I love getting my lights up early so I can enjoy them more. Things I love about them- 1. They bring everything from lights, ladders, extension cords etc. You do not need to buy anything ahead of time! 2. You don't even need to be home. 3. They set timer so there is ZERO work for you. 4. They come and take it down after the holiday and the best part is you don't need to store anything! 5. Sometime they throw in a cute wreath for free :) Their prices are reasonable and the work is flawless. If there is ever an issue they are quick to respond. I plan to use them indefinitely as it's a small price to pay to bring Xmas magic to my house! This mama ain't risking her life falling off my roof! Thanks team for doing the job for me :)

From the beginning, they were responsive and professional. The team that came out to install the lights were quick and friendly. The lights were installed perfectly and there was no mess left behind. I had some trouble with one of my outlets and my lights kept turning off. I reached out to Tommy and he had a team out as soon as possible to work on a solution. When there was another issue, Tommy came out himself to check it out. In the end, it turned out to be an issue with my outlet! He identified this as well and when I addressed the problem, my lights were back up and running. My experience has been great and I look forward to using them again! The only thing I would change is my decision to hang fewer lights than I had originally planned

Tommy brought to my attention several things I had not thought about related to safety. I'm sure that if I had gone with a handyman, we would've caused some damage to our balcony, etc. I also love that they are perfectionists and know how to hide all the cords (and come equipped with all the parts needed). They are not the least expensive but you can trust that they'll do the best work. Highly recommend!
