We purchased an electric dryer. David Electrical responded immediately and came out the next day. They indicated that the 4 prong dryer outlet and cord would not work with our wiring. We would need to rewire the house to accommodate a freakin' dryer. And change out a breaker and cut into some walls, etc. etc. Anyway, they installed an overhead light in about 5 minutes, put my outlet back together and gave me some sound advice. First of all, we have been trying to get recessed lights in our house for about 2 months. We were waiting on one contractor who was recommended to us by some friends. But this contractor kept falling through and was a terrible communicator. I went on yelp and checked our David Electrical. He had the best price but was also very quick at responding. I called him on a Tuesday and he was able to come on Thursday two days later to install the lights. Duraid installed 10 recessed lights in our house. 6 in our living room and 4 in the kitchen. He started at 10AM and finished by 3PM. He did quick and clean work. He does not do patchwork for any holes, but he can recommend some guys to do it. Duraid is very direct and easy to work with. Just tell him what you want and he will do it. He provided all the materials. We just had to choose which light color (3000k or 5000k were our options). Also, he did fill all the holes he had to cut with the drywall to make the patchwork later on easier. We will probably want to install some more recessed lights in our house as time goes on, so we will DEFINITELY be reaching out to Duraid again. read more

This review is a 2021 +plus overdue. David to connect differently unnecessary light to one switch, it was so needed. He installed an auto light in front of the house and sides. Including fixed a buzzing like bulb in my son's bedroom. Today I contacted him for IDK ‍ what my husband did while installing automatic light switches for the garage and bang just like that many outlets in the house stopped working! read more

I had Duraid come out today. He was the only one that could come out the very next day and at a price that is reasonable. He was on time and was able to diagnose the problem. One of my breakers wasn't working. It turned out that my porch lights had water (were not seal at all) which short circuit the living room breaker so all the outlets in the living room were not working including the recessed lights in living room, front door light, the rest of the outdoor landscaping outlets. To fix the porch lights, would require a lot more work for another day. I am still happy that the living room breaker is now working. read more

I asked David Electrical come come check on a loose outlet in a bedroom and an outside outlet that didn't seem to work. The outside outlet was working again when he arrived and he repaired the loose outlet. I believe he charged way too much for a 15 minute job and when he left I discovered the light wasn't working in the same bedroom. He had disconnected the wire for the light and had to come back later in the day. Will not use again. read more
