He explained everything in detail to make sure I had all my questions answered and he came to do work that same week with my rushed timeline. They showed up on time and hung everything to perfection, making sure to check with me on important decisions while explaining their recommendations and reasoning. Tommy brought to my attention several things I had not thought about related to safety. I'm sure that if I had gone with a handyman, we would've caused some damage to our balcony, etc. I also love that they are perfectionists and know how to hide all the cords (and come equipped with all the parts needed). They are not the least expensive but you can trust that they'll do the best work. Highly recommend!

At first, the cost to hire someone to hang market lights seemed ridiculous. But it was worth it. It solved the dark spot in the backyard, and most importantly, the installation is professional. The light strands are custom cut to the correct length. The lights have a dimmer switch that is controlled with an app (and Alexa!). The dimmer switch is hidden above the pergola and all cords are neat and tucked away. The initial quote was a bit of a sticker shock, but it was worth every penny.

I readily agreed as it would free up storage and the hassle of getting the lights ready for the installers every year. That year we still paid our usual installation fee plus the added purchase cost of new lights. We've always had good service with them, but I noticed last year their installers weren't as careful and they dislodged a few of my roof tiles. When I brought it to their attention, they kinda brushed it off and just pushed the tiles back. I never made a huge deal out of it and stuck with them even through the pandemic when their business slowed down. This year Eryn stated that another "partner company" would be handling our installation . Not a problem, but when the new guys came they were not equipped to handle the height of my roof and stated they would come back with proper equipment. After more than a week of no reply from either company, Eryn says they can no longer service our house due to staff shortages. What happened to the lights we purchased then?? All these years I stayed with them even when business slowed down and after the damage done to my tiles. I'm very disappointed after all these years Eryn dropped us.

However, since the owner was extremly rude & interuped his res and my coversation I would never accept nor wanted any of their recomendations sent by email after I found the original email. I absolutely with the rep I no longer wanted to work with them primarily because of the rudeness of being inturprupted by the owner and his talking over me and the rep. My housekeeper overheard everything and once I hung up, she said "what happened?" I expalined to her & her comment was " who was the man who interupted you?" She said he was rather rude & would not allow me to finish my point. I can also state no one ever showed up for an appointment & there was some miscommunication. I guess, the owner does not want to professionally resolve misunderstandings & there is no need for him to be so abrupt.
