First time dining, was disappointing they were out of Mac and cheese at 7pm. I wasn't told until after ordering and my order was called. Would have been nice to have been informed during ordering or before my number was called. I'm in the food industry so I know the struggles, however being that it's a small menu it's important not to run out. The shake freezer was also "out of order". I know some establishments tell customers that late in the evening because employees don't want to have to clean the machines after closing, hopefully not the case here. I was going to settle on sweet tea but that was also out. We ordered one slider and tender combo and a two tender combo. We received 2 slider combos. It was wrong and hate to waste food but my daughter just didn't eat the bun. Needed more slaw on all 4 sandwiches but chicken was good. Hot seasoning was a little much for us both but that was what we ordered. Medium was less heat so much better for me. Fries were crispy and everything was hot. Not sure if I'm going to return, a little pricey and with the "outs" not worth it. I didn't see a manager or supervisor anywhere. I have been wanting to try this location since they opened but had been putting it off due to the mixed reviews. Gave it a try today and they will not get another opportunity. Went through the drive-through at about 11 o'clock this morning I was the only person in the line. Person came over the speaker and said to give them a minute. Five minutes later they came back and took my order. Pulled up to the drive-through window and sat for seven minutes without being acknowledged or waited upon. At that point I went ahead and left and decided they were not worth getting my money. If you cannot be ready to serve customers past 11 o'clock when you were open then you have a lot of work to do still as a business. read more

My older sister and I decided to doordash this, it recently opened up and I decided to get the #2 to share and I got a medium heat (just in case in was too hot or not hot enough, I can always go up or down in spice level next time) and medium was amazingly hot, I would compare it to the purple bag/fuego/hot chili pepper and lime takis in the spice level (in the best way possible, favorite and the best flavor of takis) but the daves sauce is similar to canes or chick fil a sauce, so if you like both or one, you'll like it, it comes on sandwiches and on the side to dip your fries in, we also got mac and cheese to share and it was amazing, only complaint is that they forgot one of our drinks but we also ordered around lunch time and they were prob busy, not holding it against them!! we will def go again!! read more

Just a fast food, and you pick up your own order, cleanup your own table after eating, but they just ask for tips when you pay. My family and I have tried the location in the downtown area and really enjoyed it. I was excited to see a location closer to home. But the experience was no where close to what I expected. While in line ordering food for my kids and I, out from the bathroom is an employee shouting and using foul language due to someone opening the door while he was using the bathroom. Extremely unprofessional as he started to make a scene telling his co-workers as they started to make their way from the back to the front counter area. It was 8:53 pm once my order was placed, and there was only 2 other people inside that were ahead of me. As I waited on our food to be prepared, more customers gradually started to come inside and place orders. I started to notice several customers receiving their order before me. I glanced at the time and noticed it was 9:12 pm and walked to the counter to ask about the status of my order. I believe the young lady that came from the back to discuss it might have been a manager and she explained that 3 of the 5 orders were ready and asked if I wanted them now or if I wanted to wait for all to be ready before bringing out. I told her politely I would like to take the orders that were ready now because we had already waited 19 minutes and that other customers were getting their orders before us. Within 5 minutes, the last 2 remaining orders were brought out to my table, and the kind, young lady that took my order, brought over some cards for one free chicken strip as an apology for taking so long. I felt that was a kind gesture and thanked her. As my kids and I started to eat our food, I started to my fries only to bite into one that was frozen solid. As I started to feel around the remaining fries, I discovered more fries that were frozen. I asked my kids to check their fries and they noticed they had fries that were frozen. I could not understand how we could receive fries that were frozen after waiting as long as we did unless someone did it intentionally due to the bathroom incident. As we finished up our meal, I saved all of the fries which was enough to fill a tray on a new order and asked the kind young lady to grab one as proof that the fries were frozen. She was shocked and offered to provide a new order. I politely declined and told her, I just wanted to bring it to her attention to pass along to the manager. Needless to say, I will not be returning or recommending this place to anyone I know due to the experience.
