While cooking Harry showed us how to prepare pork, and brisket for the pit. Everything from selection of the meat, trimming, and seasoning. The pork butt, and brisket were put on the smoker. We got to eat the Monk Balls along with brisket, pulled pork sliders, chicken, ribs, and Biirria. All this BBQ was delicious. They quickly sent my delivery appointment confirmation and my wife was waiting at home at the appointed time of 4pm on Friday. I even called and left a voicemail trying to confirm. Well....they never showed up. No calls, no text, no emails. I called, texted and emailed them asking if they were coming and ........ nothing. I reversed the charge on my credit card and now wait (not holding my breath) for any type of reply. After texting them again Monday afternoon, they finally texted me back. I had made an error on the address line and, instead of calling me to clarify, their delivery guy just went home. No effort to track me down.
