They showed up on time and hung everything to perfection, making sure to check with me on important decisions while explaining their recommendations and reasoning. Tommy brought to my attention several things I had not thought about related to safety. I'm sure that if I had gone with a handyman, we would've caused some damage to our balcony, etc. I also love that they are perfectionists and know how to hide all the cords (and come equipped with all the parts needed). We hired Pro Light Hangers to hang market lights under our pergola and across the backyard. We wanted the fun ambiance of market lights, but also had an issue with one half of the backyard being too dark to enjoy dinner. At first, the cost to hire someone to hang market lights seemed ridiculous. But it was worth it. It solved the dark spot in the backyard, and most importantly, the installation is professional. The light strands are custom cut to the correct length. The lights have a dimmer switch that is controlled with an app (and Alexa!).
