intervention I am certain I would have suffered permanent hearing damage and progression of the infection. Dr. Hudson has managed complex and challenging conditions for my loved ones, each condition requiring a different set of skills and knowledge.
