I'm a person of principle, and I believe it's important to recognize when people genuinely care about their behavior and the quality of service they provide. This place is well maintained and clean, which is a plus for sanitary reasons. As soon as it was my turn, it was quick. I received excellent care, the other day. Great customer service. It gets packed at various times, throughout the day. My advice, if you're planning it ahead, make an appointment. It's better that way. If you don't have an appointment, depending on time of day, plan to wait. I always have a positive outcome, here. There is ample parking, but look out for pedestrians everywhere, when driving. Enough said.....

I asked the front desk what time will the doctor see me because they asked me to come in early. Told them I have a baby in the car, 2 week old. Waiting to get fed. She said the doctor has 2 more patients inside. I asked why was I told to come in early only to wait for god knows how long! 15 mins later, I was taken to a room. Took my bp. The nurse was trying her hardest to make me feel better. 3:30 is when the doctor saw me. I asked her why was I told to come early when she couldn't see me in time. She said she had no idea that my schedule was moved. This wasn't the first time this location effed me over. Never going back to this location ever! 0 star rating!!!

I've dealt with Mary GRACE, Julie, and they could care less of my health condition. They basically said that with different words . Dr. Jim Chou is an excellent doctor, however, I can never talk to him because the staff won't give messages and I was told he never returns calls. Again the doctor is a great doctor he should clean house and get new staff in the Fountain Valley office.
