Chris had great prices, and great availability. Brought him in to add recessed lighting in the kitchen and move some wires and switches around in the midst of a remodel. He was communicative and friendly! He ended up puncturing a water line while cutting into my concrete/plaster ceilings. Obviously not a great phone call to get, but he was proactive about getting the water shut off and paying me back for the cost of a plumber to come in and fix the pipe he broke. As frustrated as I was that I had to have extra work done to fix the mistake, Chris took responsibility for it and for that I'm grateful. A trustworthy hardworking guy. The work that he did get done before the pipe broke is gorgeous. David gave me a quote for EV charger installation, which I accepted. When I attempted to schedule the installation, first thing that happened I was told it will be "his friend Fadi" who will be coming to install. When you try to hire a 5 star electrician with lots of good customer feedback, it kind of defeats the purpose of looking at all those reviews, when you are told some other unknown guy, who is not part of this business, is going to be coming to do the job. However, I said OK anyway. I made arrangements to be home, on the day of the installation, took time off work. Fadi came and first thing he did is try to raise the previously negotiated price, even before looking at the details of the job. After being told I had other options for the same price he said OK and told me he's going to Home Depot to pick up materials needed. 10 minutes after he left he texted me he cannot do the job... I called and texted David, who didn't pick up, but sent me a message saying he's overseas and cannot talk. David told me materials needed for the job are too expensive, and that he "apologizes for any misunderstanding". I told him it's not OK to misclassify screwing customer over as "misunderstanding" and that his apology is not accepted. When I gave detailed job description to David I also provided multiple high resolution pictures, showing where everything is, so he had no excuse to not know what materials are needed. I lost a day of work, and went through significant effort to arrange to be home on that day, and had to bargain/negotiate the job price all over, a week after it was already agreed upon. Now I have to reschedule everything all over, with another electrician. Just an awful experience... Would not recommend this company to anyone. read more
