I need to have my kitchen outlets fixed and naively believed David Electrical could come in time after scheduling the appointment with them and even declined several proposals from other electricians that could come earlier. No one contacted me after passing the scheduled time until I texted them. You can tell how they care about the customer by simply saying sorry I forgot and letting me make another appointment after two days. How could I trust them again ? He came out the next day and installed an electrical outlet in my garage and installed a new smoke/carbon monoxide alarm in my house. He did an outstanding job and cleaned up the area afterwards. I hired duriad in may this year to fix ceiling fans in my home. as a person he was nice and agreed to help us on sunday as well But would stay away from him wrt any electrical work Half of the wiring which he did had wrong connections , had to rectify it myself with help of another electrician , and he damaged the walls and studs where he could have avoided Very shabby work . I was quite disappointed and would not use again. Asked me for a ladder to use. I'm wondering why an electrician would not have one for a know on ceiling electrical job. He replaced a bathroom vent light with another one whose cover was actually bigger. He did not cover areas in my bathroom and got drywall all over my bathroom and partially cleaned it up. Used my bathroom rag without permission and three some of the drywall into my recycling trash can without asking rather than using regular trash can right next to it. Bad install as I know have to get drywall repair. He said "I'm finished" and I see it did not cover all of the cut out area even the the cover was bigger than the old one. This is the first time I have seen someone "David" seems lost, just trying to find an outdoor GFCI issue. He almost searched my whole house just to end up back in my garage. I had the same issue before, and I know from the last electrician who worked on my outdoor outlet that all the GFCI is in my garage. But anyhow, as soon as he arrives, he doesn't give a a price and starts looking around at first he said he will troubleshoot. Next time, I know $150 for GFCI.
