The job involves extensive digging, wire pulling, and complicated hookups to feed into existing circuits for underwater pond, fountain, and masonry wall post fixtures, over almost an acre of property. I can't rave enough about how professional, courteous, communicative, and meticulous these guys are being. They show up right on time every day, explain exactly what they're going to do each day, make sure everything is perfectly straight and level, and have even voluntarily fixed a lot of cosmetic issues left over from previous contractors. They're still not done, but still comfortably ahead of schedule -- even with another, considerably less communicative or professional contractor frequently getting in their way. Couldn't even wait for the job to be done to write about how pleased I am. Will try to remember to come back and post pictures once they're done.

I was unhappy because I had scheduled first & thought the time should be honored, but agreed to the new time on Tuesday, 1/20. After blocking off time for the 2nd time, they called to say they had to move the apptmt from 12:30 to 3 pm. Again - unhappy - but I agreed. As I was racing home for the 3 pm time, I was called to say they were unable to make it to my home at all.
