Roddy was very responsive and we were able to schedule his guys to come out a few days after we had our initial phone call. Two business days, to be exact - we first talked on a Thursday afternoon, and his guys came out Monday morning at 7am! Frank and Chase were the electricians who came out for our whole house fan removal (in the attic) and took care of it lickity split. They were courteous, efficient, and professional. Afterwards, I picked Frank's brain about the possibility of having a Tesla charger installed. (Tabling this for a future project... Happy to be done with dry wall, dust, and debris for a while!) From beginning to end, Roddy and his team were very easy to work with. I am happy to say that I think we found our go-to electricians, and would recommend AEI's services and expertise. read more

Contacted through Yelp and Roddy was the only response that stood out. He met my schedule easily for next day. Roddy and his apprentice showed up on time as scheduled. They quickly made and evaluation and started work. The problem was exactly what he had expected. They fixed the problem quickly so I asked them to look at two other simple issues. Everything worked out perfectly and I have no electrical issues anymore! The kicker was that all the work was completed in a single hour at a very reasonable rate. Saved his card and his contact info to my phone, I'll call them again, if I need to! read more

I reached out to several electricians on Yelp for quotes on replacing outlets in our kitchen and garage to ensure we have proper GFCI protection. Roddy provided the best and most transparent pricing, and both he and his apprentice did a great job. They were friendly, got the job done efficiently, and answered all our questions. Roddy also replaced an outdoor outlet which was no longer working with a better weather resistant outlet and provided valuable recommendations on our home's overall electrical system. I highly recommend this business and will use them for our future electrical needs. read more

Good, efficient service done by nice young men. Owner is a duck fan and I'm a duck myself so that's an extra cherry on top.

I highly recommend Roddy and his team. They installed my Tesla universal wall charger. They were reliable, reasonably priced, and provided great service! If you need someone you can count on hire them for the job. I will continue using their services and continue to refer my friends and family. read more

I had a variety of electrical issues around the house -- installing new spotlights, replacing a ceiling fan controller, and revamping the lighting features in my backyard. These guys handled it all, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the start, communication was excellent. They were responsive, professional, and clearly eager to make sure I was satisfied. After reviewing their estimate, I went ahead and hired them -- and I'm so glad I did. They showed up exactly when they said they would. None of that vague 4-hour arrival window stuff -- they said 10:00, and they were knocking on my door at 10:00 sharp. Same thing the next day. That kind of punctuality is rare and appreciated. The work itself was efficient, thorough, and -- most importantly -- done to my wife's satisfaction (and that's saying something, lol). A couple of small hiccups turned out to be on my end (weak Wi-Fi, which I solved with an extender, and some pond pump issues), but they handled everything with a great attitude and a clear focus on customer service. Bottom line: I can't recommend them highly enough. They've earned a permanent spot as my go-to electrical contractors. Don't hesitate to give them a call. read more

Roddy was responsive and easy to work with; he was even able to change days for the work. We had a Tesla charger installed in our garage by another electrician and after 6 months of working it suddenly stopped. We were told that our subpanel was grounded, but after having Roddy inspect it, we found out that wasn't true. The job was more than we anticipated, but Roddy made it super easy! He was extremely transparent and provided us with several options and quotes which we really appreciated since we are first-time homeowners (and don't know what we're doing). Now our electrical work has been installed correctly thanks to Roddy and his team and we couldn't be happier. Roddy was not only professional, but personable. He even helped us lift our power rack into the garage! We will definitely be working with AEI in the future and I highly recommend their services. read more

Not knowing much about electrician work, I vetted several companies. Advanced Electrical Innovations, Inc. was the only one that actually asked questions and even helped troubleshoot over the phone. We have two identical ceiling fans in a room, one was broken and initially we were looking to repair the broken one. The wiring was twisted off and broken. Exploring options to repair was possible but the job would take more time, and be more expensive. We ordered a fan and had it replaced. It was less expensive and a better option. Nick completed the repair, was professional, completed the work promptly, and cleaned up the workspace before leaving. He even had a small hand-held vacuum cleaner to ensure all particles and dust were cleaned up. The overall experience from phone call to job completion was positive and we will definitely use AEI, Inc. for future electrical projects. They are reasonably priced and honest. They provide invoicing and you can pay online post job completion. read more

I needed a GFCI outlet installed under the sink to plug in a new dishwasher which replaced the old one which was hardwired. Roddy responded quickly and provided their hourly rate, and I was fairly sure that the charge for this job would come in under the flat fee quotes I received from other electricians. They were able to schedule me in fairly quickly. My home is over 60 years old and Nick T. had to come up with a creative solution on outlet placement in order to meet code. He did need to step out to pick up a needed part at the store, but he got the job done quickly and in a quality manner. He was very courteous and even gave me tips on replacing my old fluorescent ceiling fixtures if I wanted to do it myself. The cost did come in way under the flat fee quotes from the others. Definitely recommend, and will use them again. read more

AEI responded to a quote we requested for a broken ceiling fan replacement quickly and with common sense pricing. Roddy arrived on time and the project took exactly as long as he quoted. We have recently been getting some updates done to our home and after having an experience with a plumber carelessly damaging freshly painted cabinets in addition to leaving a mess behind them it was a breath of fresh air to see that Roddy took extra care to make sure he kept the space clean during and after his visit. We will definitely be using them again for any future electrical projects. read more
