We genuinely enjoy coming home each day and appreciate the sense of safety and security the building provides. Parking is available for a monthly fee, with both indoor and outdoor options. We use an outdoor space for our large family SUV, and it's nice knowing we always have a designated spot waiting for us after a long day. The on-site manager Alexis is professional, attentive, and truly cares about residents' experiences, which has made a positive impression on us. Since the building is new, I haven't had the opportunity to work with the maintenance team yet, but I'll gladly update my review as we gain more experience. One thing to note: you will hear airplanes. Living in the area, we've come to think of them as our noise machine...if you know what I'm saying. This building is so dog friendly and have socials with the dogs including treats, photographer, toys and bandanas for the pups and drinks for the adults. They even have a dog park on the top floor with an area to bathe your dog. Loved all the socials and amenities. Frequently have food trucks, opportunities to meet your neighbors and celebrate the holidays. My favorite amenity was the cold brew on tap. They also have beer on tap, gym, jacuzzi and lots of decks which is nice if you work from home and want a change of scenery. The staff is very kind and responsive. They make an effort to get to know the residents which is so appreciative.

When was the retrofit of all the old fluorescent bulbs to new LED High efficient lights. This saved us big with our lights being on all day in some of the warehouse having these go to LED has been on big change in our monthly rate. They also installed several sub-panels -electric panel upgrades and circuit breaker panels for the additional lighting and wiring that they did. Along with all that they installed new outlets and ceiling fans. The electrical improvements and repairs done by 619 Best Electrician Contractors were terrific and I'll be using them again next time we need any electrical repairs. A…read moretotal professional job they really went above and beyond the expectations installing the street lights and parking lot lights in the newly paved parking lot this week I saw them installing all of the lights and went and talked to one of the technicians and he said he was really glad to be working for this company and that they take really good care of their workers along with staying busy with different types of commercial jobs like industrial and corporate buildings is what he was saying it was pretty encouraging to hear someone speak so highly of a locally-based company which made me take note.
