None of us are from that area so we just had to go on the word of others. Let me tell you that the quote was within reason, it was completed on time AND the final price matched the quote. The car operates and looks like it was never in an accident. I can't say enough about JR Burkholder Auto Body. Steve runs the business like the old days, reputation and quality all the way.

I have taken my five cars of which two are classic cars to Lichty Brothers Alignment for alignments…read moreand have to say that in all of my years of taking cars to have an alignment - Lichty Brothers is the best. They do quick but accurate alignments at an honest price. Their many years of experience makes for quality work. Ron is a master and a perfectionist when it comes to doing alignments for classic cars. I also had both the driver and passenger power windows stop operating on one of my classic cars and wasn't sure who would fix them. Rich, an employee of Lichty Brothers worked painstakingly on one window for five hours applying his knowledge and experience. And although he was unfamiliar with disassembling the door panels and reassembling them, his expertise and carefulness led to a successful repair. When you walk into Lichty, you'll find Kevin and Gretchen are courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable in answering all of your questions on repair estimates and scheduling. I'll be bringing one of my cars to get a paint estimate in the near future and I have no doubt that Lichty will live up to my expectations in the auto body/paint repair area as well. Johnny Pappas

I am so grateful for the kindness, patience, and respect shown at this location. I've been using Mavis exclusively for 6 years now across 3 different states and moves but this is by far my favorite. This will be my go-to location for now on. Thanks guys!

Found a truck on autotrader, keller bros dodge in Lititz. I call ahead of time to say I'm coming…read morefor a certain truck and they say ok we'll have it ready. I get there and they have no idea where the truck is. After 4 hours and trying to flip me to another truck (no, I drove 2 hours for a specific truck) they finally figure out that the truck they advertised for sale on autotrader is the same one they loaned out to someone that had their truck in for service. They said it would be back that day. Nope. Then 2 days. Nope. Then on the 4th day they drove it to me and I find out that it has 3k miles more on it than was advertised. All the pics and paperwork said 23k, when I drive it there are 26k on it. I complained and got a free oil change. Then a few weeks later I get a call from the dealer saying the bank red flagged my paperwork and the loan isn't funded. Someone at the dealer fat fingered my ssn so it didn't match paperwork. So they ask me to email my ssn to them. Not a chance. Who asks to send ssn through unsecure email?!? I call the bank and settle it myself. Then I get notices from PA DMV that they don't have my previous cars plate, the one I traded in to Keller. So that issue is ongoing, don't know where the plate is yet. It's a shame because the salesman was a good kid, he tried. He hadn't been trained well on vehicle specifics or just didn't do his homework, because he didn't know a lot about the truck or even the dreaded "hemi tick" associated with rams, but he was nice to deal with. The incompetence at this place is astounding. Go somewhere else.
