Horrible experience with Crash Champions. I was rear ended with minimal trunk damage. Crash…read moreChampions is close to my house so I went there for convenience sake. I will not be returning. First, I had to essentially babysit the entire process and no one was giving me updates. I was acting as middleman between two insurance companies and the shop. They took way too long to order the parts, and apparently the first order was damaged so they had to order them again. Fine, things happen. But no one was telling me this until I called after two weeks of no updates. Front desk staff is incompetent. After my car got repaired, I had to bring it back days later because the rear sensors were not functioning correctly. They brought out the Nissan guy and now two weeks later the sensors are going haywire again. I brought it to the dealer who found numerous issues with the body work and loose sensors. This will be an additional $1,100 to fix. The day I got picked up by enterprise for my rental car, apparently two cars had been STOLEN the night before from the Crash Champions lot!!! They didn't even tell the owners until these people called the shop while I was in there for a status update! Overall a horrible and tedious experience. Completely unprofessional, inexperienced, wasting everyone's time and money. Shame on you. Do NOT come here.

From start to finish, Crash Champions took great care of my car and me…read more I was referred to them through my insurance agency. I had minor damage to my bumper and rear taillight from a hit & run incident (where I was the victim). After submitting the claim online through my insurer, I was connected with Crash Champions, who also worked with Enterprise to get me a rental during repairs. My appointment was booked online, and I was sent email and text reminders leading up the day. When I arrived, my insurance agency did a walkthrough with Crash Champions of the damage while Enterprise got me a rental. This is one of the biggest perks; an Enterprise agent is on site to ensure that you don't have to run around to get a rental. The whole process was seamless and stress-free. I was given updates via text, where I was able to log in and see pictures of the damage from the walkthrough, service technician's contact info, my estimate of repairs, and the status of my repairs. They reached out to verify that it was okay that repairs would take a day longer than expected. I ended up having to have my entire bumper replaced along with a taillight. The entire process only took 5 days, including over a weekend. When I picked my vehicle up, I received a packet containing an overview of the services, a thank you letter, and a warranty for all the work. They had cleaned my car, and the staff even gave my son a superhero cape, which was greatly appreciated! I dropped off my rental on site and swapped keys. So easy! I would definitely return here for any future needs. I had a great experience and absolutely no complaints. The customer service is too notch, and the value was equally amazing.

I opted for the single stage urethane paint job, did alot of the prep myself, but the way it looked and the shine on the paint, lack of orange peel, and barely any dust in the paint made the car look like it came of the showroom in 1996. The painter laid the paint beautifully, and the preppers also did a wonderful job as well. Have had cars painted at Maaco in Philly for years, but none came out with paint laid as well as this Maaco in Lancaster, Pa. Wonderful Job......

ladies, please be observant of using this company to have your car painted. When I went to pick up…read moremy SUV and the place they were supposed to paint had bubbles on the top and orange peel look. I discussed this with them and they went ahead and redid it, and I had to pay for another day of a rental car, which they would not pay for. I believe they thought that I was a female, and would not notice all the bubbles that were on the top of my hood. Furthermore, there were plates in the front that needed to be painted and they painted them and within a few days the paint peeled off due to the fact they did not put a primer on. From the day I brought my SUV home my side mirror turn signals were not working on my car. They said this had nothing to do with what they worked on that is a bunch of bull because they took off my bumper and my side panels on each side and had to paint them and guess what my mirrors have the electrical components that are underneath my bumper. my bumpers in the front and back every time when I would go over a harder bump, they would unhook and I would have to get out of my car and snap them back into place. They broke the piece of metal that holds up my hood. now when somebody else works on my car, they have to put a block of wood and to hold the hood up to work under the car. Speaking to the service manager, and two other people in there it was a joke, if I could've gave them zero on this I would have. I'm sure if I was a man none of this would have happened to him. I actually got referred by a male friend who referred me to this place. So ladies, please be aware of Maaco as they do not show pride in work when working on a females vehicles!
