I started with this company with the previous owner, Ron, in 2014. Shortly after the new owner…read moretook over, they reached out and offered a deal where we would purchase newer, LED lights and they would store the lights and timers for us from now on. I readily agreed as it would free up storage and the hassle of getting the lights ready for the installers every year. That year we still paid our usual installation fee plus the added purchase cost of new lights. We've always had good service with them, but I noticed last year their installers weren't as careful and they dislodged a few of my roof tiles. When I brought it to their attention, they kinda brushed it off and just pushed the tiles back. I never made a huge deal out of it and stuck with them even through the pandemic when their business slowed down. This year Eryn stated that another "partner company" would be handling our installation . Not a problem, but when the new guys came they were not equipped to handle the height of my roof and stated they would come back with proper equipment. After more than a week of no reply from either company, Eryn says they can no longer service our house due to staff shortages. What happened to the lights we purchased then?? All these years I stayed with them even when business slowed down and after the damage done to my tiles. I'm very disappointed after all these years Eryn dropped us.

They walked me through the entire set up process, asked how I felt about their setup idea and completed the task in a timely manner. I was so impressed, I decided to contract Delights to set up our outdoor lights for our wedding in 2013. If you are in the market for ANY holiday lights or outdoor year round lights, this is the company to use!

Tommy and his helper did an amazing job installing the stringed lights in our yard!…read more Tommy was very responsive and has great communication skills. He explained everything in detail to make sure I had all my questions answered and he came to do work that same week with my rushed timeline. They showed up on time and hung everything to perfection, making sure to check with me on important decisions while explaining their recommendations and reasoning. Tommy brought to my attention several things I had not thought about related to safety. I'm sure that if I had gone with a handyman, we would've caused some damage to our balcony, etc. I also love that they are perfectionists and know how to hide all the cords (and come equipped with all the parts needed). They are not the least expensive but you can trust that they'll do the best work. Highly recommend!

We hired Pro Light Hangers to hang market lights under our pergola and across the backyard. We…read morewanted the fun ambiance of market lights, but also had an issue with one half of the backyard being too dark to enjoy dinner. At first, the cost to hire someone to hang market lights seemed ridiculous. But it was worth it. It solved the dark spot in the backyard, and most importantly, the installation is professional. The light strands are custom cut to the correct length. The lights have a dimmer switch that is controlled with an app (and Alexa!). The dimmer switch is hidden above the pergola and all cords are neat and tucked away. The initial quote was a bit of a sticker shock, but it was worth every penny.

My project technically isn't even done yet and I'm confident in leaving 5 stars…read more Alex and his team have spent the past week doing an enormous $37k+ landscape lighting installation for my botanical garden property, involving over 130 pathway, flood, and spotlight fixtures. The job involves extensive digging, wire pulling, and complicated hookups to feed into existing circuits for underwater pond, fountain, and masonry wall post fixtures, over almost an acre of property. I can't rave enough about how professional, courteous, communicative, and meticulous these guys are being. They show up right on time every day, explain exactly what they're going to do each day, make sure everything is perfectly straight and level, and have even voluntarily fixed a lot of cosmetic issues left over from previous contractors. They're still not done, but still comfortably ahead of schedule -- even with another, considerably less communicative or professional contractor frequently getting in their way. Couldn't even wait for the job to be done to write about how pleased I am. Will try to remember to come back and post pictures once they're done.
